Lets see here...you can usually tell if a place is good by how the customer feels when they leave. How did I leave? Disappointed. Pissed. Simply put, we had been here before, and had been able to enjoy ourselves. Thought it would be a cool place to go today (my birthday). So we go online and see a deal for their Thunder Alley, six dollars cover charge and 50 cent games, pizza, drinks, and shoes on Monday nights 9-midnight. We thought this would be fun, so we went in just before 9 PM. We arrive and I say I want the Thunder Alley deal. The worker says that there is a better deal going, where we could get started with 99 cent games and shoes, and that the thunder alley thing did not start until 10. Thinking I could have just made a mistake (Im only human), I went along with it. Got a couple games and shoes. While bowling these, we saw more ads for their Thunder alley flashing on screen (Mon 10-12, six dollars cover) and decide to look up their website. Sure enough, I had read it right: 9 to midnight, six dollars cover. I go up to the counter with the phone to show them and ask what is up. This is where it gets fun. I ask the lady I first paid with about it. She tells me that the 99 cents games is a better deal, that it does not start until 10, and that it is actually a TEN dollar cover charge. I showed her the phone and she gets a bit confused. Calls over another, who tells me the same thing. I ask if there is anyone else. They call over a rather short and slightly fat woman (I think?) who proceeds to treat us like idiots and saying that that was their winter pricing and hours. This is not listed ANYWHERE on the site and it is just plain deceptive, and I tell her. She stands her ground where she thinks we are the morons. Long story short, we left shortly after and will not be going back. Will also inform those we know of what exactly we went through. ...happy birthday to me, and screw you, Fat Cats!

Reasonable price, newer automated bumper system so some could have bumpers (the little ones) and the rest could do without... all on the same lane. After 9:30 when league was done they turned off the lights, turned on the black lights... turned up the music and turned on disco balls and flashing lights! A lot of fun for the kids. Over all it was clean. I saw someone almost all the time we where there, washing down tables and picking up. Thats a huge plus. The only real downside for my wife was a sense that the chairs seemed dirty. I am not 100% sure they were dirty, but rather how over time plastic seating can get a little build up in the uneven textures. If possible I would tell them to do a yearly deep clean on their chairs. The shoes at some bowling alleys arent always the best, and some times theres the concern of have these been disinfected. #1- The shoes look very well taken care of... perhaps newer. #2- No crazy smell or feel of something growing in the shoes. All of that is REALLY GOOD! As a guy with big hands... my only complaint is I have to use one of their heaviest bowling balls to get a ball with large enough finger holes. I cant say this is something specifically wrong with FatCats, but generally overall something I wish Bowling Alleys in general would consider (perhaps ordering several balls in each size with larger finger holes.) We didnt try their refreshments or food, so can not comment on that.

This is by far the worst bowling alley you could ever even consider Going to first they charge me for a 1 year old child and a 2 year old child then they tell me its going to be $50 dallors to bowl then another guy come over to finish the transaction and tells me its going to be $100 dallors to bowl so I totally felt like he was trying to pocket $50 dallors because after I confronted him on what the last girl said he says oh ya it will be $50. I asked for bumpers for the little ones and never got them. They did not have a single ball that fit any of the five people I had with me. Then I went and order food for the kids and asked for ten boneless wings and fries and got eight boned wings with fries. So I went over and asked them to fix it and they said sorry Im closing Im not going to make anything else come back tomorrow so then I asked for at least my money back because my kids could not even eat them and they said no I cant do that either. I was pissed so the next day I called to complain and somehow the general manager answered named Anthony maderas and he acted like he was going to fix everything and give me my money back and I even emailed him and he has completely ignored the situation I would totally recommend that everyone stay away from this bowling alley I wouldnt even consider this to be one

My wife and I came here, on a Saturday between 1-3 PM. We used the "Date Night" promotion. The staff were polite to us and treated us like our business really mattered. They set us up with a lane and shoes and kindly directed us over to the pizza factory for the pizza. Then we were met by the striker grill where we got a pitcher of soda and started bowling. Pizza was brought out to us which tasted nice, hot and fresh. The twisted bread sticks were unique and as long as 2 of your usual bread sticks from other piza places. After than we played the mini golf, which was not part of the promotion, but 2.99 per adult for 9 holes wasnt bad. Its low budget and setup with black lighting and paint with obsticles, check for hole location cause some are hard to see even from the start of each hole. We finished with spending the 20 tokens (which are equivalent to $ 0.25 per token). They setup the arcade to use charge cards. Your account keeps track of tokens and tickets accessible with these cards which is much easier to manage than keeping a pocket full of tokens and strips of tickets. We want to bring our daughter next time.

I had a fun time with my friends there, but everything was awful. Biggest thing that pissed me off was one of the employees actually grabbed my friends shoulder after hours and flipped her around and pulled her close and asked why she was walking so fast... Shes tiny, she walks fast who the hell cares! Hes an employee and shouldnt be touching any customer like that! We saw online it closed at 1, even the signs on the inside said they closed at one, and they still told us they were closing at 12. Our lane kept freezing, had to start our game over once, and had to reset something like 5 times because it kept screwing up. It was over priced. They didnt even have the snack bar open at 11pm, (when they were supposed to be closing at 1). Pretty sure they were letting a bunch of kids run around and drink because 2 of them tried to start a fight with us out in the parking for no reason, except he was probably drunk and acting like an idiot. Very dissatisfied. Will not be going back.
