This hotel is beautiful for the price you pay. Gorgeous architecture I can appreciate. However, lets talk about what this hotel does wrong. Lets start from beginning: My lovely significant other and I rented a 1 king bed room for personal visit to Tampa for an incubus concert. From the beginning everything was wrong about this hotel. The hotel clerk at the beginning was nice, but we suspected he slept in the main lobby as we saw a cot that was messy in the morning around 5am. Which was just supremely odd. The king bed had terrible sheets that just did not breathe. We had the room down to 67 degrees. And still wanted to keep the sheets off of our body. They felt gross and cheap. We were supplied 4 pillows that could barely be considered throw pillows (were talking less than a foot long on each side) that had no filling. Your head literally sank into the tiny pillow when you rested it. The mattress was comfy surprisingly. The cable only had 10 channels that worked out of the 50+ supplied. And the on demand which was advised on choicehotels was not functional. The phones did not work. You could not dial 0 for service. Instead I would have to call to a main line and be directed by somebody whos not in that hotel. The vents were crickety. And my love swears on her life she thought there was rodents in them from the pit pattering they were making. She could not sleep, I however am a rock. If I have a place to lay my head Ill pass out. Lets get into the big issue with this hotel. And Im talking big big issue.... in the morning at 11:01 (granted check out was 11:00. My bad) we had a house keeper bust in through the door. Did not knock. And saw my naked girlfriend. Exposed. And then proceeded to raise her tone and try to ask politely in a rude tone "when are yall checking out?" So my girlfriend (who btw felt violated, anybody would if your privacy was taken from you) proceeded to approach the management staff as soon as she got dressed to address the situation. We headed to the front desk with our bags, and spoke with a manager (honestly didnt get his name, he was an elderly Indian man) and told him about our situation. He said he was sorry, but technically it was our fault for not being gone by 11, and breaches of privacy are not something that compensation is given. The housekeeper showed up and then stated. "OH 107????? NO I KNOCKED. SHE DIDNT ANSWER." The thing is... we were in room 134. Its obvious this is a reoccurring issue that the manager will "address". My lovely girlfriend is in the service industry for hotels. And she was so taken back. This caused her so much grief and ruined a magical weekend for us seeing our favorite band. I cant believe situations like these are allowed to happen.

Llegamos al partir de media noche y el señor nos atendió de lo más bien. Tenía una lista preparada con los que faltaban a registrarse. La habitación estaba muy limpia y una cama cómoda que hacía falta después de un largo viaje. La habitación tiene televisión, nevera, cafetera, microonda y escritorio. También tiene un armario y gavetero. El desayuno continental es sencillo y típico. No hay casi nada de tráfico en la zona. Al lado están otros hoteles, el walmart y supermercado están dentro de 7 minutos del hotel. El I-75 y otras carreteras quedan serca, fue un viaje de 18 minutes al Busch Gardens.

Ants all over the room there were people smoking in the rooms and halls even though it was a non smoking room hall and staff did nothing about it. Most staff was friendly but front desk manager Karla Patel has got to be the rudest most nasty individual I have ever come across she definitely does a good job representing the establishment for what it is...a dump. Breakfast made me sick and the court area looked like a gathering area in a cemetery. Parking was a joke and if we came to our room after 8 pm we had to park in the middle of the street! Asking for a packet of toothpaste? A spare toothbrush? Forget it all you will get is a nasty look and rudeness as if asking someone to do their job is asking for to much. Karla in particular did not want to be bothered to lift a finger talk about hospitality. I should have spent the few extra bucks to stay next door at the residence inn by Marriott. Lesson learned

Was a horrible place to stay.. i wouldnt recommend staying there if you are planning on going on vacation or just wanting to have a Your children birthday party or just wanting to take your love one on a romantic getaway. I wouldnt even rated this a 1 star but i had to so i can put this review. The hall way smelled like weed every night, there was blood on the door, TV didnt work and the old short indian lady/manager/owner but she says she dont own the place. The hotel over priced for the quality of the rooms. We stayed there for a week and we couldnt get a refund so we had to stick it out but we left anyways and let them have the money. If you like staying in a trap hotel then this is your spot, there was caps of needles outside,beer cans everywhere, and partys ever night. So i highly advise you not to stay there at all.. i hope the owners read this and if it gets deleted aome how Ill keep posting this.

Spent a whole week there with my husband we had a relaxing time and at the same time swam in the beautiful litted pool at night breakfast and coffee every morning but most of all to all the beautiful Ladys Vanessa was always attending on my side of the inn was awesome that ran around maintaining the place in the best shape Im very thankful to them for also being kind to my grandchildren who came over to visit so to Vanessa,Yari,RahRah and Mom♡♡♡♡ Ileana,James however I found the Lady Kapila at the front desk very rude I asked her if she can get me bedsheets unfortunately I had an accident and her response was ask Jackie shell take care of you helloooo not professional in my opinion I think I spent enough money for good front desk courtesy the ones that wore glasses KIND So Thanks to all whom I mention Jackie Vicente you Rock.THANK YOU

In short...Bring your own pillows, get a gym pass elsewhere, bring Roach spray, and plan for their limited parking. Overall they offer a quiet room, convenient location, nice landscaping, and fair prices.... Greeted by two front door cockroaches day one. Front desk couldnt replace my pillows all week because they had no extras... We had two rock hard pillows and two lumpy ones that left your head flat on the bed surrounded by lumpy stuffing. Firm bed. Side table light didnt have an outlet. The tv remote downstairs didnt work, but the upstairs one did. The shower couldnt run without the tub faucet running to so pressure was weak. The mini fridge was really a mini freezer. The weight machine was broken the whole week. Staff was nice and pricing was fair though

This place is nasty from the staff to the rooms its terrible!!! We paid for one week and only stayed two nights.the room stunk rotten but after finding out that once you shut the lights off cockrouches come out to party I got it on video to show the owner but he never showed up instead the manager came to my room she wouldnt even look at the video instead she was VERY rude and when she went upstairs and started stripping the bed she started calling me a liar but STILL would not look at the video of dozens of roaches crawling all over the kitchen area....the difference between cockrouches and the staff I came in contact with during my stay here is the cockroaches cant do anything about being nasty.
