One star is too generous. This place is terrible. All the booths were empty and we were told we could not sit there because they were reserved for VIP guests. Food came out and our sweet potato wedges were hard and undercooked and while it said "grass-fed burger" that did not taste like any grass-fed burger Ive ever had. It was hard and no taste. Im not sure what kind of beef it was or if it was beef at all. Asked for water w/ my food and it never came. I believe I asked 3 or 4 times. I would love to support this Clarksville restaurant but until this Clarksville restaurant learns how to support its customers and offer better customer service and better food quality, I just cant. Oh, and those VIP seats were still empty when we left. Do not recommend. Very similar reviews on yelp.

Came to the Gilroy with a small group of friends. Got in line (there were 3 people in front of us). Was bumped into by a guy in a white tshirt that said "follow me to the back." Sorry, but were not following some random guy to "the back" when we could have waited 2 more minutes to get in. He proceeded to yell at us and call us "dumb bitches" and told us to "never come back." Dont worry, we wont. One of the bouncers came out and apologized to us. Apparently this guy was the so-called manager. So, we were kicked out for using our brains and not following some random guy to the back of the bar. I dont care if youve had a bad week, it doesnt excuse this behavior towards customers.

The staff makes it a point to get to know every person that walks through the door. From jokes with security guards to a bar staff that can identify people by their drink order AND their first name, the Gilroy fulfills its title as a "neighborhood pub." Because the menu is all baked not fried, its a nice change of pace from your typical bar food. Youve GOT to try my personal favorites- the Fireball peaches and Boom burger!

The Gilroy has become my favorite place to go in Clarksville for both food and entertainment. Every time I go the service is great and they always have something going on. Last weekend I tried the fish tacos and they were fantastic! It was cool because they had a band from Nashville and in between breaks me and my friends danced to our favorite music. Best of both worlds...great place!

The manager Adam rocks!! And one of the bartenders is awesome as well. Both always take care of my girl and I when we go in there! Love the two for one til midnight on Thursdays. Lots of military guys on Fri and Sat. over all I always have a blast and convince my friends to come down there instead!! People, alcohol, music, dancing... love it!!! Thanks :)

The fish tacos werent anything special, then again people dont come to bars for the food, vibe was definitely for the college guys but it was too bro, but if youre 21 and like drinking come, otherwise look somewhere else

Best place in town hands down!!! Signature drink selection is off the chain!! Always has good music and live bands!! Happy hour is decent and pricing on drinks not to bad! No smoking in the building is a huge plus!!

Good place to go for craft burgers and craft beer. Trivia on Thursday nights at 8 is pretty fun. Just remember to reserve a table. Owner and staff are cool and friendly.
