I will not be visiting this casino ever again. First off, I Drive an 18 wheeler, so I have to park in the back of the parking lot. When I pulled in it was pouring down rain. I called the front desk to the gentleman on the other end of the phone was very friendly and said he would send a shuttle bus out to us. 20 minutes later still no sign of the shuttle bus, so my wife and I decided to walk through the rain to the casino. By the front door we noticed the shuttle bus sitting in front of the casino with a driver twiddling his thumbs, with nobody aboard. Later that evening, they were servicing and area of machines. They didnt have anything roped off to keep people from entering that area. Instead they have a large black ignorant security guard who grabs my wife by the shoulder and says you cant be here baby. First of all no man touches my wife, and secondly calling her baby is just flat out disrespectful. If youre going to work in a casino and be a professional then you should act as one, I have received better customer service at McDonalds. Needless to say, we decided to stay for the night and give it another go in the morning. First things first we went to the buffet . I do not recommend this buffet to anybody, I would not bring my dog there. My wife decided to get a hamburger, it looked like it was cooked, however it was raw in the middle. My wife only eats well done meat, she has stomach cancer and cannot afford a risk of getting any bacteria. From this incident she got sick, not at the table but she should have. I asked to speak to the restaurant manager, who called security immediately just to take a report that my wife had gotten sick. Id hardly eaten but yet my meal was done with. The restaurant manager Avery, made no offer to refund your money or to make anything right. This is the only because he know that I visited in the Cleveland area, so if you have not been here I would urge you to stay away. Its very unlikely that you will have a good time here. Thanks for reading

Went there for first time on New Years Eve, was so excited to have something like this open up so close to where I lived to be able to see concerts and such - prepaid $35 for a ticket - for that got a band that started an hour late, 1 free watered down mixed drink, the snacks were so spicy - the salsa and trail mix was so hot you could not even ingest them - burned all the way down my throat when I tried to eat some - the tortilla chips were only other snack item there that was edible - VERY POOR CHOICE of snack items for a huge hungry crowd - could hear other people around me questioning why in Gods name you would offer that ? Did you honestly think that people would be too drunk to notice or care? And the friend that decided to come along that night with me had to stand around to buy a ticket off someone that decided to gamble instead because TICKETS SOLD OUT and IT WAS NOT PUBLICIZED ONLINE, tickets for $40 were promised at the door. And they should have better parking lot markers than they do, OTHER THAN NORTH END OR SOUTH END PARKING should be NORTH A, B, C, D, ect because I had to run out there 3 times in that arctic 18 degree 5 below wind chill cold to find my car and I only had 1 drink I was straight. I will not EVER return there after that experience........

Lots of fun with the slots, and Ive actually been a little lucky here. Some playing time for your dollar...but, what dropped the rating to 3 stars for me are the prices at the restaurants. Ive only tried the Harvest Buffet, but at $23 I found it VERY disappointing. Lots of variety, and some okay, but every piece of meat I tried was either overcooked, tasteless, or tough...Quality similar to Golden Corral, at twice the price. I did find some alternatives that were pretty good with other items, but then were back to the value....maybe worth $16 for dinner. P.S After reading the reviews of the local Golden Corral, the comparison may be a bit unfair, however for those whove had the expected quality, you get my analogy...Still a 3 star rating...decided to give the lunch buffet a try...Underwhelming to say the least, same explanations as for the dinner, below average...especially for the price, quality same or below an average buffet that would cost $6 less out of pocket elsewhere. Plus, on this visit I lost my first $40 in less than ten minutes at two different .25 slots, and another $140 after lunch in about half an hour...I dont take the losing hard, its the time involved. That was a pricey 40 minutes of play, on top of an expensive, below average lunch...

Walking in the Hard Rock Rocksino made a good impression. The facility was clean and had a upscale feel to it. Once I actually started to take the place in it was down hill from there. There were no table games to speak of only slots. Thats more of an observation than critique. I can get along with some slot play. After a couple hours the bad began to shine through. I was thrown off by the no smoking in the casino. Smoking is limited to a few patios. Many may like it but it took away from the casino feel to me. To add some context I live in Las Vegas. Maybe its a state of Ohio thing. The machines were tighter than any Ive experienced on the Las Vegas strip and they are the tightest in Las Vegas save for the airport! Comp drinks are another staple of a casino to me. I dont know if the Rocksino comps drinks or not as I didnt encounter a cocktail waitress during my time on the floor. My usual casino night out consists of kicking back smoking a few cigarettes, getting some play out of a machine until my moneys gone then justify it with a bunch of free drinks. The Hard Rock Rocksino was more blowing through my money, no drinks, and complaining about it on a damp patio over a smoke. To each his own. UPDATE... No comp drinks.

Awful! I attended a concert on Friday June 2 for Parrots of the Caribbean in the Club Velvet room. When I purchased the tickets on line, there was no mention that the Club Velvet room was standing room only. I have an arthritic knee that makes standing in one place painful and difficult. Several other people in the audience were in the same predicament as myself and many were worse off and left. I had asked the usher about bringing in some folding chairs so people could sit instead of stand. I was told that the manager said no to bringing in folding chairs. This is ridiculous since a Jimmy Buffett cover band usually attracts an older audience. Most of the people in the audience were over age 60. I am 68 and some were older than me. I was only able to stand for a short time and I left after the first set. For most of that set I was sitting on the floor. Had I known that the Club Velvet room was standing room, I would never have bought the ticket. I have attended many concerts in the main venue and enjoyed those concerts as well as the venue. I would like a refund of my ticket price of $15.00 plus the $7.00 I paid for valet parking.
