For a family vacation, we set up 2 activities through FUN CENTER. BIG MISTAKE!! 1st activity was 2 double wave runners, Lady who set everything up wrote on receipt 1 double, 1 single, after clarifying I paid for 2 doubles, the wave runner company said they needed ID for all drivers- which makes sense but since I was not explained this at the time of booking, my husband was the only person with an ID... bcuz we were going to the BEACH... why would we all have our IDS. So after speaking to FUN CENTER owner we received refund. Next activity was a dinner cruise on Jungle Queen, after arriving I was told reservation was never booked by FUN CENTER and I will be put on waiting list. I called FUN CENTER owner again, explained this dinner cruise was for my twins bday and it was our last night in town, owner attempted to give us new activity, I explained this wont work for us, I asked for a credit due to error, owner declined. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY

The stay wouldnt have been nearly as fun without the scooter - would definitely recommend! Its impossible to do a lot of things without transportation in Fort Lauderdale, and renting a scooter was so easy and pleasant, it was by far the highlight of our trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly, letting us try out several scooters before choosing the one we wanted to rent, being very responsive to any issues or questions we had, and overall doing their best for us to enjoy our stay and make the most of renting a scooter in an affordable way. Given how much you can get out of renting a scooter, the price is completely worthwhile. We were also given a ride back to where we were staying upon returning the scooter after closing hours, which was extremely generous as it was completely out of the way for them! If we return to Fort Lauderdale, we will definitely be renting from the Fun Center again!

I just had a terrible experience at Fun Center Fort Lauderdale. I made an appointment for 10am to rent a SUP. When I arrived I was not greeted for 10 minutes. Once I actually got the attention of their staff it took another 20 minutes to get the board ready for me. When I finally got in the water after 2 minutes the fin they installed fell off, making the board essentially useless unless you want to paddle around in circles. When I returned to the store to ask for a new fin, or a refund, the employee insisted that I would have to pay for the fin that they improperly installed. It was a complete waste of time and the worse customer service Ive ever experienced. Appalling. Take your business elsewhere!

Staff was very rude and not accommodating. The store said it was OPEN but the doors were locked and when we called, the woman said that we will have to come to the sister store (didnt give us directions) and said that they must have been on a tour. Why wouldnt you put a sign up?! Ended up just hanging up. Walked down the street and found the sister store where we meet the woman who was on the phone. Even WORSE in person. She didnt care that since we will be bringing it back after hours that we have to drop it off 10 driving minutes away... My boyfriend had had enough at that point and we just walked out. Went to Hot Scooter Rental and had the best service!! Ask for William!

We rented 4 waverunners and unfortunately it rained in the morning and appts were backed up. After waiting an hour we finally got the jet skis, but it took almost an hour to get to the ocean just to turn around because its a 2 hour rental. We were late to spa appointment, but the staff brought us quickly back to our hotel. Unfortunately the spa was not understanding and lost 30 of our 50 min massage. The staff was wonderful. This is a great place to rent jet skis if you just want to tour around. As for us, we just wanted to ride on the ocean, but we enjoyed it anyway! Thank you to everyone at fun center for being awesome

My family of 5 absolutely loved our Segway tour. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was just us and our tour guide, Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable about Hugh Taylor Birch Park and was enthusiastic about his job. Wed also like to give him a shout-out for teaching us how to ride the Segways in a simple manner, especially for being extra helpful and patient with the nine year-old in our group. I highly recommend doing their Segway tours! I would go again!

Really solid experience here. We did banana boating (here its actually called a hot dog ride) with Matti and it was so fun! He was awesome at his job & very personable, would definitely recommend asking for him to take you on any activity you do here!! Other staff was also really nice and there was a relaxing beach vibe to the entire experience.

I Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to try anything and they have Segway tours, scuba diving, snorkeling, bike rentals and other type of activities. I did a one hour Segway Tour with Joe and he was the best. Strongly Recommend this place William Iaconetti

Birthday Segway ride with 6 girls through Birch Park on Sunday 9/18. Segways were intuitive and easy to ride. Girls had a blast (remember to HYDRATE) and Jason was a gentleman and super professional. There was time to familiarize before too. Thank you Fun Center!

I was referred here by my friend who knows Matt the owner. We rented 2 Scoot Coupes for myself and my girlfriend and another couple. It is like riding on a scooter but without worrying about falling over. So much fun, we want to buy a scoot coupe now!

The Park Tour with Segway Joe is awesome! 5 stars all the way. Ask for Joe when you call and he will make the experience a memorable one. The Fun Center staff is very friendly and patient. GREAT JOB FUN CENTER!!!!!!!
