We have been going to The Herndon Industrial Strength Theater / Next Stop for over a decade and in my opinion the shows are just getting weirder and weirder, perhaps Im just not an artsy person. To add insult to injury the plays rarely start on time, the intermission runs longer than stated because of the incredible line to use one of two unisex bathrooms. Unlike McLean or Reston there is no assigned seating and the ticket prices are significantly more expensive than any community theater in the area.. Ill continue to attend plays occasionally but will not renew my season tickets as in my opinion only about 20% of the productions are worth seeing.

We took the grandkids to see the production of Willy Wonka. We all loved it! I have never seen so many kids perform with such energy, confidence, and skill. They obviously were talented, and more importantly rehearsed well. The whole performance was well-paced and entertaining. We go to the theater a lot, and this was one of the more memorable performances weve seen for a long time. Applause!!

Small and intimate but with the most amazing productions! Top quality directing, acting, singing, dancing, sets, sounds, and costumes, and the people of NextStop are the best!

Only complaint I have is that there isnt a very big space. The seats are comfortable and the backstage is great, though. (it has 2 floors)
