Honestly worst bowling experience ever. Ive had more fun and less complications at Cambrian Bowl and Round One Entertainment at Eastridge Mall. I never went to 300 Bowl, but i heard it was much better. A group and I decided to celebrate a coworkers birthday on Wednesday night, the 18th of Jan, 2017. Dude, not even worth it. I arrived and part of the group was waiting. My coworker said they cannot reserve lanes unless entire party was present. Fine. So two more people and I went to get shoes. A hefty man with glasses named Eddie was at the counter. I asked him for size twelve shoes and he shot back with a disgusting attitude, What Lane? I said I was with the last group at the end. I dont need to know what group youre with, I need to know what lane. With blatant disrespect. I couldnt believe him. He looked like he hated his life and didnt want to be there. He was huffing and puffing like it was a bother to help us. Im not sorry youre in a customer service position. Customers dont deserve to be treated with disrespect. Finally my coworker said lane 21. Apparently I wasnt the only one in out group he was terribly rude to. Next came thr uppity white male bartender that was there, before 10, a female with long dark hair was working the drinks. She was so kind and really quick and made good drinks. The white male however, I guess he didnt graduatr bartending school because I never heard of a Jack and Coke containing water as an ingredient. Weak drinks so bad, we had to go get a bottle at Target and drink in our car outside the Mall to even get a head change. Waste of money on him. Replace him ASAP. Also, after the shift change we all went up to get beers, a friend was going to order two shots and a drink and he asked for three IDs. Than he preceded to ask for her wrist. He was holding a wrist band, similar to the onces at concerts. She laughed and held out her wrist but he didnt budge closer. His smug look on his plain face was just standing there. To get the wristband to touch her wrist she had to move forward, like he was too good to wrap it around her arm himself. Very annoying. Not one member of our group was under 21 and not one member of our group had a wrist band except the female. She called him rude and he laughed and walked away. Very not cool. They was they split the the payments of the games we played was another headache. Apparently, its cheaper the first round of games and the charge goes up after and they werent able to split the games on different cards, even though we asked in advance if we could split the games and the first attendant said we could. Very terrible film and tv show choices on the screens behind the bowls and the video games available are similar to that of Dave and Busters or Round 1 but much more expensive. First time going and I most likely will not return. Very unappealing experience for a Brand New bowling alley. Smh.

As a league bowler, I come here to bowl NOT listen to Disco Music and Bowling with the Sharks or some other professional team playing on the big screen at the end of the ally. If you want to watch the game, move to the bar area where there are several screens dedicated to various professional games. Then putting open bowlers, with small children that do not follow bowling etiquette is not suppose to happen during League Bowling. It does and many times the desk people have to be reminded. The lanes may be OK for open bowlers but are very poorly maintained for League Bowlers. It is difficult to try to be any kind of serious bowler on these lanes. It seems that all this place does is cater to its open bowlers and party folks. Allowing folks to eat on the lanes and then not clean up after them is not acceptable when it could endanger the bowlers that come in after these folks have gone. These are possible reasons why the leagues, that once dominated this establishment, are no longer there or only a few teams have remained. This is definitely not a League Bowler friendly environment and it seems that they really do not care to be. The fees are too high. No breaks to League Bowlers as in other establishments. Even the food prices are way out of line. I will not be back after this season and neither will my team. In our League of 12 teams (down from 22 teams last year), I know of at least 6 other teams that are also fed up with this type of treatment from this establishment. Without new teams, looks like the League will be down to 5 Teams next year. Then there is the fact that under the old 300 Group who actually allowed local high schools to come in early in the mornings for a bowling class, no longer offer this outlet to the community schools. They have become a community unfriendly establishment. What a shame, they could have been such a Good influence ion our children and within the community while actually promoting the sport of bowling as happened when I first started bowling.

Went last night with younger cousins and uncle since cousins where flying out the next day, got "checked in" at 8pm waited till 9:20pm for the text, had checked twice before what number we where on the list (6th then 3rd) but never received a text. At 9:20pm we go up and ask what number we where, the girl at the front said we had been called already and thay no one showed up so they had gone to the next group, showed them that no one had received a text calling us up, double checked the last 4 digits of the phone number and they where correct. We told her we have been waiting for nearly and hour and a half, she said we had only been waiting 44 min since we checked in at 8pm...it was now 9:20pm...ok sure yeah only 44min...she said she could add us again to the list which was up to 13 groups again...needless to say we left extremely frustrated. The staff at the front counter seemed to swamped and did not know what to do, the girl that helped us seemed to begin to panic till the one checking people out basically shooed us away and took a "take it or leave it" stance with us. I personally will not be coming back, this is my first and last time coming. I suggest if your going to do the whole, "sign in and well send you a text", approach to check in then how about trying a practice text to see if youve got the number right, so something like this doesnt happen again?

We have been here a few times and really enjoyed it but unfortunately our experience today will keep us from ever coming back. We went to play pool and get a couple drinks. We left a credit card at the front and got a table and my husband went over to the bar to get our drinks and never got helped. He finally returned and said the bartenders were just messing around and talking the whole time. He said he just wanted to leave and go somewhere else. We returned to the counter and told the girl what had happened and she then told us it would be $3.75.... I told her that we shouldnt even be paying since we didnt even get a chance to play, my husband told her that we werent paying. She let us know that we would automatically get charged whether we paid now or not. I told her that made no sense to me and she didnt elaborate, my husband said he would rather pay the $3.75 and never come back. I have had bad customer service experiences before but this has got to be at the top of the list.
