Usually have a good experience overall. But yesterday at the concession stand I was treated very rudely by Nick! Sorry I didnt understand how the free popcorn worked, Nick. Sorry I didnt ask for my three free popcorns I was entitled to with paid admissions right away, Nick. After only being given one, I went back to the front of the line -- after having waited in it for 15 minutes already -- because I found out from another patron that you should get a popcorn for each paid admission when you give them your rewards card. Nick was rude and snapped at me that I should have asked for three. I felt like a child being reprimanded by my mother! I still tried to be polite and explained it was my first time there on a Tuesday (for a $5.00 movie and free popcorn) and didnt know how it worked. With a menacing face, he curtly asked how many more I needed before nearly tossing two additional containers at me. If I wasnt already late for the movie at this point, I would have sought out a manager. Put NICK behind the scenes at the reel or something.

This is a timeslice review. I like this place right now. It has friendly employees, good popcorn (etc) and $5 movies on Tuesdays. Im not sure whether all of these positive attributes will be true by the time you read this. In fact Im writing a good review for this place partly to put it in contrast with its sister-theater, the Majestic in Waukesha. The tuesday deal brings in a lot of people but they handle the crowds much better than their sister theater - the Majestic. The seats are not quite as comfortable as the Majestic. Ive come in reasonable time for shows and never been stuck with sold-out like at the Majestic. The employees seem to all know how to do their job and do it well (as opposed to some clunkers at the Majestic who recently were so slow and clueless that I ended up walking out before buying my ticket).

I was not happy with them at all. The matinee ends at 4:30 which is ridiculously early in my opinion. The 11 year old girl that was with us got charged as an adult because "she didnt specify". Then when we demanded that they refund her the $5 the reply was " I can just charge you as a child if its that big of deal". I would have gotten a manager and made a scene had he not done that. The bubblers didnt work in the bathrooms were kind of clean. I wont be returning. They were also out of all there food.

After a life long tradition of going to the movies every week, the final bad experience ar this theatre had me walk out halfway through "Annabelle". The theatre was full of 15 yr old groups of kids, talking over, laughing, and yelling for the entire movie (until I had to walk out) with the only peaks of silence being when they stopped to pull out their phones and blind everyone behind them. Save youself the migraine and the money, watch a pirate stream in the comfort of your home instead.

Pleasant experience, fun for couples, groups and families. This location is clean, overall well maintained, has plenty of parking and is centrally located. The concessions are fully stocked, attendants are friendly and prompt, food is fresh. Showtimes follow the norm starting late morning and ending around eleven at night. Prices also follow the norm and have risen over the years, so if you are on a budget you can see the first two shows, or take advantage of the five dollar Tuesday.

Three stars instead of five because today I cant see what is playing this weekend because only a screen wanting me to see their members only specials comes up, and then the screen goes to red and never moves again. And the thought of spending forever listening to their recording of what is playing and all the particulars that go along with that movie, is more than I can bear. Guess Ill find something else to do this weekend.

Love this "little" cinema! Its not really little, but compared to others in the area such as the Majestic, it is a bit smaller. The staff is friendly. The theater is clean and the restrooms were decent. Good selection of movies. Ive been here with my family several times now over the years and Ive never had any issues.

Unfortunately, I was a bit turned off by the cinemas cleanliness. As I walked into the theater I was shocked at how dirty the doors were before entering and then the carpets were filthy! It mad me question the seat I would be sitting on? And if the bathrooms are getting the same type of treatment/attention? Yuk!!!!

This is a great theatre and the perks are fabulous. Bathrooms are clean and personnel are helpful so if anyone has a complaint, they should stop being such a Grinch. Where can you get first rate movies at such a bargain price on Tuesday along with the $2 hot dog and free popcorn. You cant so enjoy and be nice!!!

Close to home. Usually easy to get a ticket online or at the theater. Bathrooms are clean and handy. Theaters are all clean. If one sits close to one of the remote speakers, especially way up in the back, the peripheral sounds interfere with the dialogue. Overall, great experience each time.

Theaters are always clean..popcorn is awesome. Only complaint is stay away from this theater unless you like to hang with the 17 and under crowd. Noisy, rude and messy. Stand out side and watch the soccer moms drop the kids off at the babysitter

One of the smaller Marcus Cinema locations but that is why I enjoy coming here. Tends to be much less crowded, especially on opening day releases. Doesnt have all the amenities of The Majestic or The Ridge but a nice, clean theater nonetheless.

This location seems to struggle with air conditioning. Past two movies have been stuffy and uncomfortably warm. I said something about it to staff but nothing seemed to change by end of movies. Not the Marcus standard I am used to.

Everyone who i had contact with there were extremely friendly and bathrooms are always clean as well as the theater area. I would tell anyone who asks if that is a nice place to go i would tell them with a confident YES

The picture and sound system were very good...we had a small group of obnoxious teens trashing the last row, I wish the theater had someone walk the theater to allow those of us wanting to enjoy the movie, could do so...

Sometimes theres not a ticket checker, so if you bought tix on your phone, you still need to stand in line! Not cool when you bring your handicapped father along. Its not cool either way. Whats the point

Expensive! Most theaters are getting kind of crazy these days. $10 each....you could wait and buy the DVD for $15. We sneak into other movies after the one we paid for to make the experience worth it.

Other than seeing Iron Man at the Majestic, this is the only theater Ive been to since I moved to Wisconsin in 03. the whole town is pretty convenient. And by the way, Nick isnt a bad guy.

I Averagely go to this theater once or twice a month. The Workers are nice and they have a lot of movies to chose from. The seats are comfy and the popcorn is good, better then homemade.
