I will start off by saying my husband and I have been going to the Casino for yrs.I do have to say we will never be back again. Our server forgot about us. We had to get up from our table and go to the bar to get the table another round. The bartender is on her phone (texting). We ask her namea nd she replies rudely "Jenn". Im thinking "Sorry to bother you for a drink". After an hour and a half our food comes out - the wings are cold and dry. We ask for To-Go boxes, the manager and the bill. We paid, used the restrooms (they needed much cleaning), and still no manager! We decided its time to find a new place to eat in Bemus twice a week. Very upset! If someone, anyone, would of just came to us and said the kitchen is a little behind we would have understood. Instead we got nothing at all, beside a rude bartender. You guys really need to get it back together there.

Went there today for late lunch, early dinner. There were three of us. Two of us had the shrimp/avocado salad and the other had the oriental chicken salad. All three were below average. The shrimp was rubbery; the lettuce...uck..iceberg...what?, no flavor; very boring and it was $13.49!! The chicken was tough. Horrible food. Why we didnt say something....I dont know. Our waitress was very nice. The soup was spring roll which was tasty but nothing in it except broth and a few THIN veggies. There was no substance and it was $5.00!!!! Terrible!!! We visited someone there and they will never go there again and will pass this on to their friends and family. Worst meals Ive had in a long time. Should have gone elsewhere.

Ive been visiting the casino at least once a summer for the past 30+ years. Although the establishment has changed hands within the past 10 years, they managed to clean the place up a bit without completely losing the casual atmosphere. Theres really only one reason I go to the casino: wings. Ive never had problems with the service, or cleanliness, or quality of the food, and its a great place for the whole family. Drive in across the Bemus Ferry or drive your boat right up to the attached docks and tie up. If youre bringing kids, Id suggest going for lunch, as they sometimes have live music in the evenings.

Although it is a beautiful location right by Lake Chautauqua, the prices are exorbitant and the food mediocre. A 9$ plate of sweet potato fries yielded less than 15 actual fries, and the 4$ draft beer my family shared was among the worst weve had (it was only 4$, I guess.) I wouldnt go out of my way to come back here, but its not a terrible place to go if youd like to experience Chautauqua.

Our family ate here at recommendation of locals. My daughter had a Tilapia that was well cooked but stuffed with awful mix of seafood (in a blender?) Her vegatables were extrodinarily bland I had a burger that I could not identify consistancy. I ate a small portion but had stomach ache for much of evening. This place has a great history. Seems good food is also in past. Pass it up!

Have always loved coming here every summer with the exception of today. Ordered a pina colada that was horrible, then my burger was charbroiled… with the emphasis on"CHAR". Couldnt eat much of it. My cousin had a panini that was barely edible with soggy onion rings. Very disappointed and probably will not go back. Im only giving it one star because the scenery was beautiful.

If youre not looking to spend a fortune on the other restaurants in Bemus, the Casino is a great casual place with seating on the water. The menu is extensive and lists a bunch of options. Food and service is great with an attached ice cream shop that serves Hershey ice cream. Limited outdoor seating though and indoors can be stuffy depending on the weather.

Large place. Arcade games and place to just order ice cream. We were there during karoke so not sure what type of live entertainment they offer. Right on the water so can pull your boat up. Bartenders were ok. One was good but there were more interested in talking with friends than serving customers.

Food and service are very average. Kids love it because there is an arcade inside and a park with a playground outside. Rustic, low stress environment, on the water. Great for boaters who can dock at the restaurant and come in or get wait service at your boat.

Pleasantly surprised. No longer live in the area but visit yearly. Came here a couple years ago and was very disappointed in service and quality of food. Food was great this time as was service. Will be back again in the future. Well done Casino!

We absolutely loved this place. We had fantastic wings and the server was so friendly. A great family atmosphere. Would highly recommend trying it out! The house sauce was AMAZING for the wings by the way.

Food was not what we expected. Better choice to go to one of the other local places. The only real advantage is that they have a deck on the lake which was nice but dont make the choice for the food.

Have a restaurant on the lower level and a decent casino upstairs. Great views of the lake. The food is great and strive is top notch. Definitely one of the place to check out at Bemus Point!

Pull right up to the dock. Call ahead for take out brought to your boat. Or you can dine in. The fish fry was very good. Beautiful spot right on the lake.
