I have been to Jupiter bowling once before and my husband has gone a couple times with friends. The previous experiences had us hopeful that we would have a blast like before. We got there around 9:45 and when we walked up to pay for our game the person working the front desk was very unhelpful and frankly kind of rude. We got to our lane and we were told that we had to order food if we wanted to drink but the restaurant was closed. We had to ask our server if they had anything so we could get drinks and he finally said he could do chips and salsa, so that is what we got. We were bowling and about 10:30 our server came back and said it was last call so we order a final round of drinks. The server asked several times if we wanted 2 pitchers of beer instead of 1 and we kindly just said one. At 10:45 the main house lights were turned on, we were still bowling at this point and the turning on the lights kind of killed the atmosphere of the place. At 10:50 the staff covered all the pool tables and started to put up chairs in the bar area. This place isnt supposed to close until 11. The staff at 10:57 told us they were closed and we needed to leave even though it wasnt quite 11 and we still had a small amount of drinks left. I am not sure we will go back to this bowling alley again. The customer service was terrible and the employees didnt really seem to care that they were closing down the alley early and basically forcing us out.

The service was extremely poor. Everything from our arcade games not working to concerns about reservations was handled abrasively by the staff. We went for the bowling and the"Vegas-nightclub-feel" we were told the place had, and we were seriously disappointed. We arrived at 7pm on a Sunday night and it was a 2 hour wait. So we grabbed a bite to eat, came back and played some arcade games till a lane was open. It was $50 for an hour of unlimited bowling. They started our group of 9 on one lane at 9:15. At 9:50 our first game had ended and the staff refused to let us start a new game because they closed at 10. No warning they closed at 10 and the manager did not work with us for a discount as we only bowled 35 minutes instead of an hour. The bowling alley itself had the potential to be cool with 3 large TV screens at the end of the lanes, but each screen was set to different cable channels showing different sitcoms and game shows. We definitely did not get a Vegas nightclub feel. The staff was very rude. I would not recommend this place for the bowling, arcade, bar, or nightlife.

I have never actually been here, what I have experienced however is terrible customer service. I made a reservation on a Tuesday for two people for a Saturday date night. Things came up and we were not able to go on Saturday, however, I called on Friday to cancel my reservation and before I could ask about the $30 dollar charge to hold my lane the person said okay and hung up. I did not get their name because they did not give it. I then went on to their website and emailed them about the issue and seeing that I called more than 24 hours in advance I would like my money back. Never heard any thing back, I then got the manager email address and emailed that stating my frustration. I have still not gotten any response or phone call from anyone, my advice to people is this looks like a fun place and I might go to enjoy it one day but not unless I am able to speak with someone that is competent and able/willing to help paying customers even when they dont use their services.

Have no problem saying the guy in charge is a complete a-hole and was extremely rude to us. I called in advance to make sure a lane would be open and they said yes, until 5. I drove an hour and got there at 4 and the guy said we couldnt bowl and was a huge jerk about it. The other employee said if it was him we could bowl but it was up to the other guy. He could not have cared less about the customer and barely made eye contact as if he had better things to be doing (fyi you work at a bowling alley...) We drove an hour to be told we couldnt bowl. By the way, there was like 7 people in the whole place!! Was very ticked off at this guys attitude and will never be going back to this place. I would strongly recommend people dont waste money here, and go elsewhere instead. They dont deserve peoples business. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Went on Fathers Day for the Family Fun package. Waited in line 15 minutes...needed more staff to check people in. Luckily we got a lane. After 1/2 hr no server ever approached us so we went to find one. Once we ordered food came quick enough...servers were severely understaffed and tried best they could. Mangement should have called more people in to work and also should have made themselves visible to help out the grumbling customers many lanes "had technical issues" and took well over 20 minutes to fix...meanwhile your 2 hr time limit is ticking away... Im sure this could be a good fun experience when the staffing is adequate and the management actually cares. But I didnt feel the management was doing their best to help out. The poor girl at the front counter had to field a lot of complaining people on this day!!

A really fun place ruined by a terrible staff/management. They take reservations for everything including the billiards tables, which is great except when not in use. They also dont mark any of the table reserved so they allow you to settle in, order a drink and some food and then rudely tell you its reserved when you try to play. Ask to play for a little while until the party shows up and gladly move along? nope, get lost its reserved so they would rather it sit empty than be used until then. Long story short they care about the all mighty dollar more than the people in this town. They also talk down to their customers like you just kicked their dog, stay far away!

We had a fantastic time! We bowled 2 great games. Very clean and great people. Screens were a cool difference most bowling alleys dont have. We wanted to eat at the restaurant before we left. We were super hungry coming from Wyoming to bowl. Although we stood at the servers podeium for 12 minutes before anyone seated us. She promised our server would be right out. We sat in the dining room for 20 minutes and still no one. So we went elsewhere for food. The bowling is great. I have heard great things about the food but I guess I dont want to wait 30 minutes+ to try it. If I took that long for a waiter to not appear I dont want to know how long food takes.

We had a blast at Jupiter Bowl. I brought my family visiting from out of state and they loved it. They have a lot of TVs and the NFL Sunday ticket which makes it great to catch your favorite sports games. I knew my family would love it, as I often go just to eat and watch the game on their giant projected screens and lounge in their comfy sofas. Its just a great all around place for all ages to have fun, bowl, dance and get a high quality meal! My favorites are the chips and guacamole, chopped salad, maple Chipotle wings and the smokehouse burger!
