Ive been to this theater several times and the last time I went was the final straw. The screens are smaller than what Ive become accustomed to in standard theaters, Ive never had a comfortable seat, no matter which theater I find myself sitting in, and the last time I went there was a problem with their system and it was cash only. Now, theres nothing wrong with cash only, unless youre like most people these days and dont carry cash. At least put a notice up on your site or something that alerts people. Thank God we had happened to go to an ATM to get cash for a purchase earlier that day and had cash, because we would have been furious at having driven all the way to the theater and had to leave. We decided we would not be returning to this theater again and instead drive further away to Warwick or Newport.

Thank you Reviewer for enlightening me on the sound quality. Last fall I saw The Help at this theater and was so disappointed in not being able to understand the dialogue. I just assumed it was my hearing, my friend assumed it was the thick southern accents the characters portrayed, but nonetheless we both left the theater dissatisfied with our movie viewing experience. Now I know! Having read this, I will rent the movie again to hear the dialogue that was probably distorted due to speaker problems. I also wondered about the screen size as well, thinking this neighborhood theater should have reduced their prices to justify the size of the screen or the lack of size of their screen! Agreed! Driving to Warwick is worth the viewing pleasure.

I walked in with a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. I went to go buy a ticket. The lady selling the ticket said the theater didnt allow outside food. Well, I hate to say this but people sneak food in to movie theaters all the time. Number 2, I could easily bring "nips" in my pocket. (Small bottles of alcohal) So I think your policy of no outside food is stupid and it cost you my business. Needless to say I said I was all set and walked out, not buying a ticket. I honestly felt like replying to her by saying"You are kidding, right?"

I loved the comfortable seats, and the theater was overall very clean. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the concessions closed at 10 when I went on a Friday, and my movie had only started at 9:50, so I was left with no food or drink for the night. The place could have made much more money, star wars had just opened a couple of nights before and there were a lot of disappointed people.

local theater for me, 5 min from house, and I am a big movie goer--when a major film comes out I make the trip to Warwick for the larger cinemas, which are first class--this place is usually OK for a movie which is not visually significant, if you know what I mean--see "Love and Friendship" here, no prob, see Civil War? no------ Staff has been at times exceptional in my experience

This is usually were I go to the movies. The staff there are always friendly and the theaters are clean. Fellow movie goers are mostly always considerate. Prices are what you expect these days at a movie theater. Stadium seating makes for an enjoyable watching experience and their heating and cooling works like it should which can be a problem in some other theaters.

A GoDaddy web site would cost you $5 a month and you could drag and drop info from any movie anywhere... and if in my impatience I simply did not find your website, then you need to optimize your Google Local profile. In any event, you missed on an opportunity with my wife and me when looking for a movie on a rainly Saturday afternoon.

I could rate them higher but they do not give a veterans discount. They have a good atmosphere and the seats are very comfortable. The prices are not crazy at least, even the popcorn. The staff is very friendly and they do keep shows longer for us very busy people that cant get there the first 2 weeks after release.

This place is a nice and cozy alternative to "the other guys". Sometimes they are short staffed and have employees doubling up on jobs, which can slow things down for all. As is the case with movie theaters, concession items are considerably overpriced.

The management in this place is bad. They do not enforce disturbance policies that most cinemas have. If you see a bunch of teenagers in the lobby run as fast as you can because no matter how much you complain the management will do nothing.

While a decent theater, the seats are really bad; very, very uncomfortable. The place is a two minute walk from my apartment, but I choose to drive to Warwick when seeing movies. If the movie is short the seats are somewhat bearable.
