I wanted to give 3 stars but I couldnt really. We have been going to this Regal forever now. We go on its $5 tuesdays. Its always clean, has nice staff and is easy going. And they recently added super comfortable couch like recliners that you can recline in. VERY nice. However we now have two problems. Since they take up room each theater inside has half the seats it used to. So when you go lets say 20 minutes before the movie, usually all the seats are taken except the ones way up front in front of the screen. So now you pretty much have to go get tickets a few hours ahead of time if you want a good seat. They make you pick seats when you pay for your tickets. Which is my next issue. While I love the "pick your seat" thing, it also causes issues when you have a few friends with you. For example four of us tend to go together. Heres an example of what the problem is. "[X] means the seat is taken: [ ] [] [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [X] [ ] [X ] [ ] [ ] As you can see because most people tend to pick seats away from others, it means theres not usually 4 seats open next to each other. They really need to have some sort of fix for this by telling people not to pick seats in such away that you leave random seats all over. But thats why we get tickets early. Its why I couldnt give it 3 stars. I took away one star away because of the 3D. Ive been seeing 3D there for a few years. Maybe about 6 movies so far in 3D. And they always seem dark, blurry and hard to see. You cant tell what is happening on the screen half the time. Like in Doctor Strange it was way to dark. I figured its just how 3D is. Well I went with a friend to the Regal Crocker Park that had "IMAX 3D". My friend said it was better. He was right! There isnt as much seating but the screen is bigger. And the 3D? Mind blowing. It looks just like a regular movie. No darkness, no blur. Everything sticks out much better in 3D. We seen Rouge One. Its a few dollars more ($12 on Fandango) but well worth it. And the sound was WAY better to. Tons of bass and speakers all around. I will NEVER go see 3D again at Regal WIlloughby. If they could fix that Id go back to it for that. However outside of that 3D issue, I love the theater and its prices on tuesday.

The reserved seating is a little bit of a pain to have to deal with but I still enjoy coming. You can at least pick where you want to sit and hopefully find that sweet spot. The video quality if very good. The Regal Crown Club is good to have so to save money on the high food and drink prices. I suggest you reserve your tickets at home so you know exactly where you are going to sit. The seats should have a arrow to point to the seat number you are sitting at because you dont know what seat the number it is and there is often confusion with other movie goers and I can see fights happening. They are almost a five star rating if the seat issue was addressed. I love the reclining seats so your legs can get elevated while you watch the movie.

I always choose this movie theater because theyve usually got the newest movies early and theyve also got recliners. Their biggest downfall is the staff behind the concessions. They always seem to turn the oven off as me and my fiance com up to the line. we wait there 10 minutes like they make us then when they come to serve us they say they shut the oven off 10 minutes ago. otherwise theyd get a 5 star review

This is THE BEST movie theater I have ever been to. The reclining seats, the subwoofers in the seats that vibrate your chair when the bass hits that almost make you feel a part of the movie. Its a unique and amazing theater experience that I wish every theater would have. Large crowd at the concession stand went through very fast. Theaters are extremely clean and pristine.

The screens are hit or miss - some of them are good, some of them are awful. My wife accidentally left her sweater at one of the theaters, and it mysteriously went missing, so dont rely on the staff to get missing items back to you. Otherwise, staff is friendly enough and its what youd expect from a theater. Go on Tuesdays for $5 movies.

I saw a rat looking type creature in the theater. It took me a while to realize that was the manager. If a rat could make noise, it would have sounded like him. The only good part of the theater is that they hire the mentally challenged. The only reason I give it a one star is because negative stars are not an option.

This is my THIRD time going to this cinema and have always been disappointed. They never have enough cashiers to order food than when you get there they tell you theres a wait!!! This last time did it they told me after a certain hour they shut down thier oven causing you to only buy popcorn or nachos. TERRIBLE!!!!

The renovations to this place is awesome. Not too long ago the theatre got new speakers and reclining electric chairs in all of their theatres. The movie experience is more enjoyable and you dont have to worry about distractions in frong or behind since their is a divider between each row. Lots of space too!

Bring a coat or sweater, apparently in mid-November its still too early to run the heating. Reserved seats are a great idea if anyone enforces it or reminds movie goers that they cant just grab empty seats. We got there only to find others in our seats who said another group had taken theirs.

Best theater except the forced seating i miss first come first serve. I hate coming in and someone is in my seat that i had to just pay extra for in order to reserve it and i then i have to argue with them about why i want my seat when there are others open. BUT other than that I love you.

If you go on Tuesdays price of a ticket is just $6. The seating is great with the Leather Reclining Chairs. All the theaters have great sounds and they are all a good size. The only downside I see is the price at the concession stand. But thats at every movie theater.

Its clean. I love the stadium seating and you can lift the arm rests which is very nice. The staff is groomed which I cant say for other local theaters and the concessions are always fresh. Plus I like that they serve Coca-Cola products just a small bias of mine.

I love this theater, particularly what has been done with the seats. However, in my past half-dozen visits or so, I have not had anyone take my ticket, meaning anyone could have just walked in to any of the theaters. This seems like a major safety hazard.

Love the new comfy reclining seats. Theater is clean, bathrooms too. They now serve hamburgers. Food is a little pricey. I truly appreciate the Willoughby police department there on Friday and Saturday nights. Thanks for keeping everyone safe!
