I agree with the persons comments below 100% to which i Quoted, Very Poor operation! But in my own words management is over bearing. People skills are very poor. And I use the term very very loosely, management! Ive experienced and seen Customers treated is if they owe the people that work there something. I will not be returning after having to tolerate the lack of professional skills the people there have. Ive owned more then my share of businesses and If I had people working with me like the types that do there I would ask them to resign. I own a national company and am about to open another. I 25 years business experience. Ill be surprised if they last for the long term or sell out to a better company. Too bad for the customers and people who travel for a visit. Heres a copy of the quote..... "Although this is a large poker room with new facilities, the quality of customer service is bad compared to the other poker rooms. Beware, its true the managing staff show little or no respect to the players at this place! Ive never witnessed so many confrontations between managing staff and players at other places. Nothing is complimentary there, $1.50 for a coffee or water, and no player rewards program like the other poker rooms. The house rake is one level higher than usual. They collect up to $2 jackpot drop per hand to maintain high hand promotions. Its an aloof business that focuses only on greed and is slowly losing clientele." This person hit the nail on the head. Finally, I wouldnt have given one star but Google wouldnt let me do this. Save your money and find another place to do business with.

Corrupt - Card shufflers know exactly where every card in the deck is I have read and release cards to make hands for certain seats / people and dealers. Write down the name of the shuffler and research yourself. Place a big bet against the dealer/ house 9 out of 10 times you lose. Place a small bet and you win once in awhile. Thats easy for them on that side of the house. The other side Texas Holdem, ever notice its the same select people being delt hand after hand? Thats because the card shuffler cost about $15,000 to be able to stack the deck in the order house wants stacked. Statistically, probability of sequences of cards obvious corruption. Write down the name of the card shuffler and google yourself. The ones that win big hand after hand seem part of the house corruption. I and others that played there long enough firmly believe this. Be one of the best poker players in the state? You will be delt monster hands and be beat by runner runner. Wait you have the nuts on the turn, they got you - here comes one of the two outs the opponent needed to complete a higher boat, quads, or straight flush. Thats why suits in management with there ear buds in for communication are so forcefully knowing exactly what seat at the table everyone is in. To the point the even have a few players with wireless head phones them in moving them around to table to table on big nights stealing as much as the can.

Ive drove from Atlanta Georgia a few times to come play here. With the exception of once, I was here to visit family or friends. This is a nice place. ( the building) However if you are here to play poker, the majority of the dealers I have encountered here just do not take their jobs very serious. I have spent time in MANY poker rooms. Perhaps I have been spoiled by very good rooms. Perhaps I have taken for granted dealers knowing how to count, make sure that your cards are clearly in front of you, and not sling chips everywhere but to you. Perhaps I have been spoiled by dealers that announce out loud what the action is and do not rely on the people at the table to keep up with everything. Im not saying ALL of the dealers are like this. Ive met a few that were actually good here. But I am confident that most of them are simply not trained well or not screened very well. So ultimately I place the irresponsibility on management. There are truly poker rooms that give more incentive to come to their rooms. For comparison sake, it may be wise advice to actually go to a very player friendly room such as The HardRock in Tampa. Far better experience in EVERY way.

This Casino is poorly managed and could care less about you and your belongings. My brand new Z06 gets hit by another vehicle and they say their camera’s and police officers didn’t see anything. I don’t even know how this is possible since my car is within pissing distance of the police officer car. After this I spoke with friends that a frequent this establishment only to find out that their vehicles have been broken into and one even said his Mercedes got stolen out of the parking lot. How is this even possible? The officer told me “It’s the weirdest thing, the alarm didn’t even go off” My question back was simple, well how did you know my vehicle was hit? As he’s walking off the security guards will tell you about it. So, you would think that the Casino would take responsibility. Nope. I’ve been going to this establishment for many years now and I’d say if you win a lot of money you could easily get robbed in this parking lot. If you have a nice vehicle then you could get it stolen or banged up. I really did love this place as I love Texas Holdem but when you see the true colors of this establishment I’m more than sure you’d feel the same.

I like Bestbet for the open casual atmosphere. Plenty of TVs, the poker dealers are professional and friendly, the floor servers are not only gorgeous but attentive. Tourney and cash table selection is good. Food is a little pricey but decent. Its mainly sandwiches, subs, burgers, pizza, fries and such. They do serve a limited Starbucks menu items. Plenty of clean bathrooms and outside smoking areas. No smoking inside. I cant speak for the horse betting nor the newly added table games like 3 card poker. I saw a family turned away trying to bring their children in so dont bring the little ones. The parking lot is accommodating and patrolled by security. They even give rides to your car in their golf carts. Cons: No comps but the high hand and bad beat jackpot are generous.

I worked inside of best bet as a banker for knighted. Im rating the card room separate from my companies review because I didnt work for best bet. From what I witnessed Management are very unprofessional. I sat back and observed everything. Ive heard so many comments made about their employees and conversations that just shouldnt be had in front of their other coworkers. So much drama. Some of the dealers are very rude and can say whatever they feel like saying which is very unprofessional as well. Had comments made about my sexuality as well as challenging my intelligence as I was at the table as I passed the same requirements as my fellow bankers
