We had our sons 5th birthday party here last Saturday afternoon. It was a total nightmare and disaster. When we arrived at 3:30 with 4 and 5 year olds the lobby was so full with older teens/adults it was almost impossible to get through the crowds. We had no idea where to check or how to check in. After my husband searched for about 5 minutes we discovered there were 8 other birthday parties that afternoon. It was total chaos. The check in was a very long process. The woman checking us in was unfriendly and not helpful at all. She was taking the gifts and throwing them behind her (we are still missing one). After 20 minutes of checking everyone in we went to what was supposed to be our private trampoline court. There was one employee on our court who I thought was supposed to help run the party. Instead she scolded every kid telling them not to jump on the sides, there could only be one child per square at a time so she followed them around yelling at them. There were 3 balls on the court (there were 22 children at the party) so all of the kids were crying and fighting over the balls. Half-way through the jump time my husband and I wanted to organize a game for the kids. We asked the employee on our court if she had a whistle and if she could help, she said "No," and didnt offer to help. There were older teens running all over our court (which was supposed to be private). The employee never told them to get off. My husband and I had to keep asking them to get off as we were concerned about the safety of the 3, 4 and 5 year olds on our court not to mention it was supposed to be private. After the disaster hour long jump we went into the party room which was also a disaster. The employee that was supposed to be helping us in there gave 2 kids a piece of pizza and then left, didnt say where she was going, we had no idea where she went. She came back after 10 minutes with a pizza cutter. In the mean time all of the kids were crying for pizza. My husband and I served all of the drinks. We cut the cake and handed it all out. The party was such a disaster! Im even more upset with how management handled the whole situation. I called later that evening when we got home because I was so upset. The manager said "sorry about that." The GM called me later in the week and offered pizza at our next party. Sorry Sky Zone, not only did you lose our family as customers but you lost 22 other families. No one from our party will be returning to your location. Get your act together!

My brothers birthday is this week so we received an email from Sky Zone NEW ROCHELLE that said that my brother had a free admission and one of his friends could get his admission 1/2 of the price. At the beginning we showed them the email and they said that it was not possible to do the offer. After 20 minutes of negotiating they finally said that my brother could have a free admission but that his friend couldnt pay 1/2 the price as written in the email. We ended up paying 50 $ ( my brother, me and my cousin ) As the normal admission is 22 $ for an hour we shouldve paid 44 $ ( my cousin and I ) They charged us two sky socks for 6 $ (which we already had so they were not necessary). We after said that we had skysocks and that we wanted the 6 $ back . They said that they couldnt give us the money back and that we could spend the 6 $ as a gift card. If they were not cheating we would have paid a total of 33$ . So we basically lost 17 $

By far the WORST place i have ever took my kids to!!!! The employees are lazy and rude. They told my 3 year old and 6 year old kids they couldnt jump together holding hands on the trampoline and shortly after that had the nerve to help an obese woman out the foam pit and just stood there and watched as both my kids struggled to get out. They continued to kick them off of almost all the trampolines they had available. I thought this place was for children!!! Its seems like they ignore all the children unless its to tell them what they can not do and only caters to the adults and teenagers. My 6 year old was very disappointed with her experience here and as a parent i am very upset also. A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!! Should have just went to BILLY BEES OR RYE PLAYLAND!

My Kid recently went there and her phone was in her pocket and accidentally fell in the foam pit, and its been a hassle just to get it back. The staff took our information told us they will call us if they find it after they clean out the pit. they finally called us and stated they may have found the phone, went there but it wasnt my daughters phone. It didnt seem like a very big pit to me, I couldve gone in and find it myself, and they didnt seem to really care. I heard a rumor that they fully clean the pit at the end of each month, by that time it would surely be gone. So parents before your child goes into the foam pit please make sure they take their phones out their pockets because you wont be getting it back....

Today was my sons 4th birthday and it was the worst even tho my son had a good time but it was so many damn rules....not orga at all. The host didnt know what she was doing or how to manage a party. I suppose to be calm & enjoy the party with my family but instead cursing the staff for not doing their job. I felt that I had to be the host & get things organized for my sons bday. Couldnt barely had a good time...they should host fun activities or play games. Just wasent satisfied at all...they felt sorry so they gave me 30 min free jump for next time....really?? Really got annoyed...no more parties at this damn place.

Had Bparty for not too big kids, it was not organized at all, host was not present at most of times, reserved trampoline was opened 40 min later so kids run everywhere which makes difficult to watch them. During emergency there was no help at all, they dont have even gauze or ice pack, think about something very serious what happened. Before eating pizza at least they should offer purel/whipes or ask small children to wash hands before eating pizza with sweaty dirty hands. "So why do we need a host??? " Would not recommend for kids under 10 for big group party. Sorry, just very disappointed

Im currently here for a birthday party, and this may be the most disorganized, ghetto ass establishment Ive ever been to. There is absolutely no rule being enforced by the totally inept staff here, as teens and some adults are cutting children in line for zones. People are running through areas and knocking children over, and when this is brought up to staff, you get eye rolling and attitude. I would pay a dime to have my kids party here

Looks fun for the kids a lot smaller then one would think but the kids seem to enjoy the activities and the high flying trampolines. Admission is $22.00 for 60 minutes and $32 for 120 minutes. Standard food choice of pizza, hot dog, fountain drinks and candy. You can bring your own birthday cake and they will keep it refrigerated for you. The plus side is there is an excessive amount of staff which is excellent.
