During Halloween season this place is the Castle of Chaos. They give you 4 options of gear ranging from a glow stick to keep the monsters away to level 4 which gives the monsters permission to move you. I went with level 4 in order to maximize the scariness. I was able to see most of the monsters coming because the place was too well lit. There were a lot of creative displays including a skeleton in the waiting area that would interact with people. All things considered, I had fun even though it wasnt that scary

This is a awesome bowling alley. I have been coming here for around 10 years and definitely recommend this alley. It is rarely busy and the staff is incredibly friendly. They want to make sure you have a good experience. The food is cheaper compared to other bowling alleys and their fries are very tasty. I brought my dad here two weeks ago and he said he would come back just to get a order of their fries. I also recommend coming here Saturdays during the day and Monday nights because there is little to no crowd

Our alley (3) constantly got jammed with both bowling balls and pins. The score system didnt work the second frame, but was fixed by the staff when notified. The music was pay to listen (didnt note the price) but the song someone played sounded like the speakers were blown out. This place was not crowded (Wednesday night) and the staff was able to assist every time we needed help. I would give a 3 * but the service was what I expected to get from all of the clogs and such.

We came here for my birthday with my family. The service was great and the food was actually really delicious and well priced for bowling alley food. The atmosphere was very classic and had a down to earth home feel to it. The bowling was exceptional too. They dont have a lot of fancy stuff but if you want a good time at a classic place come here. They even had a gift for me since it was my birthday. We will most definitely be coming back.

I love this place. My fiancé and I started coming here for a college class, and we now exclusively bowl through them. Theyre very helpful and always ask if we want the music changed. We rarely order food/drinks, but when we do the service is great and food is wonderful. Its a small business, which is why we like it. Never have to wait for a lane in the day. Will recommend to friends.

Not a great experience. Only a few lanes have bumpers for kids and they only had two ramps to help the kids aim the ball. It took us about 40 minutes to get the food that we ordered and apparently the two pre-teen girls that were helping with the food had given it to someone else. The house balls were in pretty sorry shape.

Went to the alley to k at the pro shop. The manager and pro shop guy proceeded to tell me about the deals that were already posted on the pro shop door. I guess they thought I was an idiot. I wanted to ask more questions but he seamed as though I interrupted a phone call from a friend. I will never go there

Overpriced and bad lighting. The cosmic bowling. Came on with the half of the lights not working and made it almost made it too dark to see. Pin machines kept on breaking down mid bowl. On a good note the floors were not warped and had a good selection of balls.

Serious bowling here. Im not a serious bowler and neither are the kids, but they were friendly and uncrowded on a Saturday afternoon. Was fun to watch a guy almost bowl a 300 game in the lane next to us. I imagine things get very serious here on league nights.

I went in and bought a pair of bowling shoes and they were so helpful! They let me throw a couple balls and even gave me some awesome pointers! They were so helpful and kind, I defiantly will be going back! They were the best!

Big City Bowl is a great locally owned and operated place. The folks that run it are so nice. Although the place is clean, they are renovating the kitchen and lanes. This is a great place for a party.

This is the best place to bowl! Super low key! they have a bar so you can get a beer. It is our favorite place! inexpensive and the staff are all AWESOME! We have been going there for years!

This bowling alley has gone down hill had to get moved 3 times to different lanes and then our ball continued getting stuck on the third lane. WASTE OF MONEY!
