Great non-smoking casino but get ready to lose all your money! Overall the casino is very nice. Parking is fairly easy and there is the option to valet. There are a good variety of slots and the staff is helpful and courteous. The buffet on the weekends is incredible! Practically everything you want to eat and more. The food is very flavorful and filling. As for the slots, there are a lot of people constantly complaining that they are not winning and if they do its not much. They also say that the payouts have been consistently low and that the casino used to have more jackpot payouts years ago but not lately. Others have also said that the Coconut Creek casino pays better and that if not for the smoke there they would go to that one more often. After getting so frustrated from not winning much here I decided to try the other casino as previously mentioned and everyone is right. There are better payouts and your money at least lasts a lot longer for playing to be enjoyable and not constantly losing everything without much winning. Another issue is that people complained about not winning when they used their players club card. Maybe its a strange coincidence however I noticed the same issue and stopped using the card as an experiment. Sometimes its an immediately noticeable difference and I wonder why that occurs. There also seems to be more offers and benefits to having a club card with other casinos as compared to this one. They may want to consider matching or exceeding the other offers by other casinos with the players club card, otherwise people will start going more to the casinos with better benefits. Also considering the smaller size of this casino with less options in machines and not much payouts theyll have to come up with a way to get people like myself and others to consider coming back. If I do consider going back it will probably be to the buffet and nothing else.

the isle casino is a large, clean and well staffed establishment. the slot machines there pay off better than most of the other local casinos, including hard rock, seminole, and mardigras. their poker room is sufficient if you want a lower limit holdem game. they also host some tournament play. the food is satisfactory. i like the layout as their poker room is on the second floor so it is away from the dingdingding noise of the slots. it is also a laid back poker room with professional dealers and staff. it does not offer on site hotel rooms and the vip program is pretty good compared to the other casinos in the area. hardrock and seminole may give you a little more in freeplay if you play hard on the slots, but you will not win as much money back at these two connected casinos. i have played in all of the local venues on over 100 occassions, and i can safely say that overall the isle pays the best on slots and has the most professional and comfortable poker room. hard rock and the palm beach kennel club have poker rooms that are much more space confined and crowded. mardi gras poker room is not very professional and arguments ensue on their tables often. overall the offerings in south florida for gaming right now i would recommend the isle of capri first.

Ok - for a platinum member , thats has lost an enormous amount of $$$ with little to none on wins .... if I could give a -10 star rating !! This would it !! My last visit , playing my favorite slot ( which is directly under an a/c vent & extremely unbearable cold , blowing directly down my neck - I had no choice but to zip up my hooded sweater -- the end all !!!! I was approached by security ( yes , you heard that right ) and told that if I did not remove my hood , I would be escorted out by security !! WTF ?? I am Caucasian , spend enormous amounts of money - tolerate the bug infestations -- the filthy chairs , the very minimal free play -- and the disrespect !! My mother favored Gambling & this was our only time together -- so , by giving her , her joy - I demoralized myself !!! I wished she would have sought help so we could have enjoyed outings elsewhere -- She recently passed away !!! I miss her , but -- relieved that this hell hole is behind me !! And , yes -- the ordeal with security - WTF is putting it mild -- i recorded the event & am seeking legal action -- that a punk security , would approach a very frequent , player - is a disgrace !!

My husband and I ate at the buffet at the casino. We were seated immediately. Because I have to be gluten free and dairy free, I was concerned about what options there would be available for me to eat. I explained my concerns to our server, who had the chef talk to me. He was very helpful in going over everything there was to eat there and telling me which foods I could have and which I could not have. That took time, which I appreciated! There were enough options for me to have a really great meal there. My husband and I thought the food was very good, even better than the buffet at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi. Should we return to this casino in the future, we will definitely be dining at this buffet! However, I gave a 2 star rating because of the gambling itself. The machines really were tight in their payoffs, and any bonus games awarded were very infrequent.

Good buffet. Worse place to gamble if youre trying to make some money. Used to pay out better with previous owners. Now everyone loses more often and more money. Only nice thing is the smoke free environment to gamble as long as youre playing small amounts. Do not play big amounts or youll lose. At least on non slots. I dont play slots much but the couple of times I did seamed to do better with the max bets. But still not anything worth while. But on anything else play small for fun entertainment and not try making money. Ive spent 100 k this year there and won nothing. Especially on my favorite game roulette. Youll have better luck if you make big bets at coconut creek as I did for years until I discovered the Isles. As long as you dont mind the smoke which can be irritating if youre a non smoker like myself. But creek does have some great restaurants.

If I could give this dumb negative stars I would - They have $400 worth of counterfeit money running through THEIR SYSTEM - Their OWN cashier mentioned but wont admit it when it comes down to it.. They accuse their customers of bringing fake money in BUT WONT CHECK THE CAMERAS (to prove them wrong), the fact that the manager UNPROFESSIONALLY accused me of stealing when he wouldnt take the time out of his day (that hes paid to do) to listen to my side of what ACTUALLY happened! That just says something about the SHADY business they run! I PULLED EVERYTHING OUT OF THEIR ATM OR GOT CHANGE FROM THE BAR - But since I said it was from one or the other, they kicked me out (BUT STILL WOULDNT CHECK THE CAMERAS - that definitely says something about the business they run!! Dont waste your time or money here!
