Cinemark Robinson Township and XD is a well-known entertainment venue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It offers a wide range of movies and is equipped with modern amenities to enhance the movie-going experience. However, like any other business, it has its share of positive and negative reviews that offer a comprehensive view of what one can expect.

This review was posted and they removed it. I will repost it every day if i have to. Will never do business here again. I will tell all of my veteran friends, and organizations to never do business with your establishment. I have included my public review in this email. I understand and respected your policy, and was treated like a criminal. I will be posting this review any where that will let me review your theater. And sending this story to every local news paper or station that will listen. Google places review. Anti-gun. Do not honor the right to legally carry firearms. Requested a refund after purchasing tickets online, and was told they could not do that. I walked 400 yards back to my car to honor their policy before entering the theater, only to have management and police come into the theater to request that I submitted to a frisk by law enforcement. Again gun was left in my car. They told me I could return to my seat after the frisk. At this point I walked back in and asked my embarrassed wife to leave with me and we were escorted by law enforcement out of the building like criminals. Combat Veteran U.S. Army Iraqi Freedom

Ive been living in the area for the last 4 years and can confidently say Ive never had a bad experience here. Theaters and lobby are always clean and seem updated, seats are comfortable, and the picture and audio equipment performs like it should. They also offer half off Tuesdays as well as other specials and promos. As if the theater wasnt already up to par, they just added "luxury loungers" which feature electric reclining leather seats with a table for snacks. The new set up also is built with a barrier wall for the rows in front and behind you which allows you to get even more immersed in the movie. I have been to theaters which offer wait staff with a small menu with alcohol, but Cinemark in Robinson still deserves 5 stars!

I live about 5 minutes away from here, so going back to this place happens a lot, and the more times you go back, the more you recognize the place, the movies, and the workers. The theater entrance is open and welcoming, the workers are nice and open to questions, the snack stands hold enough food to last through more than one movie, and their restrooms and facilities are kept clean. The rooms for the movies are big, they have very comfortable chairs, and the movies themselves are crystal clear. I went to see Monsters, Inc. in 3D just last month, and the quality was great. Overall, I believe Cinemark deserves a 5-star rating!

Me and my family were watching beauty and beast on 3/19/17 7:20 xd show some person complained 3 time abut me using phone and each time it was false when person come from management. At end we had to leave movie while we were harassed. When coming out same group was doing to other side another group. Its shameful that we had to leave without any reason called cop but according to management person who was accusing me of using phone left. Very unfortunate that cops came and couldnt do anything because they dont have installed cameras system. Please if you are minority be careful visiting this place.

I AM DISGUSTED. A worker (who obviously hates his job and is believed to be named Harrison) blatantly laughed at my brother who happens to have special needs. This place doesnt even deserve a star but I had to rate it to post it (popcorn was good though). Very disappointed that my family movie night turned int a night of me sobbing in my bed writing a review for a place that is supposed to be family oriented. I believe that it is evident that Robinson Cinemark has lost all of my future business; it was nice while it lasted.

Theatre is nice and has the newest technology, but very disappointing...guess we just arent used to a bigger city, but we went 20 minutes early with 3 nephews to watch life of pets after it had been out for a few weeks and they were sold out....lesson learned, order tickets ahead of time on my cinemark app next time. Also several workers did not know how to add my $60 tickets bought at the kiosk in front to my connections point on the cinemark app. Very crowded theatre for Ice Age.

Extremely limited parking in the evenings. Often crowded with really loud people who think its fine to talk the entire movie. (One man threatened my boyfriend to fight in the parking lot because he respectfully asked him to quiet down, since we had you know, paid for the movie, not to hear him talk.) Typical behavior of this area though. Food-wise the ice cream tastes really weird, good selection otherwise. The theater itself is fine, usually pretty clean.

I Love this theater. The atmosphere is clean, pleasant, and for the most part the employees are pretty awesome. Im a girl and the one clerk opened the door for me and then said, "enjoy the movie, sir" so that left a bad taste. I dont know if he was joking or just being rude. There are no refills on the soda, and that is frustrating. Other than that the theater and the experience I usually have is pretty awesome.

Ive spent so much money in this theater the last few years that I was completely put off last night when I walk into the restroom and am forced to listen to religious propaganda radio while Im doing my business. I dont know if corporate or the site manager is responsible for what they have playing but FFS if you are at the movie theater on Easter you most likely dont want to be subjected to that crap. I drove an hour expecting to watch Immortals in XD 3D and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The images were blurred and appeared zoomed to fit the large screen. I have seen multiple movies in XD 3D and none looked as the quality I saw here. I seriously do not believe they had the film in the XD. It seemed as though they took the Real 3D film and put it in the XD projector.

Very disappointed in the new seating policy at cinemark @ robinson. I understand the concept of reserved seating to help guest experience when attending with groups but when you inact a policy with reserved seating and reduce seating by 50% you alienate a large demographic of movie goers who stop in robinson for shopping and food and decided to catch a last minute matinee.

Nice location by our home. Love the popcorn, snacks, available seating and how clean the movie theater is. Downside is the parking at Settlers Ridge is always limited and prices like any movie theater are high. Cinemark occasionally plays some classics and has a rewards program. Would be nice if they had a gift card you could purchase through Giant Eagle!

The girl at the concession stand on 6-8-17 at 3:30 pm on the side for theaters 9-16 (who had fake looking "diamonds") was picking her nose and eating it at the register! When we tried to check out, she refused to let anyone else help us, per my request. She was rude, ignorant and VILE! She really should be fired for being utterly disgusting! Awful!

The starting times are falsely posted. If you arrive on time expect a long wait before the feature film. We sat through ridiculous commercials and previews of bad movies for as long as 27 minutes past the posted starting times. So I quit going to this theatre. Try the Manor. A couple previews and the movie starts.
