Miracle Bowl has been around for a while. In my eyes, it has built up a good reputation. Every time I visit, theres always something recently replaced such as their old carpets or old lanes, and trust me it gives the place a breath of new air. Dont want to read it all? Heres the gist. Good place for affordable bowling (on weekdays+sunday) for the whole family. Pizza is great, other food is okay. Playing their arcade games is risky, might not work. Here are the reasons I think this place is great: 1. The lanes. They actually care for their lanes, unlike Fat Cats and the BYU bowling place. Almost every time I visit, they are oiling their lanes and dusting their gutters, or it has been recently oiled and you can faintly smell the strawberry (?) scented oil. 2. The prices! Every summer on every weekday they have a special price before 5:00PM, its $1.25 per game and $1.25 for shoe rentals. The cheapest place to bowl around! They also have daily specials listed on their website and in their bowling center. 3. The shoes. Somewhere near August 2015, I came in and it looked like a lot of their shoes were nearing their end of life, but these guys get on the problem quick. Around Feb 2016 they seemed to have ordered a whole new batch of nice velcro shoes and they are comfortable and stylish. 4. The food. They dont have a food chain tied on to them because they hand make most of their food. A lot of their food is pretty good for a bowling center. The hamburgers almost look as nice as the advertisements, I heard their fries are actually air cooked and taste just as great is fried fries, but the one thing that stands out most to me is their pizza. Its neat because you can watch the whole process of pizza making, from pressing the dough to putting all your toppings in, and it ends up tasting great! Here are some downsides I have 1. Arcade games. Every time I visit, one (or both) of their pinball machines are down, and the Big Buck Safari seems to have not been working for a few months as well. 2. Bathrooms. I can walk in to the mens bathroom and there will be a lot of paper towels on the floor next to the garbage. Its not the workers fault that other people are gross, but it wouldnt hurt to check once in a while. 3. Machines. a.Their vending machine is old and will only take nickels up to $1 bills. I usually have to ask for quarters because it will never take my $1 bills, and the vending machine sometimes wont accept my choice and tell me its out of stock, even though I can see it RIGHT THERE. b. Gumball machine. Its a neat idea, playing pinball with your first to try and get an extra gumball when you hit the target. Unfortunately theirs seems to be broken and wont give an extra gumball, and its also pretty dirty so you might not want to eat the gumball you do get. c. Quarter change machine + pool. Their quarter machine looks like its from the late 70s, and it only seems to take pristine bills. A lot of the time I have to ask for change. Their pool tables will sometimes have rips in them, and the pool balls get stuck in there a lot as well.

Waited for a lane for thirty minutes while watching people in line behind us get served. Went up to the counter to ask how much longer, was told "ten or fifteen minutes" and they offered to put us on the list. Then when we complained about having already been on the list for thirty minutes, all we received was a shrug at having been overlooked. Wasnt offered any kind of compensation for the screw up or the time wasted. Pretty miffed that we had to remind the guy that we were already on the list. Lane 7 kept breaking on us, and there was zero hussle from staff to go free it up. Had to tell them multiple times each time. They finally moved us lanes. Ran out of nacho cheese at 9:45 pm and didnt want to make more until we said (somewhat forcefully) that thats what we wanted. Literally would not recommend this place to anyone ever after our experience tonight. Also the drinking fountain has black mold growing on the part where water shoots out. Was told free refills for fountain drinks, went back for refill and different person there threw the cup away and said they dont do that.

Ive only gone here because its right by my house, but this place is dirty and pretty run down. A bunch of idiots work here and have the worst customer service. I can remember at least three occasions where they were yelled at by customers because theyve messed up with their lane situation or for something else. We waited over an hour for a lane to open up abd when I walked up to ask the guy why they were giving all the groups that came in after us a lane, he said you guys never came up. Isnt that why you asked for our names and have a microphone, so you can call us up when a lane opens up. We were all just sitting together waiting. I asked him why he didnt call my name, all he did was shrug his shoulder and said "I dont know". Not cool! You guys suck!!

I have a recent coupon that states that every tuesday and thursday from 5pm to close, you pay a 5 dollar cover charge that includes the shoes and you can bowl as many games as you want for .75. Took my girls to go bowling and they said it was 9pm to close. I mentioned the ad I got on my door and they showed me one that stated 9pm to close. Came home and the ad I have clearly says 5pm to close to easily accomodate families. Will not be spending entertainment dollars at Miracle Bowl anymore. We will now support BYUs bowling with our family entertainment dollars. Go Cougars!

Ive been going here for years because of the amazing service! I dont know what these other people are saying because Ive only had positive experiences. Once I mentioned my foot kept catching on something and I didnt know if it was my shoes (that I brought) or something on the ground. The employee didnt hesitate, grabbed a rag and cleaner, got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed ever inch of wood between the ball dispenser and our lane. This is by far my favorite alley in Utah and Ive been to well over a dozen from Cedar City to Ogden!

This is a pretty good bowling alley. It offers bumper bowling for individual bowlers. So if you go with adults and kids, the kids can have the bumpers pop up on their turn then go down for the adults. I think this is an awesome feature. They also offer by the hour pricing and by the game pricing. Which is great for those that want to just practice and not keep score for a game. On the downside, it is kind of dingy and old looking. I think it really needs to be remodeled and updated.

Wow, what a wonderful experience we had today. My brother and I bowled two games each. This was my first time in many years here. I asked Mike how he puts a curve on the ball and he took the time to show me and gave me many pointers that helped me learn a new way to bowl. Curtis was also helpful and we are thrilled with the kindness and professionalism of the employees! Thank you Miracle Bowl! You sure went the extra mile for us today!!!
