My son and I went to a 3:40 p.m. movie on a Sunday afternoon. The movie itself was fine (it did skip a few times) but when my son and I returned to our car, after the movie, we discovered that our jeep windows were slashed!!! We were parked in the 2nd row and it was daytime!! Nothing was taken (that I know of) so I guess they did it for fun. I noticed that there are signs on the building that said that the premises are monitored by video surveillance for your protection so I went in and asked to speak to the manager, after waiting an extremely long time he did finally come out to speak with me, I asked if he could bring up the video surveillance, he then informed me that the cameras are only pointed at the box office and that there is nothing that he can do and I could call the police if I wanted and starting walking away (he gave me about two minutes of his time) I asked if I could have his general managers phone number which he provided. I called and left a message for the General Manager (Amber) and I am still waiting two days later for a return call. Please DO NOT go to this theater, its not safe.

I understand working in a fast pace place you tend to forget things you should probably ask... for example "Are you AMC stub members?" This is not the first but the second time the person taking my order grabs my card so fast they dont let me tell them we are rewards members. Its seriously makes me feel like becoming members of AMC was a waste of money. TWICE have we spent $30+ and they dont let me give them my membership card. I am upset. I dont like the shrug and careless attitude when they cant help me any longer because they have already swiped. This time he even knew I had the card because my 11 year old brother in law got his stuff before us and he used my card. It just feels so irritating... why have a rewards program if your workers cant let us use it. I had to vent and let you all know because being a mom of two... we love going to the movies a lot... wish we could actually be rewarded for being movie buffs.

As we approached the theater, we should have heeded the warning signs when we noticed the unkept sign falling apart and the letters for the upcoming shows peeling from the display at the front of the building. The box office was closed and you have to purchase tickets from the concession stand. The bathrooms arent kept up. Half the hand driers dont work, and the locks on the stalls dont lock. The theater smells like a sweaty armpit, and the chairs are torn and the hinges are so worn that unless you balance your weight, you will only be listening to your movie while you stare up at the ceiling. As we left because we couldnt stand the smell any longer, the door handle literally fell off the door as we pushed our way though. If youre looking for a positive movie-going experience, you wont find it at AMC Starplex.

1.) I pay extra for stubs premier membership only to have the stubs line removed. Thats a perk i pay for that i cant get here. 2.) The concessions are ALWAYS disgusting. 3.) Went to watch Valerian, purchased tickets at the kiosk only to be told the projector wasnt working. Had to go outside for a refund, got free passes. Immediately got tickets for Dunkirk. Sit down in the theatre only to be told that this projector also wasnt working. I did get free passes but two times in a row is ridiculous. 4.) Of course the seats are torn up. 5.) The entire building just smells foul. 6.) The last visit i purchased a large drink, filled my cup, took a sip, and instead of tasting delicious cherry coke i had a moldy aftertaste. I have a strong suspicion that the soda machines havent been cleaned properly.

This movie theatre was filthy as hell! The girl at the concession counter seemed high as she could not answer simple questions about their products and proceeded to look dazed as I wiped down my filthy soda covered cup. When we went to get jalapenos the entire area was covered in filth and the tongs for jalapeños where laying in the bottom of the container. The seats we sat in originally were broken, torn and smelled like urine. Fortunately we found some chairs that were just torn and mildly smelled. There was popcorn from the ticket booth to the theatre seats and I think it was because someone didnt want to get lost in the filth. I will never come here again. Im glad I only wasted $20 because it was during day pricing when no one was there!

While the younger staff is very courteous and friendly, management and customer service of management in recent visits has been exceptionally poor at this theater. All on a couple recent trips to this theater: If there is a problem with the movie--i.e. lines on the screen, the picture is strangely dim, sound is messed up/out of sync--they will tell you they are working on it, but things dont change. Another thing--instead of turning on the normal lights, they like to turn on the bright fluorescent lights immediately after the movie is over--even for movies that have scenes after the credits (i.e. Marvel movies). Not a movie theater to go to if you want to thoroughly enjoy the experience--better off with the dollar movies or Redbox.

12/23/16 We saw the final showing of Sing tonight in theatre 12 and we had a horrible experience. The fountain drink machines were down so they only had water to drink. There was no toilet paper in the restroom closest to our theatre. The floors were dirty and sticky. There was a pile of trash outside of our theatre that made the entire hallway smell. To top it off the movie picture went out while the voice continued playing on. Eventually a staff member stopped the movie, repaired the picture screen, and rewinded the movie. I have been to this theatre many times and I had never seen it this bad. My children and I were very disappointed with our experience.
