My Wife & I have been going to the Casino since it was a 2 room place with a snack bar. Over the years they have grown in leaps & bounds, to what they have become today. Whenever a place gets to big too fast, it will suffer growing pains. What I mean by growing pains is the size of the place & the amount of staff. Very hard to get a cocktail waitress, not that I drink liquor but for soda & or coffee, just an example, not to mention if you have a problem with a machine and need a tech. Whenever a big addition has been added the machines seem quite a bit tighter. Who else will pay for these grand additions. The dust has settled now and the place is absolutely beautiful Im starting to find my way around once again. Marketing strategies for the players club and the level of free play is far from what it used to be though. One time I used to get $75 in free play a week, this would keep me coming back. I now have to get 50 points before I get my $20 in free play. Now that I live in Palm Beach County for the past 3 years and the price of gas, my wife and I debate whether we will go or not. Love the place but come on marketing lets get a few more perks ( free play ) for the long time players club members! You may see us more often.

Saturday 14:00, APR 11, 2009 Customer attendance = atleast 80 - 85%. GREAT = The Buffet ! Great food, even though some display trays were empty and not attended to with fresh food. What food was there, was well worth it ! Breakfast all day and good assortment of lunch/dinner dishes = italian dishes, steaks, nice salad bar, soups - even hot dogs for the kids (why are kids there?) FOUR STAR RATING! NOT ENOUGH = Employees! Considering it being a Saturday and 80% filled, this TOTALLY Service Oriented Business, I found atleast 30 cars were waiting to be valet parked, only two employees at main Service Window with a long customer line, two roaming cashiers, only saw waitress once and never returned (I had to leave meal voucher under three empty plates. No one employee, in ANY area, knew enough to get a task completed, especially for customers that were willing to give money away (gamblers). ONE/HALF STAR RATING! On their Website they talk about Wheel of Fortune slots - I only saw 5 or 6 slots operational. Also stated POKER TABLES - I never saw that area and didnt find anyone on the floor, to direct me. Would I go back again? Maybe, but on a weekday, never on weekends, again.

BRING YOUR OWN OXYGEN!!! The smoke in this casino is very strong! If you can breathe through the overwhelming amount of second hand smoke then you will be able to enjoy the wide variety of slots and games they have there. You might even be able to play long enough to win BIG before you suffocate! Many people have claimed to win a lot there which is encouraging, (if you walk away before spending it all), assuming you can breathe long enough to get out of there alive. They should consider having ambulances ready and waiting outside for chances of survival. It would help if they had some kind of purification system that absorbs the smoke instead of our lungs. Maybe open a window, put some fans on, hand out masks, do something to keep everyone alive! They do however have a small non-smoking area upstairs however you have to get through the long hike through the smoke in order to get there. One very good thing about the casino is that the staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Maybe theyre all high on the smoke, but nevertheless very nice. Today has been the worst day of my life I was enjoying my time at the casino with my wife and sister.....3 Secrety guards approached me and asked for my ID which I gave it to them. After they verified my age they then said I was steeling from machines....which I was not.....so I then asked them to show me proof or evidence that I was steeling they refused and said get out.....I begged them to please explain and they refused I asked to speak to higher authority and they told me they did not have to allow me to speak to anyone. I cant stop crying because I felt so embarrassed and hurt. I then realized that my wife had given me a kiss and now I realize they was discriminating against me because I was lesbian or because I was young and black. #SeminoleCasinoCoconutCreek this has put me in depression and my anxiety and stress has become extremely bad that I want to check myself in hospital I cant sleep eat or drink. I cant believe this happened to me I feel sick to my stomach. I asked for a report and he said no just leave. I left the casino and then called the casino to speak to a supervisor and they hung up phone

if i could give this casino 0 stars i would.....i was living near this place some years ago and decided to stop in this casino after work with a coworker, we sat at the bar closest to the doors when you enter the place to have a drink before we played some machines i ordered a long island iced tea and i think my friend just had a beer,well we finished our drinks and ordered another drink to bring with us to play some machines there was an old lady bartender there who cut us off after one drink whilst 2 older men sat at the bar LITERALLY drinking double fisted and were obviously plastered and obnoxious we just got off work 20 minutes earlier and we were completely sober it wasnt the way we were dressed since i worked at a software company i had to wear business casual clothing for work as did my friend the security came and took us to some douchebags office and he just agreed with the lady for some odd reason i am white myself but the only reason i can think of is the old lady was racist and didnt like my friend because he is Colombian and dark skinned?

Seminole Casino is a very attractive casino located in Coconut Creek, Florida. There’s ample parking in the garage and a large gaming area that is roughly 85% slot machines. For food there are options that rank from a tiki bar to an upscale steakhouse. We opted for the buffet, which I would rank on the high end of average. The buffet was actually the highlight of our visit. The staff is friendly and helpful but that’s as far as the positive aspects go. I have gambled in casinos all over the country and would rank Seminole Casino near the bottom in terms of entertainment value. I should distinguish between slots and table games. The slots are a very poor game play experience and I should have switched to the table games. The bonus kicker is you walk out smelling like cigarette smoke. Seminole Casino is reflective of the gaming industry as a whole, which has pushed the science of machine gaming to the point that it’s not fun anymore.

I go to Seminole Casino and I have spent a lot money. There was a time when you spent over two hundred dollars on the slots you would get bounce back cash. I have not seen any bounce back cash for some time now . I recently spent $1600 in one day yeah I know that is crazy but never seen any cash back. On my most recent visit I spent $600 and again seen nothing back Im considering on going to another Casino. And try to get a cocktail waitress you finally get one and it is 20 minutes or more for her return..... Suppose you want to go to another machine you cant because you have paid for drinks. All in all I would rate from one to ten ten being the best a 5 They do know how to take your money but dont show appreciation. I spoke to someone at the courtesy counter concerning bounce back and I was told they dont do that and never did. I know for a fact they used to.
