We received a package deal as a gift. The staff was pretty confused how to deal with it, but figured it out eventually. Part of the package was glow golf, which is being renovated. A bit disappointing, and they tried to play off that the deal included bowling instead of glow golf...we drove from logan in summer and werent wearing socks. Bowling wasnt really an option. We had to be a little stubborn but ended up with extra tokens instead. The pizza was tasty. The bumper cars were fun, but they have too many packed into such a small space. With the space available, they should have about half as many cars. There werent many games in the arcade, but the selection was varied and interesting. The only thing that didnt work - half the ticket counting machines were out of order. The prizes cost a bit more than most arcades, but the staff is generous with them. They also under guess when they charge you for unmarked prizes. About 1/10 didnt have prices. The employee gave them away cheap, and the manager said they should have charged more. I didnt see a single employee smile or show any sign of emotion (except boredom...does that count?). When we interacted with them, they could barely even focus on what we were saying or what they were doing. The place is pretty cool...other than the employees. How horrible must the management treat them for them to be so miserable????

It does not even deserve a star but google makes you give it one. We bought the KSL Deal and boy was that a wast of money. when we got there we went in to there restraint for pizza. all of the employees had better things to do than help the customers that where there. our food was cold and tasted terrible. our server brought over our food and then left for a smoke break and did not come back till she wanted to be paid. we got one refill and that was due to the fact after 3 tries we finally flawed one of the other servers. then it was game time. firs we bought the package for 6 and they only wanted to give us things to do for 5. the place was a mess and allot of the games did not work. you talk to them about it and that would do nothing. then when you do get a game that works and your kid wins some tickets they dont get them.. on the tickets you do get when you go to cash them in you have to wait till the two girls behind the counter finish socializing to get help.. next time we will save the money and go to another place.

Went for fun and dinner for my daughters birthday. She is special needs so we chose to go on a not so busy Wednesday night. Only bought one game since it is usually a struggle with my daughter. Took several trips to the grill to get our food, not the best service. Good food. Didnt get the food til frame 6. By then another group had arrived, apparently needed our lane as 1 of 4. Rude, impatient people rushed us through our food and game. Didnt get to finish, ended up standing in the arcade food and a beer still in hand. What if i had wanted another game?? There were open lanes they could have put the others, lanes 20-26 were open long enough. Stayed to play arcade, played laser tag that costs too much. Usually spend between 90-120 when i go to fat cats, for my money I expect customer service!

My husband and I took our 3 year old daughter to fat cats for bowling and to play the arcade games. After we payed for a game of bowling one of the employees, micah, came up to give my daughter suckers and asked her if she liked the movie frozen. My daughter LOVES frozen and he told her that he would play let it go for her, which he did. My daughter absolutely loved it and was dancing to the song. This made ours and our daughters night, but Micah was not done. when we were done bowling and went to turn in our shoes he gave us some free tokens to play the arcade games and a bracelet that my daughter loved and now refuses to take off. we have coupons for a game of golf and bumper cars. he was beyond sweet. We will be back soon! Thank you Micah!!!!!:)

This place is a joke! I waited 30 minutes and finally received "help". There was a line of 12 people (myself included) and there was ONE person "helping" everyone while the others sat around talking. All while maintaining eye contact with the customers lined up. When I finally got to the counter, and got coins, the machines ate my coins. So, I went back to the counter to purchase a card and the line was even longer and the help was even more nonexistent. If I could give a negative 5 star rating, I would. Ive been a huge fan of this establishment and have made it a point to come here every time I am in town but that will never happen again!! Maybe Fat Cats needs to hire more competent and caring employees!!

We went the night of Trunk-O-Treating. Great discounts! Should have done the treating first. Will next year! We also did 2 rounds of bowling, arcade games, pizza and lazer and tag. Lazer tag is the best! The staff helped my daughter when she got separated from me in the crowd after spending her arcade tokens. Would have given it a 5 star if it didnt take a discount night to make it affordable! Also, the pizza is not good they need to improve that. The service at the Tailgate Grill is good, just not to food. Saying all this, we will be back. My daughters Father was supposed to take her there for his next visit with her. But he died last year before he could do it.

First time there, and it was NOT a good experience. First of all, prices are outrageous. Second, they had only 4 ticket counters and 3 were broken so there was a huge line. Finally, we got a reservation with the text notifications for when a bowling lane woul be open. They said 10-15 minutes tops. After an hour of waiting we go back to inquire because some lanes were open, and "someone must have deleted our reservation". No apologies or explanations; they just set us up with a lane. They actually didnt even tell us what lane; we had to go find it. Horrible customer service, understaffed, very poorly maintained, and not clean. I wont be returning.

Its a good place to bowl and a fun place to be good music all of the experience but one we had was good we had an hour of bowling that we paid for I went to get a drink out of one of their machines it took my money lady at the counter didnt know what to do she refured me to her boss that was at the prize counter went back over to the other counter the boss was there she told me that I should have to wait in line behind 6 groups of people this part of the experience was bad I wasted time that I had paid for trying to get money that one of the machines stole from me, They need new or better management and more employees very under staffed

We took our kids there to have a fun family day out. Prices were ok. A lot of the games were "eating" tokens and we couldnt get those back. We lost over 20 tokens because of that. The glow golf was ok. kind of hard to see and REALLY cramped. Not much fun when theres a lot of ppl in there at once. Its also really short. The employees were all nice and friendly but the other customers were really rude and obnoxious and just no respect for anything. Im not ok with that. All in all the place was ok but its not one Ill go to again. Id rather drive the extra miles and go to boondocks in Kaysville.
