While there are some negative aspects to this theatre, I would definitely say, quality wise, that this location is better than some of the other movie theatres in the area. The theatres are very large, especially ones reserved for popular releases, and are usually kept quite clean. Now keep in mind, with good quality comes higher prices. At this location, during the evening, tickets usually come out to about $10 per adult ticket (for regular theatres-NOT imax 3D etc.) which is not bad compared to their outrageous food prices. They are usually very well staffed during busy hours and will also keep police officers in the lobby. I will say that almost every single time Ive gone here, there has been problems with their electronic machines outside that you can purchase tickets from. Also this place can get very packed on weekends and can make your movie experience less pleasant. For example, I recently watched Split here the day after it came out and almost the entire time of the movie there was a group of teenage girls who would yell/scream/laugh obnoxiously loud, other people groups of people were doing this as well, but they were the main problem. 2 times during the movie police officers and staff had to come into the theatre but the problem was never fixed because the theatre was packed and the staff cant watch every single person during the entire movie. I would say about 20 people ended up leaving the movie before it was even over because of this. While Ive only ran into experiences like this at this location a hand full of times, my experiences here are usually pleasant and I will return here in the future but probably at a more earlier time when its less crowded with inconsiderate people who ruin the movie.

BEWARE: THIS IS A REAL REVIEW DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATRE!! this past Friday I went to see mother at 10:15 and it showed in theatre 29. The movie was good, the picture and sound quality were great. However I got to the movie at about 9:55 so when I got there I chose the very middle sit on a row in the middle. I stayed in that spot for like 15 mins but I kept itching! I thought maybe someone sat there before me maybe had a cologne or something on that I may have been allergic to so I just moved up a row and sat in the middle seat of that one. Everything was fine until towards the end of the movie my bottom just started itching like crazy. I go to my car and I have bug bites all over the back of my legs and lower back and bottom - basically everywhere that my body touched the seat!!!!!!!!!! I dont know if this is like a flea infestation or bed bugs, idk. I dont even know if a movie theatre can have bed bugs but there are bug bites on my body in the areas where my body was on the seat. I had on a maxi dress and a denim jacket-just regular clothes. This is completely disgusting and a nuisance!!!! I have never been bitten by anything at a theatre. I know that theatres see thousands of different people a day but that is the very reason why the facility should be properly cleaned and the seats should be treated! At this point I dont want my money back or any free vouchers I dont want to step foot back in that place ever again! GO TO THIS THEATRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I was not gonna leave a review at first but I think that this is serious and needs to be known.

I AM FURIOUS! This theater let me down a billion times worse than any other in my life. I bought tickets to the 70mm showing of Dunkirk for my entire family, whom Id hyped up the 70mm experience to extensively in the months before. I show up 30 mins early. The previous showing was still going on and when they finally walked out from the movie, they all looked disappointed and were talking about how they were going to be refunded because the 70mm projector broke down 3 mins into the film. Everybody waiting in line was getting worried, but the staff deceivingly told us that they had got it working. I took my seat and looked back towards the projection booth periodically to see what was going on. Every time I looked there were about 3 guys scrambling to figure out what to do. Sure enough, an extra hour passes by and they throw on a standard digital projection of Dunkirk!! Instead of showing us the best possible version of the movie, they showed us the worst. I could tell the quality difference within the first second and I buried my head into my hands in complete utter disbelief. Even receiving a full refund did nothing to soothe my nerves. Even though I already knew 100%, I went up to the projection booth window right after the movie and got confirmation. They were using a REAL3D projector. The management here is so stupid that they didnt even put together their 70mm projector in time for a Christopher Nolan movie even though they had already sold the tickets.

I have been going to this theater for years. The last year, our experience with AMC was terrible. 3 out 4 times within this year has been the worst. My mother & sisters get together & pick a Saturday to meet & to movies. The first time we was waiting to see War Room & Straight Out of Compton started showing. Of course they gave us free passes. The second time we went to go see that new James Bond movie & while showing the preview, the movie cut off. They didnt get it working for about 20 minutes & they gave us free passes. Yesterday, we went to see Barber Shop & as the preview started showing, the movie cut off again. OMG! I went to the guess stand & it was several long lines of people getting their money back because several theaters had stop playing. We didnt wait to get our money back this time because of the long lines, we just went & saw something else. Its ridulous. They need to upgrade their system. Something not right. Also, the theater was nasty, like they didnt clean it before the next showing. The ladies restroom was filthy, no toliet tissue in any of the stalls, the trash can was overflowing with paper towels. I told one of the workers how nasty it was. I had never seen it like that. Apparently, they do not have enough staff on hand. They give out more passes than any theater I know. If you want a few pass, just go to this theater.
