OVERVIEW - 3.75 Came here as a team building activity for work. We came on an idle Wednesday afternoon, there was practically no one there. There was two other games by other parties as we bowled. LOCATION - 4 Pretty good location near a grocery store so not too hard to miss, along a busy road. Granted it is a little in the lot, and with some businesses along the main road, your view may be obscure. PRICE - 4 Dont think the price was too bad. Our company covered the two rounds of bowling, and shoe rentals. I think it was about $6.50 per person... PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 We bowled two games, the pin setter machine froze twice, so about an average of once per game of 10 rounds, with five people, so about one freeze per 50 rounds... The animations on the television for spares, gutterballs, strikes, etc made it fun, but frustrating once they started repeating. EMPLOYEES - 3 For the most part the employees were seen but never heard. When our manager paid the second game, it seems as if the employee forgot to enable a second game, because the game stopped after the first game. We had to track down an employee to start a second game.

We went there on Monday because we were told there was a family night special. We were told it was $28 for the hour for our family, it didnt seem like much of a deal since most places are around $30. But we were already there and it was my daughters birthday so we decided to stay. They said the wait was going to be 15 min. wait After about 20 min and seeing a couple lanes that had been open for awhile I finally went and asked how much longer the wait. They seemed clueless and finally said "oh I guess there is a lane open." when I went to get shoes I was told the price I was quoted was the wrong price it was really $35 for the hour. I asked to talk to a manager and he said he was. I tried to explain that I was quoted a different price and had just waited 20 min with small children. His apology was to say "sorry but that is the price" Basically " I really dont care" We left and will never be back. Really really poor customer service!!!!

The bowling was great, affordable prices but the customer service is awful. I had gone up to the counter to ask for pricing when an employee looked straight at me and told me I needed to go to the cash register to get help which I found to be very rude not just from their tone which came across as I dont care but also there are better ways to say the same thing without making someone feel inferior or stupid for trying to ask a question.

This is a great local bowling alley. Its nicer than many out there, but not the best. Most of the time this place is pretty busy, and you may have to wait for a lane to open up if youre there during their busy times. The staff is always nice and overall its as clean as any bowling alley out there. If you can, Id skip the little restaurant they have there. Im pretty sure most of their food is just microwaved and served.

Bowling, laser tag, arcade, pool, and food. Great for parties, I recommend paying a little extra for the VIP area. Plenty of parking, friendly employees. Some of the rental shoes arent in the best shape, but there are lots of options when it comes to choosing a ball. The pool tables recently had new felt installed. I havent tried the food but it looks pretty basic (pizzas and burgers).

The people were friendly but our new favorite employee there is Jayden, at the arcade desk! He was super happy and crazy awesome, even though it was his birthday that day, he was still happy to be at work!! He came up with creative ways to help us decide how to use our tickets and made our date there ten times cooler just by being a phenomenal employee!!! Thank you Jayden! :)

I took my family from Eagle Mountain because we saw in their website $4.75 per game or $40 per hour. When we got there they were asking $10 per game + shoe rental. Even we showed the website they told me there is nothing they can do about it. They had the tvs off so we could not see their prices, I really think is rude what they are doing.

Worst customer service... ever! This place is ran by teenagers who have no clue or customer service skills. The dark haired gal at the food stand has a serious attitude problem, ordering a drink was the worst thing anyone could have done! supposed to be a fun night and was put in a bad mood!

We went today , to play laser tag we spent $70 bucks , could not even see the scores or knew who even won !!! Because the place its run by kids at front and they erased the scores , so mad !!!! Cant believe it , they need an adult there so they can take responsibility for their error !!!

Great bowling alley. They had sufficient amount of balls of all sizes so people werent all touchy with my balls...I hate it when strangers touch my balls. Nice VIP lanes with easy bowling technology. I remember the days when you had to get the staff to enter your player names... Not here.

Ive never been rushed out of a bowling alley this fast, as soon as our game ended we were still putting on our shoes before we was asked to leave, or we needed to pay for another game. I understand that they need to make money but at least let me get my shoes on before rushing me out.

Went for a small corporate team building event. Nice clean facilities, although I swear some of the the lazer tag vests back sensors didnt work. Jen was very helpful at setting up an event maximize our small budget. The pizza was better than expected. Well run and enjoyable experience

This place is so fun to go bowling at. The customer service is amazing. The food isnt great it would be better if you went to eat somewhere else and go bowling there. I also tried the Laser tag there and it was okay. It has a very small arena but other than that its great!

We love coming here to bowl when we get a chance. Its nice to do something different now and then. The employees are friendly and the place seems well kept up. It does get a little crazy on the weekends, but they have some deals for during the week. Its a fun spot.

Great bowling lanes. Staff was friendly. Was there for a work engagement, and it wasnt very busy. Had plenty of shoes and a variety of ball sizes. They had very little beyond bowling (which I like) instead of trying to play popular music too loud or sports games.

We had a family party here and they were awesome to work with! Great prices and very good customer service.. The VIP section was so cool and my kid played in the arcade for hours! The pizza is delicious! I will be taking my family here again!! Thanks

I have been bowling at Jack & Jills for years, and absolutely love it. Their employees go out of their way to make sure we have a good time. Their food is 2nd to none. Its great to have a nice clean place to take the family and enjoy the evening!!
