Im reviewing my visit from July 3rd 2013 when I saw Despicable Me 2 (animated family movie). There were moderately long lines for tickets/snacks (combined), but considering the holiday and what we were watching... kind of expected. They may have been slightly understaffed as well. Thats my only complaint. I cant say anything about the bathrooms, since I didnt use them. Cost is pretty decent, I want to say it was $8 roughly for adults. Snacks were reasonably priced, I think I got a small popcorn, drink and candy item for about $7. Seats were very comfortable here, not quite a recliner quality, but pretty good. Seat back was springy, and theres plenty of legroom for even a very tall person. Much more comfortable than the stadium seating at Regal 20 which I had been at the week before and kept fidgeting and having to shift around in. Im not a huge guy, but Regals seats were too small for me (felt quite a bit like coach airline seating without ability to recline your seat). These seats at Town Centre I thought were great by comparison and would be comfortable I think for even larger folks as well. Screen was good size for where we sat (middle row, towards center-side) and at a good level to see over peoples heads but not have to tilt your neck. Sound quality I want to say was nothing real special, but adequate. You wont feel youre missing something, but it wont blow you away either. Overall, a good value-for-buck and would repeat for a family outing, a date, a friend, or even solo viewing.

Only reason Im giving this two stars is because of the price and location. The employees sit in a room and come only when you say something, the facilities look old and run down. The butter for the popcorn isnt butter, its nasty, warm, fake butter that tastes so bad( I gave it a shot hoping Id like it). They lack alot of options on the menu, but it is cheap. Employees seem like they dont want to be there and most of the members seem to be older which is not a problem but, but talking to my friends I realize its because of the price. Living in Naples, most of the people between the 18-30 age will pay 15$ for a movie. Although I enjoy the low prices, the amenities are not up to par and the theatre feels poorly run. I go to Paragon where I can get a student discount and enjoy the reclining seats. Also, Theatre was like a frozen tundra. Hope this is helpful.

we standed on line we got in just when the american snipper started very dark 8 people standing in back couldnt see where the seat was........people in there 70 ask this young kid that said he was the manager.....asked him to come with a flashlite as a usher will do so we can all get seats....first said he was coming never came a guy went back again and we follow his wife couldnt stand any longer and he was still giving people soda SAID HE COULD NOT DO IT BECAUSE THE MOVIE STARTED ARE YOU KIDDING ME...............AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE WENT AND GOT THERE MONEY BACK.AND HE COULD NOT CARE LESS.........NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.............HE SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP

This place is filthy and it is such a shame that after they spent the money to renovate it last year that they have not kept it up. The carpeting, bathrooms, hallways and even the garbage receptacles were disgusting - it all needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. Even the employees at the concession stand had food stains on their clothing and were messy. Yes, the prices are fair but they really need to get their act together. Just really yucky.

As of November 2012 this theatre has been purchased by a new owner (large chain) and is undergoing a complete renovation with new screens, including 3D, leather seats, expanded leg room, and lobby renovation/redecorating. Previous reviews are no longer pertinent. I am not affiliated with this business but just a local person who is pleased to see our local theatre becoming "like new" and would like to see it supported.

Had a terrible experience at this location. Husband and I took our three kids. There was another family on their cell phones, being loud throughout almost the entire movie. Staff came in saw this and did nothing. we paid for our tickets, the other family did not as the new staff members. Must be how it works at this theater.

This place is disgusting and revolting I used my hard worked money at the strip to get a movie but just becuase we are young girl we treated like DIRT I will never ever go back to this place again me and my girl were trying to have a fun time but unfortunately we got kicked for no reason!!! Do not give this place service.

Cheaper theater option but not as nice as some of the others. They offer student discounts which is nice. The only real complaint is the doors to the theaters are thin or not well designed and sound from the hallway can be heard during the movie especially if one movie gets out before yours is done.

Movie was supposed to start at 1:15 previews kept going till someone got a manager to start the movie started 45 min late. Bring a blanket was way too cold in the theater. Cut movie off at the end so people waiting could go in. complained and got some passes

On another note, the movie stopped working right at the climax of the movie (which didnt seem like it was the first time). The employee was unable to give us our money back but said we could come back tomorrow for a refund. Again, do NOT see a movie here!

This should deserve a -1 because the workers are so rude and then the food the was stale and there was the tall white girl with the ugly hair was very rude and rolled her eyes at the customers. SHE DESERVES TO BE FIRED!!!!

While its certainly not the fanciest theater in town (#Naples), theyve made remarkable upgrades to the seating and facilities. Perfect place to enjoy a pleasant, cozy cinematic experience without the typical hullabaloo.

Kinda hard to hear the movie at times since we could hear the movie next to us. I thought my girl was messing around about the quality when she said the place where we were sitting smelled like urine... She was not.

This may not be the Mercato, but it is nice enough. The seats are comfortable. The ticket prices meet my budget. The people, although mostly kids, are very cordial. I take my grandson all the time. We love it!

Went to see Beauty and the Beast and had to leave because they couldnt get the aspect ratio right on the film. Heads all cut off. No one new how to fix it. Two weeks ago no one knew how to make popcorn.

They have the most annoying B&B self-promotions jingles before the movies cheaply made and really tacky ...and it goes on and on....the theater didnt look to clean but the chairs where very comfortable

Wow! I remember when this was the only place to see movies in Naples. I was shocked to see how comfortable and nice the theater is now after the renovation. Seats are great!
