Went to take my little girl to see the new pet movie and the theater was hot me my girl and baby were sweating she was excited to go but after 45 minutes of discomfort she was ready to go. I talked to a Manager named Vala and she was no help I wasted 20 minutes in line for a drink for my little girl so when I went to talk to the manager I asked if she could do something about getting me a drink faster so I can get the movie with my daughter she said the icee machine was broke and then she went to check and said yes its broke, I didnt ask for an icee I just wanted to get her something to refresh her. She said she would get it cool in there and it never got fresh. The worst experience Ill just continue to got to Showbiz a better place with better customer service

This place disgusts me because it lacks variety in many serious yet high grossing films like Hugo. The one hit classic is being ignored and left out to make room for crap movies like Twilight and Jack and Jill. I mean honestly, they have no taste. The teens in the neighborhood come out after dark like roaches in your kitchen. I recommend management be put into other hands. A movie like Hugo cannot be ignored, and is better than all the movies they are showing. Please have a earlier curfew for those rumbustious asinine teens. They are nothing but low life filth and crowd up the place. The lines go far into the parking lot, I mean cmon!!

Looking for a theater that you wont have to take out a small loan to go to?? This is it! The staff here is generally friendly and helpful; the place as a whole is pretty clean, even the restrooms. Now thats not to say that they are spotless, but for the volume of people they get they are pretty clean. Its mostly familys that go here and believe it or not they pretty much keep an eye on their kids! What do I mean by that? Well your not going to see kids running around unsupervised and wont have your movie completely ruined by that one kid who keeps crying / yelling the whole movie. Any way enough rambling; go and enjoy a movie!

I have seen a lot of commentsthat were posted talkn den on this theater....it not all that bad when you go in morning and afternoon....I have never seen any1 having sex or doing drugs on the side of the building..but I myself was a teenager and did do things in movies in my day...so if teens are engaging in inappropriate thing at the theater..ay so be it this stuff happens at all of the theaters no matter how classy or trashy they are...I do recommend this theater just do go on the weekends at night if you Dnt wannabe around teens then...

Im a movie watcher and love this theater more than AMC 30. Why? Hollywood has leather seats and its cheaper to see a movie than AMC. The food at Hollywood is good too! Theres a game room inside as you wait for your movie to start or just hang out at. I went to AMC in march 2016 and to buy a ticket, small drink and ice cream it cost me $22.50 so I then went to Hollywood to watch a movie buy a small drink and ice cream I paid $14.75 huge difference in price and remember Hollywood has new leather seats and AMC doesnt.

The price is right for the movies and the concessions but I was really turned off by the cleanliness. Floors, seats, and arm rest were sticky. Nobody cleaned the theatre before the viewing, trash was all over the place. Tried sitting dead center but the chair was broken. Sound system quality was less than Im use too as well (poorest quality in this area that Ive ran across). Also, if you show up too early the concession stand with the nachos is not open.

Very pleasant experience. The theater was not crowded at all. You could pick any movie and have a relaxing and joyous experience unlike the other theaters where it is always crowded and you have to rush to get good seats when you are going as a family! My only complaint is either the lighting or appeal. It gives a feeling that you are visiting a very old theater. However, the movie experience from Audio and Video perspective is perfect and flawless.

Ticket prices are great and so are the staff. The only thing that would make this theater extremely better, are the prices on the snacks, such as popcorn, candy, drinks, etc. It would be great for cinema took look more economical for the people in Pasadena as most people know, not everybody is made of money. But by fixing prices, the people would come to the theater often and probably purchase more accessories for their movie.

I have honestly never had a bad experience at this theatre and you would think that the cheap price would lower the quality but in fact it does not. The tickets and food are cheap compared to other theatres and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be that some theatres seem pretty old and the seats squeak loudly if you sit up or move around but other then that this is a great place to go and watch a movie!

My car got stolen from the parking lot. The security cops did nothing to prevent it or assist with it. When we went to find them, they were nowhere to be found. People are always on their cell phones and talking during the movies. Even when security is called, they do nothing to silence them. The theater allows underage children to see rated R films. Its just not a fun place to be.

Cheap for a reason. Theater is old and a bit ran down. The people here are quite disgusting and disrespectful, too. Only went to early morning first shows. They dont seem to check IDs and let kids into R movies. Be expected to deal with crying babies, answered cell phones and rude, loud, inappropriate conversations. Not to mention the people that show up just to eye rape people.

Dont ask for discounts they have the best prices and make sure your online purchase it is at the actual destination you have tickets for. I messed up once and they really didnt have a solution for that problem like transferring my purchase to the location I went to, but beside that no more complaints. Save some money and take them kids out to watch the emoji movie.

I was hesitant to go here since I havent been in 15 years but the prices couldnt be beat anywhere else. Sure there is a slight odor but its Pasadena, the odor probably comes in from outside. The seats were comfortable and they used fake leather. When I took my soda back cause the mix was way off they poured it out and got me a new one from a different fountain.

15 minutes into the spiderman movie and the audio fails. Staff are very unhelpful, careless and didnt do anything to fix it. I left the theater waiting on someone to replace my 3D tickets! This never happens at Edwards or AMC. It took me a decade to come back to this place after a a previous bad experience. Looks like some things never change, like the service!
