We have patronized many performing arts schools, lessons, summer camps, choirs with my daughter and our most positive experience has been with Sunburst. We highly recommend this studio. For a parent, it is very user friendly and up to date with technology - you can reschedule lessons on line, you get clear instructions on payments and procedures and timely reminders about everything. All staff are responsive, flexible and accommodating. The instructor my daughter had for drums - Annina - was perfect. She was a perfect fit for my daughter - just the right amount of laid back and serious instruction. We were so happy to find a female drum instructor - great role model for my daughter. There is no pressure to perform, do recitals, pay for extras, which is great. If you just want lessons - you just take lessons. The directors have a great appreciation for your business and the opportunity to teach your child. Cant say enough good about this studio. Were glad we found it.

We have two children enrolled in classes at Sunburst- ages 8 and 11. The instructors are truly top-notch, taking a student-centered approach which weve seen build a ton of confidence in both our children. More importantly, because they are learning by playing pieces of interest, both of our kids are enthusiastic to return week after week. Thank you for building a supportive, fun and meaningful music education program, Alex! Also props to Chloe for being an outstanding keys and voice instructor.

I have been taking bass lessons with Sensei Ben for a few months now. He is a great player and a great teacher. Hes teaching me exactly what I wanted to learn and he is patient, careful and thoughtful about his lesson plans. He has inspired me tremendously to learn more music theory. My son has been taking bass lessons with Ben at Sunburst and hes made a lot of progress. He says that Ben plays the bass well and is a flexible teacher who is willing to work with him to teach him the kinds of songs he likes.
