Horrible. I dont know if it was just tonight (12/10/16), but this place was the worst. Very ratchet, unprofessional, inadequate service, and a waste of our time. To park was $5.00 in a shopping plaza, but we had to park on gravel/non gravel lot. When we sat down it took 30 minutes for a waitress to come over, then leave to say she had to see if the kitchen was still operating. When she came back we ordered drink, 2 alcoholic and 1 non alcoholic. It took them over an hour to get the non alcoholic drink. Meanwhile still not able to order food. So an hour or so later I ask the bouncer if the kitchen is open, he said yes but backed up. So we decided to wait for our waitress to come back, she never did, like never. So another waitress asked is we needed anything and we ordered our food. It took 30 minutes to get two orders and was told the 3rd order was coming out. No fork or dressing was given to one of the orders and that took an additional 30-45 minutes to get. 3rd order still wasnt out yet. So now its 2:00am and still no food. We try to get money back because they make you pay before you get your food,which I have never heard of. It was like pulling a tooth to get the money back and the managers acted as if they could care less. This place is beyond horrendous. Dont go there unless you like this type of service. Customer service makes a world of difference. I would haven given this place no stars but it wasnt an option.

I got a chance to get out and went to their Sunday Night Party. It was live and alot of the citys finest. The chicken wings were really tasty...it was a bbq lemon pepper blend..they call it the ice bar mix but whatever it was...definetly try it. The drinks were on smash. Not expensive like $6 $7 bucks but the alcohol content felt like an easy $10 $12. The djs were rocking and they shouted my name out on their live radio broadcast and made me feel like a celebrity. Lol. The bass was pumping and the ladies made me feel like it was a model call going on.. Not to mention I will definitely recommend checking this spot out. Especially on sunday nights. I asked them if i could give out vip passes for sundays, so if you want to check it out. Its on me...Follow @metroboyz and ill hook it up.... i give it 8 fingers 2 thumbs and 10 toes up...

My first time attending I prepaid for a section for my birthday, when I arrived, they first insisted they had no one pre pay after showing a receipt they tried to throw me and my guests at a table in the middle of the floor (when I pre paid I was shown a booth near the DJ). The manager that made the transaction insisted that I misunderstood and called the money (she gladly accepted from me) "little money" but, refused to refund. SMH (if its so small give it back) After about 30 of my guests arrived going back and forth with another manager, they FINALLY gave the money back & of course we left an spent that "little" money elsewhere. I will never go to this place again. Unprofessional liars. (Oh, and it was dead anyway)

Last Sunday I Had A Brunch & A Day Party Party. Everything Was On Point. My Guest Was Immpress With The Place. The Food & Music Was On Point. I Really Like The Atmosphere You Can Do Something Different Here If You Just Want To Get Out The House For A Minute. I Enjoy Doing Karaoke On Tuesday Night & Shooting Some Pool. I Celebrated 3 Days At The Icebar For My B-Day. I Always Feel Welcome When I Visit The #ICEBAR Thank You Malcolm & Erica For The Accommodation For My Brunch Party........ It Was A Success

The food was horrible. I guess their no refund policy was for a reason. The onions was burnt, bread burnt, chicken dry for a chicken philly. Chicken only in the middle of the bread didnt reach within an inch of the ends on both ends. Pathetic.... My suggestion EAT before you go OR order chicken fingers & fries. The crab legs mightve been good however, they cook them with pork sausage smh. THE MUSIC WAS THE BOMB THOUGH AND WE DID ENJOY OURSELVES.

Place is nice but the wait on food is insane order a chicken ceaser salad took hour then it was wrong friend order wing combo no fries still charge them reg price$ lawd the D.J i wasnt feeling at all right music but playing it fast i thought it was me wondering why the words was going so fast tht was aggervating went for bday party 1st time not going back not my cup of tea.sat nite didnt pay for nothing cant tlk abt prices$$ to get in or drinks

Chose this establishment for my birthday party on 2/18/17. Was told by both the owner Lee and Manager that as long as I have a guest list and the guests arrives before 12, they will get in free. Some of my guests were charged when they arrived before 12. He acted as if he had no clue which made me look like a lier to my party guest. I wont do another party there or returning. I do give 5 stars to my hostess and cook! They were amazing!

On my first visit, it is a very beautiful place to hang out. Their Hookahs are priced too high at $25.00 when it was slow and half empty. They should have been $15.00 like before 12:00am. They had drink specials at $5.00 and their other premium drinks was around $7-12. Large club with two pool tables, and their DJ was on point, I may have my birthday party there. Pros Great music Great drinks Great atmosphere Spacious and beautiful facility Great waitresses and hostesses Cons Very poor security... especially when it comes to the concerns for safety and respectful for their female guest Management more concerned with negative reviews over the guest concerns of safety. **Overall nice place but women have to fend for themselves with disrespectful men guest.

Worst club ever. Had to pay for valet parking and no one parked our car. Over priced watered down drinks, owner is very rude and disrespectful. I wouldnt be surprised if this club wouldnt be shut down in a month. .... . Then after I posted this in the club the owner approached me and ask me to leave. This place is a joke.

Its Something Different for the Southside of Atlanta, as a Dj for IceBar i love that i dont have to play trap music and really get to touch all genres of music. Great Place with a City Lounge Vibe. Went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was very relaxed and casual, not a lot of people. They turned the music off around 8 in order for everyone to hear the episode of Power that was airing. Good hookah and drinks!

Celebrated my friends birthday here Saturday night! She enjoyed herself!! She even got a bday shot on the house!! The whole place was welcoming, laid back and comfortable. Great hospitality all the way around!!

Pretty good fun. 107.9 radio station comes and dj on like Fridays. Relaxed crowd. Good place to drink and play pool. Age range seems to be 25 and older. I like it. Ive been twice and enjoyed each time.
