This theater is my wifes and mine favorite movie theater. Not because its the most high tech, not because of the bigger than life screens, but because its comfortable. Very few times have I been here and not been able to hear the movie. I cant recall anyone running in front of the screen. Its nice, and in a great location. Its also the only movie theater I have felt comfortable taking our daughter, who is currently 5, to go see a movie. If your into seeing the movie, and missing the lines, this is the place to go.

coming from a small town, the Picture Show had a mom and pop feel to it. With 7 screens, it is a decent sized theater and the stadium seating means not a bad seat in the house. The chairs were also very comfortable; reclining leather bucket seats. We came to the movies on a Phoenix deal coupon and it was a really good deal; 2 tickets, large bucket of popcorn, large drink and a candy...all the makings of a good cinematic adventure.

Below average theater. Popcorn was bland and too salty. The picture was out of alignment making it display Like a crooked letterbox presentation. Sound system was severely lacking and didnt even come across as true surround. Seats were comfortable but Id rather watch a blu ray at home than go to a theatre with a/v no better than a dollar theater. Wont be back.

I really enjoy this place. Its a lot better than AMC and Harkins. The service is friendly. The prices are reasonable. They do have the recent released movies. The cons, the movies arent there too long as they change out to keep up with the new releases, the popcorn is ok... Its not bad or is it great. And thats about it.

I love this theater!! It reminds me of ones I used to attend as a kid, but much more glamorous. I have to smile every time I pass it (I walk the Mall twice week), and each time I just want to stay and see a movie. It is a very comfortable theater with excellent popcorn and pleasant staff. Check it out!

Love this theater. Being disabled it is so welcoming. The staff is wonderful and the theater is clean. The movies and sound are perfect. Great hot dogs and popcorn. The food court in the mall is right outside and is also great for lunch or dinner or for a blizzard after the movie.

The movie theater at Festival Bay is definitely one of Phoenix best kept secrets. It is low traffic and their prices are VERY reasonable. We always go here for the opening weekend of a popular movie because there are no lines, no waiting, and plenty of seating.

My family of 5 saw The Force Awakens for about half what others were charging. I was a little reluctant because I was concerned it would be rundown but it was nice. Not new, but chairs were comfortable and sound was great. Glad I made the decision to go here.

I love this place. Great prices, in comparison to the bigger movie houses, and a very friendly staff. I never have to wait in line and always get a great seat even with very popular movies. This is my go to theater, I hope it is around for a long time!

Great place to see movies during the week, have an entire theatre basically to yourself. Seats are decent, lean back for comfort. Children will tend to make the seats uncomfortable by moving a lot. Other than that not bad at all. Average on pricing.

Have been to this theater several times & have enjoyed the service. the prices are great but wish they would change the movies more then just 1 at a time. By doing this they might have more people come to view movies here instead of Harkins.

The theatre over all is affordable but the service sucks, they will ask you too move from your seat for the wrong reasons, picture show word of advise if the seats do not have a handicap signs on them, then you dont need ask people to move.
