Absolute worst theater in New York, if not the country. Here is why: While other theaters have upgraded their seats, screens and concession, this one remains disgustingly outdated. It smells like wet mold. The seats are uncomfortable and falling apart. The popcorn was burnt and stale. Now that all be over looked, however I saw the way this horrid (manager?) treated one her employees. Didnt catch her name but she was short and quite large. Anyway, she was absolutely rotten to this kid who was just trying to do his job as far as I could tell. If you value the way a company treats their employees than I would suggest you not go anywhere near this awful establishment. If you want a comfortable seat, good popcorn and a clear picture, dont go here. No movie is worth the horrid experience we had here.

Climate control isnt always working, and theyre usually understaffed. You might wait for your tickets behind lots of food orders, so I suggest using the kiosk. But what can we do? Its the closest theater...

It needs to be ripped down and re built. The prices are ridiculous. 13.00$ for an adult ticket. REALLY? for what we pay to live year round in southampton we should be getting much nicer EVERYTHING!

Nice theater, a little dated inside but they have a decent selection of current films. Parking on the street in Southampton Village during the summer can be *ahem* interesting

Its only way to make money for the business is by the food thats why its overpriced. When a movie comes out its busy but otherwise not. Its good I guess

If you want to know what the worst movies are, look no further than this theater. Amazing how consistently bad.
