AWFUL! Went here on this sunday, for a birthday party. 14 of us!! Thats expensive just for the bowling.. So we go to order food.. And WOW worst customer service EVER! I think her name was cat or something, but she was so RUDE. Rolled her eyes, cocked attitude. And literally alls we did was order food. Then at the end there was a few mistakes with the order, and we asked to have them fixed and she was awful. We told her she was being rude and she flat out told us " i dont care, you guys only came here cause its open today" she just kept saying "i dont care" and when she brought our drinks and food out she carelessly just pushed it on the table and walked away. Shook her head at us. She was annoyed that she had to actually work. Like get real, why work somewhere if youre going to be mad at people making a big order! i will NEVER go to this place ever again. Jack and jills has lost mine and my families business.

Management is a joke. First of all, This is the first place that has forced us to pay for our toddlers shoes. This makes it a place WAY to expensive if you want to bowl as a family. Second, and most annoying, we werent given our change after paying cash. When I went back to ask him, he treated me like a criminal. Sorry bud, you screwed up. There are no seats where you input the bowlers names, making for an awkward beginning to the experience. When we made a mistake on putting our name on the boards, the same manager continued to lecture me while saying he would "reset it this one time". Avoid this place.

We always have loved bowling here, now with the new building it is even better. I took my kids there for years in American Fork (and as older teenagers/young adults they took themselves- bowling turned into pool!) and am now taking my grand kids to the new Lehi building. GREAT FAMILY FUN!

Was recently at Jack and Jill Lanes and loved it. Despite previous reviews, its definitely on my favorite list. We love bowling, and Jack and Jills oils their lanes unlike many of the other local alleys. If youre serious about bowling, check out Jack and Jills.

The food here takes forever because they typically have one person working in the kitchen and two people goofing off at the front desk. All of our food was cold and some was over cooked. The bowling seems pricy and the owner Jack is beyond a grumpy ass.

I love jack n jills, weve been coming for years. But the girl over the dinner was a real brat, when we asked her to please be nice, she fired back! Horrible customer service KILLS small businesses. Hopes shes out of there before we come back!

A bit beat up inside. Lanes seem fine. Automated systems all seem reliable. Dont expect much beyond lanes for bowling. Arcade and food are weak.
