WORST BOWLING ALLEY EVER!! Walked in with fiance. Lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at us and didnt even greet us or ask what we wanted. After buying the unlimited night bowling, she did not give our change back to us. I had to ask her give us our change. Started bowling and lanes were outdated, shoes are smelly, old, with tears. We got hungry and tried ordering a burrito from a different lady who handled the food stop there. It took 10 minutes of my fiance trying to order a simple breakfast burrito off their menu and the lady was so stupid and kept just staring at us. My fiance got irrated with her and we ended up not getting any food. I have never wrote a review before for bad service but this was the worst experience, I have ever had. STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!! Side note: good luck finding a bowling ball that fits your fingers.... date: 11/05

We went there today and walked in up to the counter. We saw families bowling and people working, so obviously under impression that we would be able to bowl. We waited by the counter for rest of our group to show up. Once they arrive we go up to the counter and the worker had seen us standing there for a while, rudely tells us "no bowling till 9pm". This was most of our first time there and were looking forward to having a good time. We dont understand why there were others playing and why they would turn away our business like that. We will not come back because of this experience. We went to Fat cats instead and had a great time there..

I gave it three stars because the staff is very friendly, the prices are good and I like the shot. however, their General Manager was very rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I were 2 games in and heh came over in the middle of the game and told us we cant bowl unless we put on bowling shos, (we have a pair of street shoes detected to bowling cause we DO NOT SLIDE) and we explained this to him and he continued to be rude and therefore we had to leave in the middle of the game. we are not house bowlers, I have been bowling for over a year and he has been bowling over 20.. I dont think any PAYING BOWLER should be treated this way.

Mesa East Bowl is a great alley! Its a down home, comfort feel alley. Not a commercialized alley. I love the fact that we can go bowling with the kids or go there and shoot pool and have an adult night in the bar. The food is great. For a bowling alley, the food is beyond good! The staff are all very friendly. ( and if you dont think they are, remember, everyone has bad days!) The bathrooms are clean and always kept up, and the prices are great. If you want a night out with the kids, go to Mesa East Bowl. If you want an adult night out, go to Mesa East Bowl!

Snack bar is surprisingly good and the price for bowling here is lower than the big chains for the most part. Most of the bowling equipment is in good order and has been upgraded in the not-too-distant past. Lots of league options and usually not too hard to get a lane, though due to the former you will definitely want to call ahead and check on lane availability before you go. There are some arcade games on site but they break down regularly. It would be nice if they offered better birthday packages as the current options are underwhelming.

called this AM at 0900 talked to woman who answered the phone did not disclose her name wanted to get prices for a group event they do not offer group prices at all when I asked she became very rude stating that it was 12 per person for unlimited bowling at rock n bowl or we could pay 3.75 per person per game and 3.25 for shoes and they would not hold lanes for a party I then asked if they had birthday plan she did give me this information but stated that it was before 5 pm why this was not offered to begin with I do not know

Im giving MEB 5 stars because Ive personally witnessed it go from a nasty little joint to a family friendly neighborhood bowling alley. Ive been going there since I was 12 years old (Im 23 now) This was my sisters first job and my best friends last job before he passed away.. Theres a lot of history there. Great prices, Customer service is retarded but youre at a bowling what do you expect? Food is over priced but gets the job done. Thats my honest opinion :)

This place is great. I wouldnt say Ive had amazing customer service but its never been bad in the many years of going there. All the people who left bad reviews whining about times they had to wait for a lane should check out the website and see when they list open bowling times. I think 3/4ths of their business hours are dedicated to leagues. Which (big surprise) brings in more money than people strolling in on a whim to bowl.

Great place for everybody from age 6 to 96! Weve been going to this place for years now,and we ( especially my eight year old daughter) love it. Always great fun,great staff,really good food ,great pricing. You can have quality family time either Bowl ,having dinner, have a few drinks and play pool...yes all that under one roof! Definitely recommend !!!

Well maintained bowling alley with updated scoreboards. The snack bar does a good job at getting orders out quickly during tournaments. Drawbacks would be limited seating at tournaments, no gaming area for kids, and sporting events are not playing on screens in the general bowling area.

I used to come here all the time and its an okay place. I called on a Saturday night to see how long the wait list was because he had said it was very busy and he couldnt give me an estimate of how long it would take to get a lane. Very unhelpful and was really rude about it

Very greasy lanes, extremely rude staff. Asked for the pro shop hours, guy who seems to be manager replied that "theyre on the door." House balls are old, cracked and damaged, some even have gum in their holes. I hate this alley. Would give zero stars if possible.

Cant give 0 stars. Their website says they have open bowl on certain days but they form leagues and close bowling with no warning. You have been warned. Call before you get your hopes up for a party here. Wish I could have celebrated and given a real review.

Its way too expensive for what you get. We had a hard time finding a bowling ball that was the right size and finger fit. It was $11 or $12 a person for two games and the food prices were also too high. Its worth a drive to go somewhere else.

Horrible service told me lanes would open up in 17 Mins because of a couple of leagues were playing so I put my shoes on and waited the time then asked about the lanes only to learn I would have to wait 5 more hours till 9pm to get a lane. WTF

I have been here plenty of times before...Its such a fun place to be and I love every thing about it...I called a few days ago to set up a party and The Manager was soo kind and understanding!!! I Would reccomend this place to any body!! :)
