I recently attended this theater and suffice to say it was a nightmare. 20+ foul mouthed, rude, loud teenagers filled the theater and didnt even watch the film. Half of them were turned around talking to their friends, the rest were looking at their phones and discussing whatever was going on on Facebook. Every 2 minutes theyd get up and come back with more food, talking the whole way down and the whole way up and on top of that they would stand by the door talking without closing it letting light bleed onto the screen. I never once saw a manager come in but when one women left to get someone a police officer came back telling them that hed kick them all out if he returned. Finally after about a half hour of people shouting at them the be quiet I left and told the officer that nothing had changed. I would have rather gotten my money back but that wasnt their policy and gave me vouchers for another film. The officer, who was very professional and understanding of my anger, told me that he actually could not kick them out because the theater would not let him because they constantly buy food which is more money for the theater and while I understand where they are coming from from a business perspective I have to say their customer loyalty is abysmal.

A group of us went to see a movie last night and a bunch of rude kids sat behind us and talked the whole time. After asking them nicely to shut up one of our friends told them to shut the F**** up because that is the only language these people seemed to understand. We went and retrieved the manager during the movie to ask them to hush up and stop taking selfies during a movie. After the movie they asked us to wait at the front desk then sent the cops after our friend that told these kids to shut up. Then on top of all of that the employees gave these rude ass kids vouchers for free movies and stood around joking with them. Ill never go back.

It was very disappointing. I went to see Logan. My sons went to see Get Out. My movie was an hour longer. Which would have been okay. But Logan didnt start until 30minutes later. And that was only after I went and told them music was still playing, and not previews. They started it right away, but because previews were like 20minutes long my movie would have ended an hour and 40minutes later. I ended up leaving Logan. Tried to explain to the management the inconvience but there were no response or apology. Just blank stares. I always go to this theater. But today wasnt a good experience.

Were here on business, but had a fandango gift card. The website was easy to navigate, purchased tickets, had no issues scanning with the ticket collector. Nice little arcade, wide variety of snacks/icecream, and considering some other cinemas, not terribly overpriced. However, the theater was a little cramped, and seats do not recline at all. Very stiff seating =/ So my rating is only "OKAY" because Id prefer to be a little more comfortable while watching my movies. The popcorn was a little stale as well. Not a bad experience, but there are things they could work on.

I went to see "The Shack" and was told it would be showing Saturday and Sunday. I was told it would return on Monday. It was very confusing figuring out the dates and times from the theaters Web page. It was scheduled to show on Friday. I thought theaters switched films on Thursdays. I tried to call prior to that, and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing experience.

HORRIBLE PROJECTION. Just watched Star Trek Beyond 3D: they didnt have the 3D calibrated well at all, it only worked during a close up shot and the actor wasnt moving...everything else was a blur...totally ruined the film for me. And its a digital projection, not actual film, so the projection is very dark in the large theater. Amazing WASTE OF MONEY.

I have gone here for years because its near. Many movie-going experiences have been ruined by people bringing toddlers and infants into the theatre. If they have a policy about it, they dont enforce it. I was there last month at a PG-13 when a guy shows up with three kids under 5-years-old which babbled incessantly while he played on his phone.

On Saturday March 4, my family had the most amazing experience at Regal Cinema Richmond Town Square thanks to the manager Armando. He has inspired us to do kind things for others and "pay it forward" What a conscientious, caring gentleman. Thank You! This is not our regular theater BUT we will return thanks to Armando!

It was dirty and nasty in the theater,also there wasnt any employees at the booth to take the tickets, you could have just walked in any movie theater, poor customer service and filthy dirty and nasty in a movie theater I Get Out last Sunday.It was hideous thats why I Richmond mall being closed now.

Never go to opening night for any movie.Loud, poorly raised, teenagers will destroy your experience and there isnt anyone around to keep order of all the teens coming in from the back door for free to ruin an experience you paid for.

nice clean theater, the reason I gave 3 stars is because the concession is way too expensive.... 34.00 for a 2 medium popcorn and 2 medium drink combo and a 1 medium popcorn and 1 medium drink combo... 5.00 for a bottled water.

Movie scheduled and ticketed for 11:35. At 11:45 I alerted box office of no start. It is 12:10 and still sitting through previews. Update: Turns out I walked into the wrong theater. Lol

Terrible! Loud, foul mouthed teenagers ruin every experience! Theres non stop talking, laughing, cell phones going off, and NO THEATER EMPLOYEE TO KEEP THEM IN LINE!! We will NEVER return.
