@Pal Im not even gonna waste my text to show how dumb you are. Nevermind, I am! Anyway, this is an amazing location with excellent service. I couldnt be happier taking my friends here. They have the largest IMAX screen here in Florida. Parking is hectic, but they do validate your parking ticket inside at the theater. Also, they do offer student discounts, on weekdays. Pal is probably one of them 45 year olds that bark around, coming on a Friday but immediately assumes they didnt offer it ever and is just being cheap. BTW, digital is a projector format, not a screen format. Difference being that digital is reading it from a hard drive instead of using film. This location I believe has about six digital projectors. You probably had a film with a scratch in it. Any time that happens to me, Guest Services is more than happy to give me passes and apologize for the inconvenience. That always has me returning. Anyone who wishes to go, dont listen to that idiot and do a little research. Youll find out they are on top of technology and they do everything to make the ticket price worth its value. Plus, if you knew anything on economics, most if not all of that ticket price goes to the production company. Only concession money goes to the theater. So think about that measly 10.50 now. If you dont want to pay it, dont go to the movies. It isnt a necessity, its a luxury. Btw, there was another reviewer who said this place isnt for the handicapped. You mentioned they have an elevator, whats the problem? Thats accessible to me. You need a code yes. That elevator leads straight to their lobby. They need that to prevent people from just waltzing in. Get over it.

I was there on Sunday afternoon and I loved the area. I was coming from out of town with my family and we were all very excited to watch the movie the nut job, we got our tickets and we promptly went to the movie . The movie theater are assigned seats and we got a whole row. Once we were settled and the movie was already in by two minutes we noticed that the recliners werent working, my friend went to complain and then we were assigned new seats. The usher came to the theater herself and told a lady that she had to move because we were given those seats now and that she was in the wrong , this white lady started to call us " you people need it come to me first not her , and why dont you want to sit where you are " I am Hispanic and my whole family and I were doscrimanted against by her , she called us names and started to yell and I said to her " excuse me" she got even more mad and making literally a scene she came downstairs and switch seats , she ruined my time with my family ( by the way she was in the wrong seat the whole Time ) we left the movie because we were so upset . The manager came and we told her what happened , yet she didnt kick this person out . I think its so funny that the white lady gets to stay but we have to leave even though she is disrupting everyones peace. I want to let regal know that a discrimination lawsuit is coming your way. The whole thing was handled poorly. The usher was better than the manager at offering a solution. It was sad . We got a refund after we asked but truly it was degrading and embarrassing. Regal be ready you will be hearing from my lawyer .

Parking is free- with stamping at the Movie Theater. Street accessible Handy cap, IMAX Wheel chair great spaces upper level/friendly. Anything else negative said about parking is misleading, there is a button for lost tickets and assistance on the level parking. We live an hour away, and still prefer this location, versus the Local one. The largest IMAX awesome experience!! We have been fans of this location for more than 10 years, family of 5 educated individuals. Recent Lobby changes and new Check-in Kiosks with the new regal card scanner. The bathrooms are clean and carpet flooring seems updated. Chairs are comfortable and they have the back suspension rocking- back to accommodate ergonomically different body sizes. All sorts of snacks, warm appetizers and beer also. Little to no wait for entrance, accessible elevators for Handy cap access. You dont get soaked on Summers here as there is Garage adjacent to Theater, it rains in summer mostly on afternoons.Street drop off accesible also. Staff is decent, Managers have always seem present to assist and make sure to throw out any "undesirable people" looking to interrupt your experience. We keep coming back year after year. They employ individuals of all ethnicity and "special " too. Remarkable. Military appreciative. Great shopping on lower floor stores and great restaurants. Excellent location on International Drive. close to attractions and family fun places. This is not the ideal location if you have a $10.00 budget and are counting your quarters.

Been to this theatre many times. While you have to park in the garage, they will validate your parking. You can also park in a certain area of the garage to gain quick access to the theatre. Parking is crowded but not impossible on friday and saturday nights, but thats to be expected since the parking lot is for the whole pointe orlando complex and wonderworks. The theatre itself offers automated machines at the entrances and a ticket booth on the bottom floor. I find it much easier to purchase at the automated kiosks. The entrance is not grand but the theatre is well maintained. I would say the secondary theatre rooms are pretty standard for the area. The IMAX theatre is a whole other beast, nice lighted stairways, an elevator if you need it, spiral staircase on the way down on the way out and nice seats. The IMAX theatre is also very nicely maintained and the wait area is separate from the rest of the theatre rooms, though i can imagine a long line reaching into the center floor. Their service is standard and the seating in the lobby area is ok. They also seem to keep enough counters open to prevent long lines at the popcorn stand. Since i tend to go atleast 4 times a month(for the past 5 years), i think i would have seen anything bad by now.

THE ONLY "REAL" IMAX IN ALL OF ORLANDO!!! The IMAX theater here is an actual monster IMAX theater, with an 80ft screen and a sound system that makes it all an intense experience. I would go so far as saying that small children will be frightened (saw a couple kids crying during Man of Steel, it was glorious nonetheless). All of those other "imax" theaters at Citywalk or the other Regals in town are fake imax theaters where their largest theater was retrofitted with a slightly larger floor-to-ceiling screen and branded it as "imax". Seriously, if youre going to spend the $17 IMAX ticket fee, you might as well make the trip to this theater and get your true moneys worth. Also, all of the other theaters here are well kept and amazing too. They all have stadium seating, 4K digital projection, good quality surround sound and....wait for it.....this cineplex has the least traffic of most theaters in Orlando (besides the imax) so its the overall perfect location for a date night or a peaceful family outing where you can avoid annoying teenagers with raging hormones or ghetto folks with no manners.
