One of the best Hyatt Place hotels, but they need customer service lessons. Great new hotel. One of the best Hyatt Place properties with a separate bar and lounge, great pool and workout room, and clean spacious rooms. Plus a walkway connecting it to the casino. The staff and management need to visit other Hyatt Place hotels to learn some basic customer service lessons, like dont tear-down the breakfast buffet 2 minutes before the end time when guests are still trying to get breakfast. First, breakfast ends at 9am which is the earliest I have ever seen at a hotel. But, it was minutes before 9am and they had already stopped restocking items, and the staff was puling items off the line while guests were standing trying to get food. Other hotels keep restocking items right till the advertised time, then they leave it up for several more minutes to allow guests to get breakfast. Then the staff will go around the dining room letting guests know that they will start tearing it down in a few minutes. That is how a great hotel operates their breakfast bar. This hotel always had lots of staff just standing around doing nothing. Send some of your extra unneeded staff home if you want to save some money. I did complain, and the manager did ask if he could get us anything, so he did get us some fruit, but I should not have to do that when the hotel advertises breakfast served till 9am.

The rooms were clean. I did have a complaint regarding two workers at the Parlay Lounge. My husband and I were staying over to celebrate our anniversary. After our meal, the server brought our check and then disappeared with the bartender. It seems they both left to have a smoke break, which left the bar unattended. Therefore, we waited to have our bill attended to. Later we were going to get a drink and sit on the patio. We thought we could order one from the patio. So, when we went to go inside the Parlay Lounge, the same two workers came outside and brought 4 shots to friends of theirs and didnt ask if anyone else wanted one. The bartender again left the bar unattended to stand on the patio with her friends for 15 minutes smoking. So, we couldnt get a drink. Very disappointed to not have a drink on our anniversary. Poor management. Obviously, these workers leave the lounge unattended to socialize with friends.

The Hyatt was very conveniently located next to and with a bridge attaching the hotel to the Meadows Casino. The service in the Hotel was amazing from the Staff to the amenities of which we used the Wine On The Go and the amazing full breakfast buffet. Very centrally located to all that Washington has to offer in things to do and places to eat. The security of needing a key card to access our guest floor for the most part keeps you separated from the just the Casino Guests using the Parlay Lounge, however there were a few uncomfortable situations that were the result of intoxicated casino guests... In the end I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a incredible reasonably priced place to say regards if you are going to go to the Meadows Casino or not!

There were few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and a huge, mostly empty parking deck behind. We didnt visit the dining area/bar or casino, just there for a quick overnight. The bathroom was a great size for two with my only complaint being the bathroom mirror was too far away to see my whiskers without mending forward. Since this means there is a lot of counter space for the wifes things, it is a very small complaint. The bed was comfortable as was the desk for the bit of work I had to do. We werent aware of the blackout blinds we could have pulled down until we were told the following morning. Or window was facing the parking deck, so our room kept getting flooded with light. Use the blinds, haha.

Stayed here last night and it was really nice. My girlfriend and I got a standard room with the king bed. Very nice room and bath, the corner couch was very comfortable as well. The best part had to be the incredibly easy access to the casino! Our room was on the forth floor so all we had to do was go back to the elevators and walk the bridge to the garage and in no time at all we were in the casino! Also, you should visit the hotel bar. Nice atmosphere, good food, and well priced drinks.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. Walk way right to casino. Would love for them to have had a hot tub. The heated pool was nice. I and my husband ordered from the 24 hour Galley and the food was delicious but you do have to walk down to pick it up. They accident charged is for an extra glass of wines so they ended up giving us a whole bottle of wine for free. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also the guide on the remote wouldnt work.

It felt like being at home. We were able to walk back and forth to the casino whenever we wanted. The foot bridge is not enclosed, so it was a little cold in the evening. The walk was a also bit longer than we expected, but not too bad. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We would have liked to receive more information about the casino at check in. Breakfast was incredible. We plan to go back again soon.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! The rooms are plenty big enough and tastefully designed and I really felt like I was on vacation rather than a business trip. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. The only drawback is that it is connected to the casino, so weekends get pretty hectic and the parking lot fills up quick, however, valet parking to the parking garage is available.

We stayed the night for a bachelorette party, and couldnt have been more satisfied. The room was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast bar in the morning had many options, including eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, French toast, and many others. It was convenient to be attached to the casino, and the parking garage was extremely close as well. I would recommend staying here!

A beautiful room with clean modern styling. A fantastic continental breakfast with lots of choices - hot options, cereal and oatmeal, breads and pastries, and beverages. There is a heated pool, fitness area, fire pit area, and a bar/restaurant with daily specials. It is also connected to a casino and across the street from an outlet mall and more places to eat.

The room and the staff were top notch. Free shuttle service and free snacks at the front desk. The host at the front desk made sure my kids got coloring sheets and crayons. Absolutely fantastic. Now the bad. The breakfast buffet was at best ok and the indoor pool was freezing. That is totally unacceptable in my opinion for as nice as the hotel was.
