I would rename this the "Nothing Like Vegas Experience". There is NO information available as you walk in and no one to greet you. If you put your money into a machine you eventually find out that you need a card - so you have to walk away from the machine that has already taken your money to get it. The machines are not intuitive. After getting a card I put money into another machine that "didnt work". Again I had to walk away from a machine that had my money in it. When I got to the desk I just asked for my money back. Cant be done. I asked how you win - apparently win $25 in credits you can get a gift card to popular stores. Not sure what would happen if you had $5 on a card and put $20 more. Could you then get a card or do you have to win that much? I wasnt willing to find out at that point. One thing for sure is that you will lose any odd amount, as the gift cards are for specific amounts - unless you are willing to go back...

I would have given this place 0 stars if I had the option to do so. First of all we waited over 5 minutes for some one to show up at the front desk. When he finally appeared I explained that I needed a new card as I had lost mine. The front desk guy stated that they were low on cards and there was a $2.00 charge for a new card! Needless to say we left and decided to spend our money elsewhere. In the 10 years that I have been coming to fort Myers this is the worst service I have ever received. Avoid this place!
