I am going to try to keep this as short as possible while being as thorough and as accurate as possible. I went out on the ten Oclock boat yesterday (021516). I paid the ten dollar port fee but not the ten dollars to get on since they were having a special. I went in and found it to be just like a regular casino with five dollar blackjack, let it ride, craps and three card poker. One of the tables was a ten dollar minimum but I believe it was one of the two blackjack tables. I came on a light day where there were probably 100 people or so not including the crew. The dealer at let it ride let me put a card down to save me a place, which I recommend doing as soon as you arrive, I was about a half hour early and one of the first on.It was really kind of cool to be in such a mini casino that had tables and slots. We left at exactly 10 a.m. as scheduled and had a very smooth ride leaving the river area on our way out to open international waters. After about fifteen minutes of sailing it started to get choppy but bearable. Another fifteen minutes or so passed and it got more rough but the tables opened up and I began to play. As a side note, the guy next to me got a straight flush on his first hand, which would be his first of several good hands but I digress. After about an hour and a half of riding and then playing, the water had really started to produce large swells. I saw a couple of people being wheeled out in wheel chairs and could tell people were starting to get very seasick. The constant rocking and pitching back and forth and surrounded by windows and mirrors started to get to me about two hours into it as well. I even heard some of the dealers and other crew members talking about how this was particularly rough as some of the swells really began to bang against the hull. We were constantly listing and seeing ocean, small slivers of sky, then ocean again. I started to get really hot and decided to go up top for some cool air. The cold air made be feel better but I could see first hand how badly the ship was rocking. I came back to see people literally laying in the stairwell on pillows curled up suffering. I noticed that this was happening on both floors as I staggered about trying to keep my balance. I saw very few people playing but lying on the floor curled up or with their heads down on a pillow on the dining room tables. I staggered to the bathroom, which was only two stalls and a sink. I made it in just in time to lose more than my money, but my breakfast as well. I stayed in there vomiting for at least a half an hour. I was leaving the bathroom when two crew members, yes, crew members passed me and began to hurl in the restroom. I joined the group on the floor, which helped some, in fact, enough for me to go back to let it ride, which had only one player. I played about ten minutes and got sick again. I made it just in time to hurl some more, which lasted about another half hour. A man was next to me in the stall violently hurling as I heard the tiny bathroom door fly open where another crew member spent several minutes vomiting into the sink. I started to ask what some of the other passengers were asking, why we werent just heading back since more people were praying than playing. I will point out the the remaining crew members such as Bill and Teddy as well as the pretty, long brown haired bartender lady (didnt get her name) did an outstanding job of getting people ginger ale, cold rags, and staying on top of cleaning restrooms that at some points while we were in there puking got the floors so wet that as the ship rocked we slid around as we continued to vomit. I am telling you this so that you are aware. The boat itself is nice, the crew was beyond nice and had compassion for us, and the gaming atmosphere is the same as a tiny Vegas casino except for the rocking around so violently. I would urge extreme caution in picking a day to go where the waves and wind are expected to be very low. I was even wearing a Dramamine patch. It seems to me the company only cared about money, we should have returned.

I made a reservation for my boyfriend and I on the non smoking casino cruise. I asked the reservationists if there was food and bar service and she told me that it included a buffet dinner and there were several bars. Uber driver dropped us off at the ship and there was no one there to greet us, I called the reservation back, as several more people started to join us, she said we were all at the wrong ship and couldnt explain to us how to get to the right one- so rude! Luckily our Uber driver realized this and came back for us. The non smoking cruise had been cancelled but no one told us that, we learned once we were on the smoking ship. We are on and go to sit at the roulette table, but the staff told me I could not sit there because it was "reserved" several people had left their playing card on the seats and there were not going to be any colors available. The crew laughed at us "is this your first time here", so rude! So we move on to get a drink and some dinner. Turns out, dinner is NOT included in the ticket, as the reservationists had told me! We sat at the bar for awhile and my boyfriend was starving so finally attempted to get something to eat, but not without being yelled at by the servers, they were incredibly rude! We then attempted again to get on the roulette table, but after 3 hours of the same exact people playing, my boyfriend had to complain to the Pit Boss. Management came over to explain that I would be the next player should a color and become available, and that it is against their policy to "reserve" a seat at the table - and yet the poker and black jack tables all had reserved signs on the seats as well. So I waited another hour or so, nobody moved the manager sent me over a drink .Finally someone got up and but at that point it was less than one hour left in the cruise.. The only positive thing that came out of this experience was that we met some really cool people- Squirrel and Dan were very kind and friendly to us, a pleasure hang out with! Despite all the issues with all facets of the staff, and the way we were treated, we actually made the best of it and semi I enjoyed our five hour cruise. That is why I can give them two stars

Many of the staff are rude, cocktail waitresses are nonexistent, drinks are not free anywhere in the casino, and when you buy one they are tiny and watered down, the games and machines dont pay. It used to be a much better experience before Big M bought out all the competition and now has the monopoly on gaming in the area. Do not waste your time or money to be treated poorly, there are so many other fun things to do in the area I recommend anything else. Im a VIP player and come down on the weekends, not a one time visitor. I did try to voice my concerns to David the manager tonight and he would not let me complete a sentence of high lets me know he was not listening to me. I suspect if my husband had been the one to discuss the situation with him he would have let my husband speak unimpeded. I am a professional and conduct myself with patience and decorum and am not a feminist (frequently let my husband handle things but didnt want to ruin his fun tonight). Davids behavior to me was condescending and dismissive. This establishment has changed and not for the better, I have given it many many chances to improve and it just gets worse. I will not be going back, nor will my husband or my family who frequently goes with me.
