I went a few years ago and they were about a 4 as in my previous review. I went this past weekend and they were fantastic. And my fantastic I mean we left a large tip because we could not have been more satisfied with the service. Our waitress, even for 11pm at night, was fantastic. We had a pretty bad experience right before coming at a neighboring restaurant and came here not expecting much at that point. Our waitress turned it all back to amazing! One of our table guests couldnt decide what she wanted because she was feeling a bit sick (due to not eating). Our waitress pulled up a chair and went thru the menu giving suggestions, asking what she was in the mood for and comparing the items. Every item was mentioned she had some comment to give us of her preferences, which is better, etc. Friendly, smile on her face, and very open to talk to you. She wasnt a waitress that takes your order and leaves. She truly earned her tip and we couldnt have been happier. Were definitely returning just because of her and the food was honestly delicious! It was remarkable. We felt terrible when we left because since they close the doors at midnight, they dont close until guests leave. Too bad ten minutes till a large group walks in that was very loud and clearly had downed a couple drinks before entering so we hoped for her sake that her night wasnt completely ruined, or a long one, because she was honestly a remarkable waitress that deserved respect because she gives so much respect to the guests. They truly care about their guests so please give them respect when entering and you will not be disappointed at all!

Was a pretty fun experience. My wife and I enjoyed looking at the music memorabilia while we waited to be seated. Kind of frustrating because we were put on a 20 minute wait when very literally half of the tables on the floor were in occupied and clean. We presume this is to get us to browse about the gift shop, which you have to enter through. The merchandise was all and all pretty cool and seemed reasonably priced. Our server was polite but a little scatterbrained. She didnt get any of our drinks or food wrong but she did return to our table to let us know she would clear our appetizer plates and empty glasses about 5-6 times before she actually did clear them. They take a group photo of you and offer to sell it to you. We kindly said no thank you and the gentleman attempting to sell it seemed a little disappointed we didnt purchase it but was polite and wasnt pushy about it. The drinks seemed not mixed quite right. And the food wasnt great either. I ordered a burger and believe I got the wrong one. I also wanted it cooked medium and it seemed to be a little under cooked. I realize that when you order medium cook on meat it is highly subjective what that means and I dont fault them. It seems fun to do so you can say you did it but I dont think we would return.

This was by far the most hideous restaurant experience ever. We brought 40 people here and this "mega hip restaurant" could not handle it. Right from the start. They messed up several orders and forgot numerous items. Then the kicker... 2 long black pieces of hair in our shrimp fajitas.. so long and so obvious its ridiculous that this was served. The manager "Cat" told me, and i quote, "Ive been in the food industry 18 years and occasional hair in food is to be expected ". Gimme a break... she should be ashamed of herself for saying that. They comped the fajitas and gave 25% off and refused to eat the remaining 100 dollar tab. Im sorry, that isnt acceptable. They brought another clown manager out that threatened the police and security when i told them their services were atrocious and they should he ashamed. It apparently is common ground for them. They couldnt understand why we were so enraged. .. Hard Rock.. u are a premier food industry and landmark.. step up ur game and realize u need to take it on the chin when u mess up severely. U couldve just ate the tab and made things right.. but your greed will now cost u more...its principal... dont ever go here... they are pathetic...

Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile now and Ive been to a few HR cafes and most of the time the service we receive is very good and the food is to. So when we went on vacation to Myrtle Beach we decided to stop in for dinner since one of the members in our party had never been to a HR before and this was our first visit to this particular restaurant. We ordered our burgers cooked a specific way and when we received them they werent cooked the way we ordered them so we let the waitress know and that it wasnt a big deal and that we would eat them anyway. She sent the manager over who was a really nice guy and understanding and we told him the same thing about it not being a big deal and just wanted to bring it to there attention. When it was time for us to leave we got a nice surprise, all of our meals were complimentary including drinks and desserts. I would highly recommend this HR to anyone and would give them 6 stars if i could.

We used the outside bar for drinks on a Friday night during labor day weekend. We got there around 7 and the bar was pretty quite. We ordered 5 shots of Rumpleminze and watched as the bartender poured 7 half shots instead. We asked if him and the other bartender were joining us for the shots and told us that was against the rules. We then watched them go around the corner and sneak the shots! They were skimming our shots to drink on the job! We then ordered 5 Fireball shots and watched them AGAIN pour 7 shots. When we asked again who those two shots were for, they realized we were on to them and said it was for a patron inside. Long story short 20 minutes later the shots were still sitting there until they went around the corner and again had the shots themselves. Also when we asked for the bill total we were told 59 and change. When we asked for the printed receipt-- our bill had jumped up to over $90! We will never go back.

Had a 30 min wait. Me and my wife asked for a table inside. When we where taken to our table we first noticed the live band was so loud that we couldnt even talk to each other. The second thing was so many open table I didnt see why we had to wait for a table. We ended up moving to a outside table so we could actually hear our waitress. We ordered our food and waited 45mins. When we got our food my order was a completely different order and my wifes burger was overly well done when she asked for medium. After talking to the manager our orders got fixed quickly. Needless to say a hour after leaving the restaurant me and my wife were confined to our hotel room taking turns in the bathroom. We will never go to this restaurant again.

Arrived yesterday at the restaurant at 2:30 pm and ordered food. I was ready to leave at 3:30 pm, when our food finally came! My daughters mac and cheee was Ice cold, my wifes nachos where soggy, my BBQ was watery and cold. They attempted to fix it. They just nuked my sandwich, told my wife thats how they make them now (head manger, which was a very big lady!) They later gave us 50% food; however, we should of ate at the Ripleys Aquarium instead. Our waitress was very nice and friendly; however, this was my worst experience at a restaurant. All of these other reviews that are a 5/5 are fake!!!! I saw a chef come to another table to take care of an issue! The head manager said, "yes, we have challenges here!"
