The night before mothers day I went on line to stubs and bought tickets for snatched at 10:15 on Mothers Day. I was wondering why I couldnt reserve my seat as a stubs member but thought it was a glitch in the system and I would get there early to get the seat I wanted. My wife and I arrived at 9:45 and were the first ones in line when the doors opened at 10:00. I showed the worker who opened the door my text confirmation for the movie and he says thats no good we are now new vision theaters and you are at the wrong theater he informs us that the theater we want is off airport road in Allentown. So after driving 30 miles to a theater that I have been using for years now I drive 10 miles back to find the new AMC theater which by the way is call Car Mike and it is behind a shopping center down a road that looks like it was bombed. We were late for the movie the theater was dark and had a musty odor with no reclining seats. Needless to say not a good experience on Mothers Day for my wife. I went on AMC website emailed my complaint not once but twice before I received a reply that said sorry for the inconvenience and if I wanted to discuss the matter call this 800 number. I called the number got a very nice customer rep on the phone and explained what happened. You can imagine my surprise when she told me that AMC theaters and New Vision had merged and they should have allowed my wife and I to see the movie at the original theater. Their website doesnt give any information about this and the workers apparently werent informed so I will not be patronizing AMC, New Vision or Crummy Car Mike theaters again. Cinemark here I come!

I love this theater. Yes, the location is no longer AMC, but whats the big deal? They are in the process of changing companies too. So its not their fault that everything still says AMC on it. No company can change in just a few weeks. Thats why it isnt on the New Vision Theaters website yet. They are still changing over. The seats are the best! Its also not their fault that they have reserved seating. That was AMCs doing. But they are continuing the practice. I never liked going to a theater with no chance of getting seats in the back where I like. You take a chance with theaters that dont reserve. This way, you can go whenever, pick the seats, and then they are yours. They cant be resold or given away. The other theaters have nasty, old, carpeted seats which smell and cannot easily be cleaned if something spills. If you get to your show on time, you dont have to worry about getting split up from your party. Just buy the tickets online!! If youre willing to spend $30, $40, or even $50 on movie tickets, I think you can pay the extra $2 or $3 for the convenience fee. Fantastic theater.

This was my first time here. Customer service was excellent and the theater was awesome. Very comfortable and spacious.... There were only a few cons. This is in no way a reflection of AMC. But, just as a FYI for parents bringing young kids. The seats recline and I had to ask the couple in front of us to save some of their kisses, etc for later, please? It was way too much. I know the seats are really nice. But, hello- public place! The other was the bathrooms. They were horrendous. That picture online of the bathroom is the real deal. Again, I am sure this facility has other completed restrooms and they are in the process of remolding. I just wish they were clean. Overall, nice place and I will go back.

Received some gift cards and went to use them to purchase tickets online. After entering the card number with no success I call the customer service number on the back of the card. The woman on the phone told me that I couldnt use the 19 digit card number because they now use a 17 digit number and that I would have to contact the theatre. Now its become my problem for something in their system that will no longer except the card they issued. So I then call the theatre and after listening to a recorded message for 5 minutes that does not resolve the issue I am told there is a high call rate and to try back later and then disconnected without speaking to anyone. Poor costumer service all around.

Id normally give my favorite movie theatre 5 stars, but recently theyve become kind of disappointing. I go to this movie theatre very often, almost once a week. But for some reason they forget to turn the lights off during a showing. Its happened 3 times already, and each time I had to send my husband out to tell them to turn off the goddamn lights. Idk whats going on the, maybe they have new staff, but they suck. Its happened over the whole summer. Before the renovations and summer, they never had this problem. Other than that theyre great, is the food over priced? Duh, if thats too much for you then eat before you come. Its like this at movie theatres everywhere. Fix this prob tilghman 8

Great theatre but all was ruined by seating policy. My wife and I are from out of town. I guess well remember this lesson next time. The row we were assigned had 6 seats. Our party had 3 the other party had 3. But the gentleman wouldnt move and therefore I sat way behind. Even though seats can be reserved leaving one seat in the inside of the row empty doesnt make much sense. I missed the chance to be with my granddaughter. My fault a harsh lesson learned. Maybe just maybe the management will consider this in the future.

Loved the new seating. Hate the outside ticket booth. Its Pennsylvania NOT California!!! Wait is extended because people have to pick their seats. We bought online and still had to stand in line FREEZING! And summer wont be any better standing in the HUMIDITY. Also SICK of people looking at their Smart Phones while the movies is playing. Yes other people see how important you are looking at your phone, but guess what? We didnt pay to see you! Management needs to get off their a$$ and shut that crap down.

Although the theater has had a major upgrade the staff and their attitudes need one as well. On almost every occasion Ive been here the staff has been nothing less than rude. Ive been ignored at the premium stubs counter with my card in my possession, Ive had cashiers be flat out rude, and Ive also had someone flat out shrug their shoulders in the most idgaf way when I lost my wallet in the theater. Big disappointment for such nice place.

Had some assclown that wouldnt shut up the entire movie, and nothing gets said to the idiot by the theater police. Instead they had to comment about checking the time on my cell phone, which was on the lowest brightness level it could possibly be on, and literally on for 2 seconds. Dude acted like I was trying to bootleg a movie. Get a grip. The loud ass was bothering more people with his constant remarks, rather than a dim nightlight.

Massively improved after the renovations. Electric reclining seats are awesome. Food still sucks and is typically overpriced at a level you expect from a theater, which borders on criminal. Even an 8 year old wouldnt eat the hot dog. They should have fixed the ticketing though. No kiosks, and the sun glare on the window at certain hours makes it impossible to see the seat chart.
