Having been in the catering business in Middle Tennessee for twenty years, our events team at Chefs Market has had the pleasure of working in all the best venues in the greater Nashville area. So believe me when I say Sycamore Farms is a sure winner. No T was left uncrossed, no Is un-dotted as this property was designed and built specifically for weddings, corporate events, and galas. The barn and grounds are beautiful, and the flow for guests and staff is spot on. Whether you are considering a plated served dinner, hearty hors d oeuvres stations, or a dinner buffet, every type of service for any meal part is easy to execute here. And the icing on the cake is the venue management team is flexible and a pleasure to work with. Chefs Market is proud to be a preferred catering option to Sycamore Farms clients. We got married here on May 13th and The Barn at Sycamore Farms was absolutely my DREAM venue. It truly made our wedding a fairy tale. Every one of our guests just raved about how beautiful the setting was! I cherish the moment of walking across the bridge with my Father and standing on the beautiful island for our ceremony. The back patio was awesome for our cocktail hour and on the side patio we had a photo/videobooth. There was PLENTY of room for a band inside the barn and a huge dance floor. Inside the barn for the reception is amazing. But besides the beauty of the actual venue - the service that you get with Brandy made the experience so easy. I literally would email her hundreds of questions as I was planning - and she would reply back within minutes. She was so helpful and made our wedding planning process a breeze. Thank you Brandy & Sycamore Farms for our dream wedding!

We just had our Annual Celebration at The Barn at Sycamore Farms and everything there was incredible. It comfortably sat all 350 of our guests. We got loads of compliments on all of their decorations. It is big and secluded and beautiful! You could not ask for a better venue. The service there is incredible as well. I personally did the most business with Brandy, Brett, and Eddie. I didnt have any worries at all because I knew that they would solve any problem that came into play. Brandy has such a good eye for decorations and doesnt need to try to mix and match, she knows what should go where. Brett ran our AV for us and it was as smooth as I have ever seen it. Eddie helped set up the AV and I had some concerns that we wouldnt get it to work. Eddie had it up and running in a matter of minutes. Seriously, this place is just incredible!

BEYOND STUNNING!! Sycamore Farms is both a unique and versatile event venue. It has an abundance of natural beauty for hosting your next corporate or social event. The property has a magnificent and magical setting. As important as the beauty is the functionality. From a vendor standpoint they have thought of everything. From the ladies lounge to the gentlemen quarters to the stunning verandas, a detail was not missed. The catering kitchen is every caterers dream (we LOVE catering here). The state of the art A/V has everything you could possibly need and is appreciated by musicians and DJs alike. We would highly recommend The Barn at Sycamore Farms for any gathering. Try this memorable space and you will enjoy the elegant charm and friendly staff.

FANTASTIC VENUE! As a wedding planner I have visited and worked with many Venues but my staff and I were blown away by the overall experience of SycamoreFarms. The venue itself was exactly what my bride and groom were looking for in terms of atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. From the island, the huge barn with the Georgeous chandelier, the girls dressing room with the wine cooler and the man cave, it was all magnificent. I felt as if I had designed the spaces myself as it is a planners dream. As a wedding venue i could not fault anything. Brandy and he staff played a huge part in the success of our weekend and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that. I look forward to working with you again.

We held our varsity football banquet at the Barn and Sycamore Farms in January of 2017. The event space alone is spectacular but once we added the seating and our decorations it was off the chart. The staff was amazing to work with. The sound and the equipment provided was top notch. The catering was a hit and extremely delicious and perfect for feeding teenage football players and their parents. The menu could not have been more perfect. We have already booked this venue for next years banquet based upon our experience this year.

....we got married here on Sunday 5/21/17 and it was the most amazing wedding we couldve ever imagined. The staff there goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. If youre planning a wedding please Take advantage of the "prop room"! Its so many items that you can take advantage of and use. I would recommend to anyone. Great atomosphere, great staff, and beautiful scenery. It will definitely be a lifetime memory and we, The Vanderbilts, are so happy that we chose this venue. We cant say thank you enough.

Absolutely Amazing!! A MUST SEE VENUE!! Ive been a Professional DJ/MC for 7 years now and have worked all over Nashville with many other venues. But I was blown away when I first came to Sycamore Farms. It is PERFECT for all the elements of a wedding: A beautiful area for your wedding ceremony, lots of outside space for your cocktail or social hour, then inside the barn an incredible space for any size reception. Incredible Venue! Incredible Staff! Again, A MUST SEE VENUE!
