Ive been a repeat customer from the inception of this store to present time, Ive bought high price items through this period. Recently I purchased 2 $800 pair of adidas ultra boosts in the matter of 2 weeks. The only complaint I have to say is with the customer service when you enter and while youre shopping in this store. My first initial Purchase was a shoe I had been watching via their online store, when I asked for the particular shoe in a size 9 one member of their staff looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. You would think these people would know their shoes. I asked specifically for a particular model from the brand name, model name, colorway, and year of release. After ten minutes of sitting, he came back to tell me they didnt have it. I had to reassure him that it was still available on the site and to please double check for them. After another ten min (these times are not exaggerated) he finally came out and just handed me the shoes to try on. No banter, humor, personality, or conversation. I am not the one to be picky with customer service but if a customer picks out a high quality priced item it is safe to say you really would want to hit all of points of sale to try and acquire this purchase. During checkout the cashiers were to busy talking to each other or other members of staff rather than addressing me. I went back a few days ago for my most recent purchase and I received the same treatment, I feel like they have a really unorganized inventory system. It takes forever to receive a sneaker to try on. Im a big advocate when it comes to staff Harrassing shoppers every second while walking around, but they havent found the happy medium between helping and leaving the client alone to comfortably Make a decision on purchasing items. I took my business from flight club to this place because of the inventory selection, but in conclusion I feel as if my biggest plite was with customer service, they can learn to cater to the shopper a lot more and their inventory system may need to be revamped. Other wise I rather shop via website its really well made and the New York state tax is killer!!! IG: L_ssj
Well I decided to start a shoe collection, and recently jump on the ultra boost train, So i found this site called stadium goods and i really dont like ordering stuff online my be Im oil fashion, so I ended up spending $500 on 2 pairs of shoes and even had the 2 day shipping for an extra$25 ..and 2 days went by and no shoes so I called and they said my purchase was being reviewed, and I was like whats there to be reviewed yall have already took my money... send me my shoes...the next day i got an email saying that my order has been cancelled, and they will be refunding my card with in 5-7 business day...bcuz they thought it was fraud... now my bank takes 15 calender days to process refunded money... and i dont know the reason why...so I have to wait 2 plus weeks to get back my $500 and have no shoes, very inconvenient the customer service at this place sucks, full of bunch of douchie people. ..
I got the 750 chocolate yeezy when they release & had them at stadium good since mid October, I have been trying to change the price since then, every time they say theyll change it, they never do. This is unacceptable and unprofessional due to the fact that I have to call in every month and ask for a decrease on the price, but they never do! Is like you have to beg for it and thats really a bad look on stadium good, since theyre supposed to be top of the line sneaker store. If you guys plan on reselling here dont do it, I suggest you go to FLIGHT CLUB! They are willing to listen to the customers and attend their needs.
Terrible experience with FedEx and stadium goods. Called FedEx to ask why they wont drop off the shoes with a signature and they said they wont drop the shoes off without someone being there? Then called stadium goods for them to tell FedEx that we are here, just drop the shoes off at the door, they cant do that. Employee then began to yell at us because we cant be at home during 10-12am. Overall, terrible will never get anything from her ever again
I just ordered the Jordan low retro 11 shoes in navy blue with gum sole. I ordered them 5 days ago and they arrived via Fed-ex today. The shoes themselves are in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be a return shopper. I would recommend Stadium Goods to anyone looking to find a top quality hard to find shoe. I enjoy stadium goods because I can find shoes in my size that are typically sold out other places with a very wide variety of shoes to look through but they are very very overpriced almost to the point where its kinda hard to shop, I can find a pair of shoes at footlocker or Nike for upwards of $150 or $175 but at stadium goods the same pair of shoes would cost me $290 or more
I havent had a bad experience with stadium goods but I can honestly say they show more appreciation than flightclub. The online shipping is a little overpriced and they need to work a little on there shipping updates but overall my sneakers came in excellent condition, and didnt take that long to get them. I would def be a returning customer :)
Really excited Stadium Goods is open. I needed to cop a fresh pair of Air Max 95s and headed to Howard Street to see what they had. Ended up scooping a few size 12 pairs. Couldnt be happier with the service and variety of options. I may end up getting myself in trouble as I plan to go back in the next few weeks. Love this place.
Its a nice store the people in there are cool. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they had shoes i wanted. Told me they were $265 at first and online they were the same price. Then they tell me it’s $465. I just thought it was a ripoff. If u dont honor the prices online of the same shoes and same size dont bother.
Do not send shoes to Stadium Goods for consignment. I shipped a pair of Nike shoes for consignment. I printed the shipping label through the website. The shoes were delivered on 5/9/17. Nobody has contacted me and the shoes have not been listed. I have sent multiple messages and no one has responded.
Good selection but nothing super special compared to flight club. Prices are usually similar to flight club and online forums, with some shoes being a little more and some being a little less. If you are super into supreme then you will be very happy with the selection of supreme accessories.
I bought a Pair of Jordan Retro 9 Baseball Gloves. Stadium Goods opened up every pair to check for the Tan shoes. I was sent shoes that were already opened. Couldnt be more unethical, of course they are the Black pair. Do not buy shoes from these guys online. Cheaters and scammers, selfish.
