I had a terrible experience last night 6/23. The lane I was place on kept having issues. The pins kept getting stuck and not coming down on the lane. My balls kept getting stuck in the back and not returning. I paid for unlimited bowling and was only able to bowl 3 games with this same issue happening about 3 or 4 times per game. I was never offered to switch lanes and when my balls did not return on the final time I went to the counter again to get them to return my balls and place me on a different lane. Now, they were going to place me on a different lane per my request, but they didnt even return my balls back before doing so. I sat there waiting for them to return for about 15 minutes and THEN....... they shut the lane off on me. So again, I have to go to the counter to advise them I never received my bowling balls back and they shut the lane down on me. Now common sense would have told them if my lane was having this many issues from the start then I should have been placed on a different lane from the get go, but I guess everyone does not understand the standards of good customer service. Also, on the final time of going to the counter I went ahead and said I was just leaving instead. I waited another 15 minutes for my balls to return, placed them in my bag, and left. Ive received better service at bowling lanes with a small town area. This specific one will never receive my business again.

I went there with for a birthday party, and when we asked to put the bumpers up the staff at the register was very rude and said we couldnt put them up despite the fact everyone else bowling had the bumpers up. She spoke to her manager eventually and continued pointing in our direction until finally coming over to raise the bumpers. The staff at the concessions was extremely nice, though.

Even on a Saturday afternoon they do glow bowling basically. Prices quite high though, especially on the weekends. Nice TVs too with music videos and college football while you wait for your turn. Bathrooms pretty modern and clean too which is a nice bonus as of course youll eventually have to wash your hands at least.

Wifey and I were out celebrating our 13 wedding anniversary early on a Tuesday.. stopped at O&A for lunch across the street and then decided "what the heck" lets go bowling. Staff was awesome and the bar was great and when they found out it was our anniversary they gave us a discount. Very fun times!

Well, they remodeled!! It is great! We bowl on a league here and the service is great and with a smile. For a small town, our bowling center rocks! as my daughter would put it. From a Home School Family who bowls on a Home School League at this bowling center.

I grew up going to this bowling alley. I had a bad experience a couple of years back havent gone back since. When you advertise there is a discount for something it should be applied. Instead I kind of got treated rudely. It ruined it for me.

This place was OK, really didnt interact with much of the staff. The young lady who checked us in seemed like she didnt want to be working, but the atmosphere was nice. I enjoyed watching the pros Bowl (LOL)

Good times...picked up summer bowling passes in Philly and used them to bowl with the family. Service was great thank you Samantha. Food was awesome better than some of the local chains!

Ive been here 2-4 times. Lots of fun! I did some nighttime bowling where they turned off the lights and had $2 shots. Regular bowling is a lot of fun too. Solid location!

Great place for the family to have fun. Decent food choices and full bar it seems. Staff is very friendly and helps with any lanes issues immediately.

The lane staff was friendly and helpful, bit there was no one at the concessions stand. I couldnt get anything to eat or drink the hour I was there.
