This is a large box retail site with bounce houses in it. Theres a small train but it wasnt working (or the staff just didnt feel like operating it - very hard to tell). No food, just vending machines. I actually witnessed a staff member open a vending machine with a key, take food out of it, and eat it at the check in desk. Problem was, when she closed the vending machine door, she failed to put the vending trays back correctly so the machine was left "out of service" the rest of the time we were there. The games are sparse and dont seem to follow any rhyme or reason. Example: About 3 or 4 child games give tickets but there is actually a note on the Skee-Ball machines saying you dont win tickets for playing them. No tickets or prizes for Skee-ball??? Theres a big ticket redemption machine and prize counter however just in case your child finds himself/herself amused with the 3 games that actually dispense. This place looks like somebodys failed dream. To the ownership: Consider net/sub-leasing some of the space to a caterer or food-service business. If you give your staff free food, keep a small fridge for them in an employee area (they should never take it from the machine directly). Also, consider playing themed music or kids music. Take the train out if it doesnt work or if you dont have the means to fix or operate it. A broken train is a disappointment to a child. On a positive note, the bounce houses are fun for kids and its inexpensive. I dont find it terribly dirty either, so maybe theyve cleaned it up since previous reviews. There is so much potential here, but the business appears to have no direction and the staff clearly lacks leadership.

My child loves this place but I cant recommend since witnessing a child get clotheslined by a torn piece of netting. I had previously brought this hazard to an employees attention a month before and it hasnt been fixed. Its an obvious strangulation/neck injury hazard. There are also always lose threads and strings. You sign a waiver before your child plays saying that Coocoos is not responsible if your child is injured or dies while playing. Well I personally would feel responsible if someone elses child was injured because of something I noticed and didnt report.

Huge disappointment! I have ways heard about this place so we wanted to try it out with our 21 month old twins. We looked forward to the train but it wasnt working! Overall the place seemed pretty dirty, I mean the carpet hasnt seen a vacuum in a few weeks. The employees hated their jobs and showed no excitement. The games were pathetic, half of them didnt work. They have a huge prize counter but only 3 games gave out tickets. I would pay a little more to go somewhere else.

Had my 3 yr old granddaughters birthday party here and WE will never do that again. The service was horrible!! They gave us ice cold paper thin pizza and when we asked for a knife to cut the cake they gave it to us in a dirty bucket. NOT ONCE did an employee come to the table and ask if everything was alright, we had to go to them. The only reason theyre getting one star is because the children did enjoy some of the bounce houses.

They absolutely need to update their Google listing because we drove all the way over there only to be kicked out for a private event. Then we went next door at jump street and waited in a long long only to find out we have to fill out a waiver before we purchase tickets. They wont let you pre pay and there are no signs telling you to go over to the corner and sign their waiver forms.

Went today with my 3 and 5 year old. They had a good time. Its less expensive than many of the nearby bounce house places. There were 6 large bounce houses with slides and obstacle courses as well as the train (which was running) and some arcade games. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall, its a good place for young children to burn off some energy for a couple of hours.

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. My daughter absolutely loves this place, it is life saver when you are stuck at home and dont have any alternative but ipad/iphone or TV for your kid. Would you rather have them watch spider man cartoons for 5 hours or have him/her spend their energy for $5?

This place is absolutely awful. I wouldnt come back for free. Half of the inflatables dont work, and all the machines are out of order. Do not waste your time. I cant believe they can take your money with a clear conscious knowing the quality of their establishment. Spend the money and go to Chuck E Cheese.

My 18 month old loves to climb and bounce so this place was perfect! I didnt find it dirty or filthy. There was also a short train ride and some arcade games on the side. I was allowed to go in the bounce houses with him so that was good. I wouldnt bring a toddler if you cant accompany them.

Its ok my toddler rides only in the tea cups and train....the downside...if other big kids jump on the tea cup ride which there are only 3 cups but Ive seen 8 kids jump on NOBODY tells them anything! Not the parents, not the manager you have to babysit your kid and other peoples kids.

Need more employees than three working on a Sunday. A little bummed they took out more of their bounce houses and put coin operated machines. And there was very few coin operated machines that even worked. Not that great for almost $9 a child. Rather go to the water park in Carrollton

One of my favorite places to take my child. $8 and she can jump till her little heart is content. Super spacious as well which I love , so all the parents arent conjested on one little bench or area.

This place is a shame, because kids like it so much, but the dust is covering the big crocodile, and the carpet seems like it never be cleaned, they need to clean this place full of germs.

This place has gone down hill. Its under staffed. The staff that is there (1 person) is not interested in doing anything. The games dont work. Floor is filthy. Will not be back.

Good for children between 5 and 9. I would not bring my toddler. Good alternative to the pool when it 105
