Way behind the curve in most aspects of the contemporary movie going experience, IMO, especially for our times. I can pay basically the equivalent price for admission at the Alamo Drafthouse in El Paso and get a superior showing in a premier venue with stellar service and food/beverage. This would be something for Allen Theaters to emulate and note if they desire staying power in a growing city that isnt as clouded as it may have been 10-15 years ago as to what a quality movie outing can and should be. Food service is poor, as are the offerings. Prices are high for what you get. Dont charge AMC theater prices yet offer cheap theater atmosphere. Online ticket system is archaic, along with the website. Ticket machine is always broken down at the Cineport and there is rarely a personell to collect the stubs after your ticket purchase- details matter. People desire an immersive viewing experience and are willing to pay for it, dont sell Las Cruces short, Allen Theaters!

I would of given 5 stars but the 3 times I have gone in three months 3 of the times something has gone wrong at this theatre and its always involveing the movie. The first time was only a problem with a young girl and her mother looking a somthing on her phone for half of the movie so her screen was bright and blinding . I finally had to asked her to stop. This is not the theatres fault. The second time they had to give out rain checks because something was wrong with the movie . Though they didnt tell us until someone went to let them know the wrong movie was showing on the screen! Lol The third time the light bulb in the movie projector was going out so the whole movie was shadowed it was like the whole movie was filmed in the dark. They offered rain checks but kept showing the movie. I hope they can work out their issues because its a nice theatre. By the way the staff is very nice and helpful.

Went to go see 47 Meters Down with a friend and be able to just relax for a couple of hours only to find there is a cut in the screen in theater #2 that is quite distracting to the point of detracting from the movie and experience except during the dark water scenes which help mask the glare of the cut. Theater staff also entered the movie more than once and just stood off to the left glaring at audience members. No one was being disruptive to my knowledge, but they should have refunded the ticket price for everyone in attendance because they are offering what amounts to a damaged product with their screen in disrepair.

Filthy and disgusting. I dont know how this theater is getting such a high rating. I am in Screen 9 waiting for King Kong to start; the floors are sticky and there isnt a single seat that has been cleaned in the last decade. I spent the first five minutes walking the aisles looking for a seat that wouldnt require a penicillin shot afterwards. Keep in mind that this is the first showing of the day, so any cleaning that is performed before the theater opens has already been performed. Steer clear of this dump.

The manager at Comport 10 is the best. You cant beat the lunch deal on Mondays. Buy lunch and the movie is free! Try and beat that anywhere in the country. These are first run shows to boot. Theater is always clean and restrooms are usually above standard. Thanks guys for a great time every time we go to your theater. The owners can be proud of this facility and staff.

Ok as movie theaters go. Bathroom was clean but the theater not so. I am told by people who carried a purse or backpack that they do check them so leave your privacy rights at home. As far as movie theaters go, this is pretty much the only game in town unless you like independent or foreign films there is a old theater in Old Mesilla at the Fountain theater.

Nicest theater in Las Cruces with a Launch Pad Cafe upstairs to dine there or take with you in your prepaid movie. Launch Pad has specials for the family and seniors with food and combine movie tickets. Love Wednesdays for military buy one movie ticket get 1 free!!!!!

I like cineport 10, much better than the old theatre in the mall. The seats alow you to go back and the arm handles move up for even more comfort :) The cafe upstairs is pretty cool but really expensive (even for a slice of pizza) but I give it props lol

My big complaint is for a newer complex, the screens are very small. Also they allow kids under the age of 13 into R rated movies so you get crying babys no matter what movie you see. Most citys dont allow this anymore, they are behind the times.

Dirty. Staff was not helpful. There for a late movie and they wouldnt sell or give me a paper cup for my small daughter to have a drink. Didnt want or need concessions since it was closed but could ya hand me a paper cup?!!

Terrible seats. Rarely show adult movies. Prefer either Albuquerque or El Paso. Better theaters and selection. Pergaps one day Allen Theaters will get their act together serving NM s 2nd largest city.

This theater is fairly up to date. They show all of the new offerings. They have the latest Atmos sound. The eatery upstairs is sweet. Plus you can take the food into the theater with you.

I like this theater more than the other Allen theater next to Sams due to the seating. The seating here is more sloped so you dont have to look around peoples heads of it is busy.

It is a good theater that has a cafe upstairs which you can order from and take food into the theater. It is pretty new and has all the movies you would expect. Would recommend.

Just mark sure no one else slips and falls.. whats really cool is popcorn can be obsolete with burgers, fries and pizza for purchase when you go to the movies!

We went to see Wonder woman and the sound was trash. I was barely compensated with a rain check. My afternoon was ruined. I will not go there again.

The seats are very comfortable and the staff do a great job of cleaning the theater after each showing. Ive never walked into something sticky here.

This is the only theater I go to in Las Cruces. I dont have anything against the others, its just that Cineport 10 has everything.
