The concessions are overpriced, but thats the case at all theatres, so Im not letting that affect my review of this theater. The Showtime and movie selection is great and its a fairly large theater so there are more rooms than some others in the area. The seating is typical stadium seating with classic chairs that are comfortable enough. I love the price for the movies and I enjoy going for the matinees. Overall good theater with good movie selection.

When I went to this theater, I was expecting a great time with my family. However, this all changed. The people gave me wrong tickets, so I was separated from my family. Secondly, when I bought drink for $5 I was welcomed to a watered down bucket of ice from the incoherent staff. Finally the staff was not helpful and treated their costumers like they had no meaning. Please try a different theater such as Providence place or Buckland Hills.

I called to check on prices and times of movies and was assisted by a staff member named Morgan and she was extremely polite and helpful. I appreciate her customer service skills. She is also very well spoken and well informed about not only the theater but also the movies being shown. It is obvious she takes her job seriously and puts the extra effort forth to help the movie goers have the best possible viewing experience

We had a terrible experience, the movie started 40 minutes late and no one came to tell us there was a problem. Then they started the movies, skipping previews as they were so late, and then the movie was not focused. They finally started the movie and it was so darn cold in there you could freeze ice. All this and not one associate or manager apologized or explained what happened.

The staff friendly and they cleaned between movies. ...I hate to rate my experience due to the movie goers in back of me and in front. ..but between the cell phones in front and the family who brought their own food, drinks, etc and dumped it all over my husbands coat and acted like they didnt know where it came from. I have been going to this theatre for years, and while the transition of ownership has been rocky, I have nothing but good things to say about the theatre. Compared to theatres like groton cinema 6 and regal cineman in stonington, they do a phenomenal job. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but the price is worth the outcome

Honestly a very underrated theater. Feel like it is unnecessary for people to travel to Mass and all these far places for a "good" theater when this one is placed in Lisbon, CT and offers not only the same tier of service, but is smaller and more comfortable.

Friendly Staff-great location for a meal and movie with Chilis ,Ruby Tuesday and Panera Bread nearby. For those that live within 25-30 min of this theater (Eastern CT) cant imagine driving an addl 35-40 min to Buckland or Providence to watch 1 1/2 hr film.

Large movie theater with comfortable seats and usual movie theater prices. Not a huge lobby, but a good video game selection when you walk in and clean bathrooms. The arm rests fold up comfortably which is nice when you have small children or a date.

This AMC theater has not been remodeled like the ones in Mass. Still nice picture and sound, but the seats are old and not very comfortable. Its pretty much the only movie theater in the area, though, so you have to take what you can get, I suppose.

My family loves this place and unlike other reviews, we think this theatre is a great place to visit. The prices are just average for a movie theatre and they are always very friendly there. You should definitely look into seeing a movie there.

I absolutely love this theater! I see 2-4 movies a week and have found the staff to be like family. The theaters are always clean and everyone courteous and helpful. 5 stars and more to this theater!!!
