The staff are nice and the theaters are clean (but as someone else said, with all the candy and sodas, every theater is going to be a little bit sticky.) For me, what really separates this theater from others in the Far North Dallas area are the movie goers. Never do we have a problem with talkers, people on their phones, and kids that dont want to be (and shouldnt be). Compare this to our most recent (and last) visit to the AMC at Stonebriar. We paid for our family of 4 to see the last Hobbit movie. My $16 experience was disrupted constantly by the idiots behind me (two couples that appear to have been in the 40s) talking throughout the movie and the near constant "incidental" kicks to my chair. Cinemark also has kettle corn. Yum!

My friend and i we went to see 2012 on 12/20/09 and my friend works at the theater The Staff is really nice and friendly, They offer things and help you carry your popcorn and drink, etc to your movie if your hands are full. When a popular movie comes out in theaters the usher team does not allow anyone to save seats at all so plan on arriving early to get your drink and popcorn because u will not be allowed to save seats. The Seats are very comforable, The Staff keeps the theater clean every day when its busy or not. I would recomend this theater to anyone and i would continue to visit this theater because how well its maintained and how well the staff keep it clean.

I go to this theater pretty regularly, but I like to try and see movies towards the end of their run, and at the matinee showing, because its cheap, AND hardly anyone is in the theater, I can sprawl out and enjoy the movie completely. Even on days that I attend when the crowd is there, It is not like the theater up interstate 75.. that place is horrific. Allen 16 is quiet and out of your way when you want to go during quiet hours, but can also handle a crowd on busy nights. Plus in general, the facilities are nicer or maybe its something else, but there isnt screaming children running around pg13 movies like the one a little north of here. overall good theater.

It was good when it wasnt fancy now it is fancy n much better. Never had a prob w staff here unlike Mckinney theatre. Lounge chairs comfy. My son went and some one took his spot so he moved when I went I asked what to do if that happened n they said get them and theyll take care of it. It hasnt happened to me. I like the pick your own seat n get a lounge chair deal. The trays n cup holders are nice too. I like the space in isles too. Now no one is bumping or kicking me or my chair constantly. For people complaining about price I saw ad that said Tues was 5.25 day. I went to first showing of my movie n it was only 7 something. Worth it. Close to home. Comfy.

Theater is fairly nice. Most of the Cinemarks have converted to the assigned seating with leather recliners which is great. The recliner leg extension was kind of digging into the back of my calf though and cutting off the blood to my feet making them go a little numb. Im 64 so this probably only applies to someone tall, but it wasnt comfortable. You can put the legs down, but then the seat back is forced to be straight up and down which was super uncomfortable. Other theater chains dont have this issue and have more comfortable chairs. Cinemark should add padding to the leg extension near the end and should make the leg and back be separately adjustable.

They have renovated and the seats are amazing. They are leather or leather like and fully recline. Theres a tray that pulls out in front so no more drinks on the armrest. Theres plenty of walking room in front of a fully reclined chair. The seats are reserved and thats awesome. It takes pressure of off were you sit. They need to have the snack bar renovated with more modern and various choices to match the partly face lift. Also, the snack bar is very slow but the people are nice. A lot of people are on their phones in the theater and I wish they would enforce a strict no phone policy.

The theater will not show a movie if the audience attendance is too low(i.e. Less than 10 people ). They will hold the previews , wait for more people to come. If no one else shows up, the manager will walk in and say they are having technical difficulties company wide. 10 minutes later they will come back and tell you they arent going to be showing the movie and offer you passed for another time. They do this because it cost them more money to continue with the showing than they made in tickets sales proceeds. This was the second time that this has happened to me at this theater.

Nice, clean place with a polite staff and excellent acoustics. Their lounge chairs are arguably better than the ones at Moviehouse & Eatery. Helpful hint: If you get extremely annoyed by people that talk and text during movies, you may want to try this place before you spend extra money on Moviehouse & Eatery. I find that the people that come to this theater have a bit more class for some reason and are respectful of others.

They may have really good seats compared to other theaters. Like seriously. VERY comfy seats with recliners but the AC temperature is almost always freezing so I recommend bringing a small blanket. Dont be shy cuz a bunch of other people do that too. The main reason Im giving them a bad review is that we ordered popcorn but there was barely any popcorn! It was all CRUMBS! So just giving you guys a heads up.

Awesome staff , glad they are renovating cause now Ill frequent more often. Bought tickets online but unfortunately they dont do seat reservations got there a little late (time the movie started ) found that there werent any seats together for us. Asked manager for assistance he refunded me for the tickets and popcorn without question apologizing for the inconvenience. Great service and great staff.

I love this very quiet and friendly theater! For those who complain about sticky floors, I suggest putting your trash in the trash can on your way out. I went to a movie today and not a single patron in the movie (there were about 6 groups of people in my movie) took their trash to the trash can. When did this become acceptable?

Its awesome they updated their seats. Sort of pointless since they dont serve alcohol or food. Dont really need a chair like I would get at Studio Movie Grill or Moviehouse and Eatery, to set my candy and popcorn on. Gonna have to update to serving alcohol to compete, imo. Until then Ill be going to S.m.g. Or M.&E.

Place is horrible, if i could put negative starts i would i came hoping to see sausage party with my older brother amd they didnt let me in , people had very smart mouths while discussing that we couldnt watch it , why would they let us get tickets then. Never again will i come and waste money.
