To start, the parking lot was an absolute nightmare. No parking and mud everywhere. Cars were getting stuck in the mud and it was a complete mess. The line to get in and get my children checked in for the party was insane. I could not even get them checked in on time for their party. There were too many people in this place. The kids could not hear their names being called for dodge ball so they missed out on that. They called the kids for pizza at 3:10 pm and they waited 20+ mins for the pizza, missing out on jump time. The pizza came and it was super cold. The hostess forgot gloves and plates so she had to run back . I started passing out the pizza because they were taking too long. After pizza, they never came back to clean up. I was cleaning up after all my guests. They never came back to serve cake and my party was ending in 5 minutes. I basically had to hunt down all of the kids and get the cupcakes served to them and hunt down the hostess because she had the lighter and candles. We didnt even have time to open the presents. It was a nightmare! I even expressed my concerns to the person checking me out (which took forever because they were giving wristbands to a party of 20 kids on the check out register) and he did nothing. He didnt offer a solution, discount or anything. There was another woman at the checkout desk expressing the same concern and nothing was done. We were basically told there is nothing they can do because they cant predict the amount of open jumpers. There are too many teenagers "running" this place and cannot handle it. There were too many parties booked and only 4 hostesses handling every party. This place was a mad house and is poorly managed. I will not be returning for a party and dont feel I should have paid +$200 for a party I basically ran by myself and had to serve cold pizza to my guests.

We had the exact opposite experience as Iasias Sanchez. A friend who recently had a party there recommended that we have our sons party there and Im so glad we did. The customer service was exceptional. Upon walking in, we were walked to our party room which was already set up. Our party host helped by checking everybody in and handing out wristbands. We bought extra waters for the parents and the host gladly got them all for us. Approximately an hour into the party the party host called all the kids back to the room and served the pizza. The pictures ARE accurate btw. Im not sure why Mr. Sanchez is saying they arent but that is a picture of the room and tables that we had. We also were given an extra large white table for our food and presents. As to the place being run by teenagers, its not. When we paid our party out at the end my husband did joke around with one of the managers at front who honestly does look like a teen. Turns out she was in her 30s with kids and I think the other young looking manager cashing us out was in her mid twenties. The monitors on the trampolines were clearly very young but its a trampoline place..... What can we expect. Anyways, our experience was exceptional. Friendly staff, clean facility, and very spacious. Will definitely be back for my daughters birthday in the fall.

SO MUCH FUN! Fun for kids, and parents alike! We visited to attend a birthday party, and it was an absolute blast. Lots of jump and play time. And they pulled the littles (age 4 and 5) in for dodge ball. Kind of an early age to play, so was hoping there was something more relevant to their age group. Regardless, they had fun playing ball (which really was "catch"), and goofing off. The party itself was well organized, but primarily run by the parents. The meal and cake time didnt seem to be monitored by a staff member, so they might not run the whole party if thats what youre looking for. Best to call and confirm, as Im not entirely sure how this works there. As a parent of a child attending a party, you also get a wristband, which means you get to jump too! I cant complain, the whole experience was super fun, and we are antsy to head back. Lots to do and lots to keep the kids busy with. Even our 20 month old had a blast!

Kids and adult kids dream come true! Where were these when I was a kid? They have a "small kids" zone, a big foam pit, a large area with extra long trampolines and trampolines on the walls (talking about bouncing off the walls!). They also have to trampoline dodgeball courts where you can have private games and two basketball goals so us regular folk can finally enjoy dunking. This is also a great place to have a party (we went here for my nieces party) as they have tons of tables and package deals that include pizza from dominos and all the plates napkins and free water you need for cake and other goodies Plus, youll get an attendant who checks in on you and make sure you have everything you need and cleans up for you. Above and beyond! Go get your jump on!

Its lame that yall turned us away because the kids were under 12 after 8 oclock on a Saturday night. Ive been here a bunch of times and never had that happen before. Homegirl said that yall had been doing that for 5-6 months but this is my first time hearing about it. Waaaaaaaack. Let me know when yall find out what the difference is between 11 and 12 year old kids is. Im curious. These places are supposed to be for kids in the first place. Actually drove up the street to the other trampoline park, Thin Air, and they tried to pull the same kind of BS but said the girls could jump for a 1/2 hour. Who runs these spots and why are they turning away customers because I know Im not the only parent lookin to get their bounce on after 8.

Come here alot with not a single problem, but on 04-10-16 at 5:30 pm I left my Kershaw pocket knife in the storage bin. Leaving without it, I came back at 6:00 pm hoping an employee found it. I talked to the manager and nothing was brought to lost and found. Talking to other employees, one of the boys found my knife. I went to tell the manager that someone found it, and it turns out he had just recently left. Left the building with my property. So Im supposed to leave my name and number when he comes back with it? Ridiculous.

The place was nice. The employees were nice. The place was super busy. The line moved pretty quickly. My teenager didnt enjoy it is much as she could have because there were so many small children that were not being guided or instructed and they were inconsiderate of others. They would cut in line, wouldnt get out of the pit, were literally jumping on top of each other, and my teenager finally gave up on getting a chance. It was significant. I was disappointed that an employee never stepped in to correct the issue.
