After driving by and calling ahead, I was told it was a 20 minute wait, walk in 2 minutes later (or less) and its suddenly 45 minutes. Finally get a lane, went to the lane, it was already occupied by other bowlers. Had to wait 15 minutes to get a new lane. Half way through our game, lights go off on our game in the middle of a roll, we were told we had to move lanes so they could clean, up to this point we handled all the inconveniences without a problem. We sit and wait 20 minutes for them to clean our lane (literally in the middle of our game), after the guy operating the machine finally finishes he starts texting on his phone and generally taking his sweet time. Finally after a trip to the front desk to ask what the delay was, the operator was no where to be found. 5 minutes later hes found, and starts moving our lane, which takes another 5 minutes. At this point were so frustrated with the complete lack of any kind of customer service we leave, when the man at the front desk learned of our frustrations he was less than empathetic. It seemed because we werent part of a league or a weekly regular, we were of no concern. The previous complaints of profiling for decent service were absolutely correct. I used to come here once a week with my friends and always refer people to this place. Not anymore, its worth paying a few dollars more at other alleys to actually play a few games of bowling all the way through.

I just got into bowling more seriously this year and wanted to get a ball, shoes, and a bag etc and found this place on Google this morning so I drove down from Logan. My teammates were looking for new gear as well. Huge place, great lanes, nice vibe until... The man working the pro shop that day named Blaine was the RUDEST guy Ive ever encountered in a retail environment. Really condescending, combative, and indifferent. Didnt care to explain gear and terms. Really short-temper. After 15 mins I finally had enough abuse from a stranger and walked out. He couldnt have cared less he just lost a sure customer. The lanes are nice but the pro shop gets no $from me after today. Im gonna check out West Valley. Hopefully its a better experience at that shop.

Super fun place - old style bowling alley with a snack bar and a bar bar - lots of lanes - they do have league nights, so may call before - service is good, they will bring food to your lane - the seating at the actual bowling lane inst very well thought out, they crowd you together with the other adjacent lanes onto a curved bench type seat - but if your party is 4 or less youll be very comfy with just one lane - any bigger and prob get two lanes. Beer is cheap too and they have pitcher options. Cleanliness is OK, def usable, but not immaculate by any means. Ive always found parking, but the lots does get pretty full as it is a popular place.

I came here with a few friends of mine last Saturday and we had a great time! It wasnt too crowded, even on a Saturday night. I love that it wasnt gimmicky with neon lights and things. The bartender was nice and made good suggestions for what to drink. Ordering the food was and little bit of an odd experience though. It felt like that whole section was just getting put together with the iPad paying system and whatnot... The grilled cheese wouldve been better had I made it at home so I would recommend eating before coming in. Other than that, it was really fun.

Outdated and old, arcade room was stuffy and smelt like feet honestly.. good felt overpriced for what we got. It was I think 7.50 for a Philly and a bag of chips? Why not fries? We all ended up getting a bag of chips but we all wanted fries so we paid extra for those. No free refills either. We came on league night so it was super busy, (Thursday) I dont recommend going that day, but thats not why I rated them that. It was dirty and all of the bowling balls had huge dents in them. The programming system for the scores was very outdated.

This place is Decent for Price!! However there are some people that Drink and get Drunk while bowling which is incredibly hard to focus on bowling while they are loud and obnoxious!! Also there is a guy who works at the Pro Shop who is extremely rude and has little to no customer service skills. Either than that this place is great to bowl at!! Wouldnt recommend coming here any time after 7 p.m. because they have league bowling here almost every day and you could wait up to 45 min

Its a great venue for family fun. The staff is friendly, working hard to serve the needs of the customers in a timely manner. They are very quick to respond to customer questions and comments. There is a decent cafe, although the food production tends to fluctuate rather widely depending on who is cooking. For the adults there is a full-service bar, with TVS and a pinball machine. And finally there is a Pro Shop on the premises, for those who are thinking about "suiting up".

The machines on our 2 lanes never worked right. A guy kept trying to "fix" it but it never still never worked right. Eventually they moved us over but it was already 11:15 PM on a Saturday. It took us about 2 hours to finish one game of 5 people on 1 lane. On the second lane, we just didnt care and finished it quickly. And we waited about 45-60 minutes to get in on Saturday night. We had a group of 15. No wonder it is so cheap here.

I have been coming to this bowling alley for several months now, every Monday night and recently joined a league too. They are very friendly, reasonably priced and the lanes are well maintained. Only complaint is the outdated computers. Sometimes they read the pins wrong and the animations are way outdated. A great place to bowl though. If you go on weeknights you may not bowl till late because of how much league bowling they do.

I dont think weve ever had a bad time here. Clean enough, plenty of lanes to choose from, and theyre a thousand times better cared for than the bowling lanes on State near 21st. 3 games with shoes for 6 bucks? An emphatic: Jyeah. Their Lounge is something else altogether, but enough visits and they loosen up to your mug. Some of my best bowling scores and photos with friends have happened at Bonwood.

Ask the pro shop about the return policy. I purchased shoes for my brother and the "pro" refused to return them because we found the shoes he wanted online. He was completely rude and didnt look up from his phone the entire time. We have purchased every ball from him and asked our friends to do the same but never again. ASK FOR THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE!

Ive been to this bowling alley a number of times and i absolutely love how many lanes they have and how affordable bowling is! One thing that irks me though, is that they practice age profiling (at least in my experience) which 99% of the time translates into poor service. Other than that, if I was a middle-aged white male I would give the alley 5 stars.
