I LOVE the bowling lanes at this place. It is fairly new and everything is nice and clean. I attended a Birthday party there last weekend and it wasnt over crowded. I stayed after the party to play another hour with my 4 year old granddaughter and we had a blast! They charge by the hour, shoes are provided, you get a lane to yourself. They have a rack/metal rail that you can use as a guide to roll your ball down on for young players, or seniors, and my granddaughter was hitting strikes. The service was a little lacking, it took over 30 minutes to make my flat bread with 3 pepperonis and cheese. The server did not come check on my refills, but I think she was the only server for the whole bowling alley, so she was busy and preoccupied on her cell phone. Two bowling lanes share one common both, so you have strangers right next to you, sharing the balls and the eating area, and if they have unruly kids, its not much fun to share. :-) But the area is clean and nice work subdued lighting. The lanes are really nice and the colors change. I really enjoyed it and my granddaughter did too. I cant wait to go back. The arcade is small, but they do have some games that my 4 year old can play, like the Jurassic Park video and the Motorcycle video. They didnt require using the foot. But the games are $1.25 and $1.50 and time out pretty fast. They need to add more games to the arcade though. The concession is very pricey, more than at Hollywood Theater, but the selection of candy is nice, they have a candy bar. I did not go into the cinema, so I can not say anything about that. Overall, the bowling lanes and food and drinks in the bowling lanes area is reasonably priced and lots of fun. The service was ok. The arcade was ok. The concession is pricey but nice, most of it is self service. I will go back again soon! :-)

My experience I had was the worse I got my tickets online for another show biz and after reviewing my order online it said get your refund at any show biz I had to cancel due to a family death so this was the closet one to me the guy I talk to he was nice and he couldnt figure it out so he ask for help however when it got to the general manager I felt like he didnt want to help me I purchase 3 tickets and he said well I give you two tickets for this theatre and the movie like why would I do that after I had to cancel anyways. I told him no why would I want 2 if I got 3 and Im trying to explain to him how it shows on the email I got and He pretty much didnt want to hear or see what I had to say then I said well could I get a 1800 number no cause Im the general Manager while pointing at his name tag the moral of this I didnt get the respect I deserve if Im wrong then say mam your wrong explain to me dont just keep it short with me or how about give me a free damn popcorn or drink and my two tickets I just felt like he didnt want to help me.. its sad and pathetic!!!!

Ive been here twice and seems to be a really nice place. I have to agree with some of these comments. If you arrive early for a movie, theres not much to do. The game room consists of approximately 5 games total. Its just a small cubby hole. There is always a long wait for bowling and the staff does skip around on the list as to who gets a lane. Also there is only 2 places to sit. Option 1 is at the bar and option 2 is a small seating are with a table near the condiments. The theater on the other hand is nice. Very comfortable seating, love that you can reserve your seats that is a plus!! The sound is amazing. And they are very stern on the "Playing on your phone" during the movie which is also a plus. Suggestions: Stay away from the hotdogs, what doesnt sell stays there. Stale hard bread and tough dogs. Everything else seems to be pretty good. AND the best part.. you dont get any of the Riff Raffs you get at the mall. That in itself is worth my movie ticket. Hope this helps.

This is a really nice theater. It has a small arcade, bowling lanes, concessions, and a full bar. Pretty good food selection if you order from the bar or from the waitstaff that take care of the bowling area. The concession area had the usual selection of popcorn candy but there are a few other items (chicken strips, personal pizzas, etc.) available. The theater seating is comparable to the newer premium seating we are seeing at newer movie theaters. The seats are comfortable and they have plenty of room so you dont feel crammed in between 2 other people. I really like the fact that they have a zero tolerance policy for cell phone use during movies. No 30.06 signs so concealed carry is allowed. There are several improperly posted 30.07 signs that are difficult to read on the entrance doors. You really have to look closely to see what they say. We really like this theater and highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service at the bowling alley, was told the wait time for a lane was 1 hr and 30 min, so after a hr and 50 min I went and asked how much longer, the cashier told me a hr and a half. I told her I already waited a long time so I asked to speak with a manager and the manager told me it will just be 20 min longer. Ok fine Ill wait. Half hr passed and I asked what happened with my lane she somehow forgot and asked me to wait so they can clean another lane. Finally after waiting all night I got a lane... wont ever come back to this location again, Ill wait till the 1 in humble opens hopfully the customer service will be better there

Hi! My name is Kaiden Auzenne and I work at this showbiz and I love it! We do need to work on our customer service though, I always make sure to be smiling or ready to answer questions when it comes to you guys. Although some others can be out of it or rather rude sometimes, so apologies. We get paid $7.25 and that to me is extra, the only thing I really care about is you guys, the customers. I love meeting different people everyday while being honored to make their popcorn! (Haha) just to recap, we will work on our service and thank you for making showbiz your home for the movies!

Saturday March 11 2017-Logan 11:15am Movie skipped 6 times and when I say skip, i mean that horrible buffering jumpy skip crap.....ive been to the smallest, most underfunded movie theaters in Mississippi and West Virginia and I have NEVER seen a movie skip, not even once. The manager didnt care either, he saw it skip and just walked away to the.... bathroom?? Saw it with my own eyes...no radioing anyone, no phone....get it together Showbiz Baytown WTH!!?? Update 4-17-2017 No response from corporate. No reaponse online. Looks can be deceiving folks.
