Spent $8.75 here to watch Elysium. Definitely should have picked a different theater, although choices are limited in the area. The outside of the theater was unappealing and worn (the sign displayed "THEATERS" instead of the actual name), which is more or less a non-issue. As I was buying my ticket, I had a bottle of water in hand and the employees didnt say anything about it. I have been to a lot of theaters and never had an issue with water. The people checking the tickets, however, told me I couldnt bring my water bottle inside. I didnt give them any trouble, but it is certainly an huge annoyance considering that the employees at the ticket counter were okay with it and I have never had a problem at any other theater. Once inside the cinema, I noticed how small it was. The screen was smaller than any other cinemas I had been to. The seats were uncomfortable and did not lean. I cant recommend this theater, and would definitely avoid it if I am ever in the area again.

Never mind that the theater has been under construction for who knows how long. When I entered the theater and sat down to enjoy the movie, I could not, not because of rude movie goers using cell phones (that would have been easier to deal with), but because of the over zealous manager who walked in and out of the theater 6+ times, not before the movie but during. Talk about a distraction, he even got on the intercom (again this is while the film is playing) and told someone to get off their cell (I didnt see anyone using a phone). Bottom line this man is rude to paying customers and may want to rethink what the purpose of making random walk throughs in the theater are for. I always thought it was to keep people from distracting other movie goers, not to be the distraction. Horrible service!!! and its a shame their are few theater options in the area, if their were other options this place would either be closed or managed by someone that knows what they are doing.

I had the worst experience at the Lebanon theater today. My 5 year old son and my Downs syndrome sister who is 411" tall both had trouble seeing over the seats in front of them. He used a booster and still couldnt see. The movie started at 11:45. The theater lobby doors werent open until 11:40. Only 2 people working for tickets and concession on a rainy holiday weekend. The lobby floor was trashed with popcorn when we came out. The staff were rude and impatient. The guy working asked me how everything was as we were leaving. I shook my head and kept walking. He asked if there was a problem and I told him all of the above and more. He apologized and said that they were short staffed because people had quit this past week due to the air conditioner being broken. They shouldnt be open if thats the case and that doesnt excuse their rudeness or the booster seat height. $50 spent for a horrible experience.

There was a recent article in the Valley News by Jim Kenyon who wrote that the ownership was finally putting some money into refurbishing the theatre. It wasnt evident the last time I went to the theatre last week. When I came out of the last show I attended at around 9 PM the lobby was a disgusting mess of litter and popcorn all over the place. What really irked me was what appeared to be the on-duty manager and another worker just hanging around doing nothing but BSing with one another. Also, I was really unimpressed while waiting in line for my ticket, I watched as the counter attendant went to a closet and pulled out a huge plastic bag of popcorn and poured it into the area where they scoop out individual orders for people as they order it. Who know how oid and unfresh that stuff wqas let alone cold and stale. Looks to me that it;s just business as usual for the Lebanon Entertainment Cinemas!

Wow came in to find new seats. Would rather the back row have been raised up to see better. In regards to someone complaining about walk throughs Ive only seen one walk through per movie but with this day age of shootings on the news more often, I would think you would appreciate the extra security. I know I would. Maybe they noticed a suspicious person enter the theatre you were in and were trying to be cautious? I didnt see problems with film must be something new that the other reviewers are complaining about or just my vision. One time a movie was horridly loud though. Concessions pricing for theaters in general has gotten out of hand. At this point you might as well offer free movie with x amount of concession purchase. Other than that I havent had too much issue with the place and was thinking of going to a movie sometime.

I right at this moment am not very happy with one of the staff members upon just learning from a friend I went to the movies with on Thursday the 18 of May there were 6 of us and having a good time and the ticket girl. when I went to use the rest room was complaining to MY friends and telling them I was being very rude not letting her talk ? Im not sure when the evening became about her ?anyway I go to the theater often I really like Dale and the the older lady behind the ticket counter I thought the young girl was a smart ass to me to be funny but apparently she has an issue with me .I will confront this girl the next time I am in there to see a movie If I even return felt comfortable going there and now not so much any way probably makes no sence to others but i have vented. Feeling kinda pissed off right now.

Parking. Friendly staff. Great prices. Real and scrapbookable tickets. Downside: in need of repairs. I love this theater but, yes they need a remodel. Its a really bummer that this theater has so many bad reviews, yes, it is run down and old, but is anyone doing anything to get them a remodel or anything. This is one of the last theaters in the area that still gives you real tickets (the other being the nugget which, being in Hanover, has NO PARKING) and not just cheap receipt paper. I would love for regal cinemas to come up and takeover (although their process are outrageous!). The area does deserve something better, and i imagine the people working here wouldnt mind an upgrade either.

The only reason I come here is because there is literally no other choice. The next closest theatre that shows mainstream movies is another 45 minutes away. The seats are uncomfortable, the aisles are poorly placed, the popcorn is stale, the sound system is shot, the screens are torn and dirty, and every single theatre smells like either something died, or someone used it as a latrine. In short, absolutely disgusting. The best thing about this theatre is how well its going to burn when the mob that runs it finds another way to launder their money.

Yes, It was dirty a few months ago BUT... I have been going there every few weeks and have talked to the owner. They HAVE made great improvements in the past months. New paint, Carpets steam cleaned, New RECLINING seats. It is a small theater but I like the fact I am not overcrowded. Give them a try again, you wont be disappointed. Oh... and as for the concessions, EVERY theater I have been to is expensive but that is how the theater makes money folks. The movie industry charges overwhelming price for movies to the theaters.
