Let me tell you about this place! I took my 8th grade son and his friends for Cosmic night to celebrate my sons birthday. I was sitting watching them bowl the whole evening. The men in the next lane were drinking shots of tequila and beer for 3 hours. At 1:30 one of the men started to yell at my boys (who were not goofing of nor were they doing anything wrong) They were just bowling. He then walked off and went behind the area where the pins are and turned off their lane. Turns out This person is an employee of Brunswick and he came back screaming profanity at my boys who had never bowled before because they were not having what he called "lane courtesy". He not only bein a professional but also an employee should have known that most of the people bowling at an open time were not going to know these things. The police that is supposed to watch the place and keep everyone safe just took him into the office for a little bit but than allowed him to come back to the table where the DRUNKEN EMPLOYEE started yelling more profanity at my boys and threatened them that he would be waiting for them in the parking lot. These are 13 and 14 year olds!!! He was finally told to leave but not before having RUINED the evening for my sons party! I will NEVER go back to this place and I strongly recommened that you go to a place where they respect their customers enough to not allow their employees to come and get drunk and insult their customers. I am furious that he has not been fired. I was told that he will be working tomorrow at 8:00 am and this incident happened at 1:30 am. I hate to see how he will treat their customers tomorrow. It is obvious that the owner of this place has no concern for its patrons!

There are 3 things I dislike about the Bowling alley. 1. open Bowling prices are pretty high. I dont want to spend $50 to take my family Bowling 2 or 3 times a week. We enjoy Bowling but the prices keep frequency down. 2. Bowling hours. Both Tuesdays and Wednesday the alley opens at 4, Thats great but they want you off the lanes by 5:30 for leauge Bowling. So essentially thier lanes are only available for family fun for a whooping 1.5 hours those days. The kids are home at 3, so maybe an extra hour or 2 would be good. Not only that it makes access to the pro shot limited on league Bowling nights. 3. I dont like that they have a 30.06 sign posted. I get the 30.07, but considering I have personally had 2 of my vehicles broken into there, Id rather have my gun with me than in the car. However, I still am giving it a 4 star because the staff is pretty good, the environment is good, and the lanes are fairly well kept most of the time.

we came to play a little with friends, when we were told we had a 30 min. wait even though there were 4 lanes right in the middle open and unused when we asked the manager why they werent being used he said they were for league. which is of course understood until the "league manager" steps in for no reason and says "if you dont like it, leave!" the manager walks away and laughs. I dont believe that is a way to treat potential customers, much less laugh at the situation in front of them. I dont think Ill be coming again! thanks, but I like being treated the way a person is supposed to be treated!

This place sucks the employees are rude the lanes are terrible dont even have automatic bumpers way to over priced dont have discounts for USBC members and last time I went here I paid for three games they had me move four didnt times so they could oil the lanes which they didnt even do for the ledge that was staying at six the final time they moved me could even finish my last game because they moved me to one of the lanes where there was having a ledge this place is super unprofessional totally RIP OFF go to Astro.

The staff is GREAT so the 3 stars are all for the staff and their courteousness, attempt to help with issues, and smiles! In the last 2 years of League and free time bowling here I have thought things were on the uphill climb. Drinks are always up and down in price and quality....they are ALWAYS out of food choices, and please dont get me started on the lane issues and delays due to equipment.

Welcome to a 90s bowling alley. All thats missing is the smoky scent with archeic score keeping software, and music. Expensive all around. If your just there to bowl your good. Dont expect healthy options for food either. Pasteurized alamode. BOWLERO PRICES WITHOUT THE EXPERIENCE.

Honestly, I shouldnt have to pay $4 for a large drink that doesnt come BOTTOMLESS, even the movie theatres dont try to screw you over this hard. Bad Prices, slow staff... go anywhere else!! I implore you!! Everything is from 1990 here and not in a good way.

Any business that posts a 30.06 and 30.07 sign does not deserve a star. This is America, take your business to New York if you want to post these signs. Not one sigle security gaurd in the building either smh. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Seems like the place needs a remodeling done. Its got a nostalgic feel as if something from the 70s 80s. Some might like that. Food sevice is slow. Pool tables broken, yet usable for a non serious pool game. Only one complete set of balls as of 8/14/17.

Dont attempt to get drinks or even pay for that matter lines are really long. Staff is crap. Lanes dont work. Will not move you when they dont work even though there are 3 free lanes right next to you. Worst bowling alley I have been to in SA.

Always busy and the rules for bringing in outside water etc, change daily with ethno ever is there from corporate. We like it better when they arent there in-car you were wondering. Lanes are ok but track inconsistent on 1 thru about 12.

It was nice there. I really enjoyed the chicken wings. Apparently I have the biggest fingers in the building. Only 15 pound balls had holes big enough to get my fingers in and they were still tight. May have to get a custom ball.

Great set of lanes. Debbie knows what she is doing with the Youth program there. Scholarships for all youth. Fills 40 lanes on a Saturday morning when our Youth program, previously in Houston, couldnt get 40 bowlers together.

The place is fun but the manager would not let us play a game 45 min before closing, the food didnt taste fresh and the bartender acted as though she was drinking. Definitely not a good experience to have on a Saturday.

We enjoyed ourselves but kept having problems with the computer. They had to keep resetting it for us. Seems a little old and run down.Prices are the best we found for spring break.Really dont plan on going back.

It was very difficult to find someone to provide service at the concession stands. They are clearly understaffed in the afternoons. Also, the drink selection was poor- merchandise had not been restocked.
